- Jonathan (10/5): Perfect - Another excellent stay here. Lovely owners, very friendly and accommodating. We will be back soon.
- Medforth (7/5): -
- Ann (10/5): Fabulous!! - Very welcoming the hosts were lovely and the deluxe black & green room was beautiful, sadly I was greatly hungover and didn’t do breakfast 🤣🤣but my husband said it was lovely and it done look good…we will be back thank you Tony & Ann x
- Liam (8/5): - Nice place for one night. Great breakfast Was a bank holiday weekend so was very noisy with people coming home late
- John (10/5): - Nothing.
- Michael (10/5): Great value for money stay, everything you need. - Close proximity to station and short walk to promenade.
Very smooth check in, met by host and full brief given.
Room small but ideal for single occupant, well appointed with TV, kettle, brew kit, bottled water and toiletries.
Fantastic breakfast with full hot and cold options available.
Would highly recommend. No parking outside property, but pay and display car park at railway station a short walk away.
- Dr DB (5/5): -
- Emma (10/5): Lovely stay, with very welcome staff and gorgeous rooms. Thank you all for a lovely stay this weekend!! - It was a lovely stay, and the owner Steven was very kind. Myself and my friend were blown away by the lovely rooms and will definitely be looking to stay again when we next visit! Nothing
- jim burgin (9/5): Value for money at this B and B - Everything was mostly fine, owners are very nice and helpfull.
Breakfast plenty for all tastes.
Bed comfortable. Internet not reliable in the evening when heavy usage in the hotel.
Tv kept flickering at times.
BOTH OF THESE THINGS WOULD NOT BE ENOUGH TO STOP ME FROM COMING BACK
- Jonathon (9/5): - Clean and comfy staff friendly
Great full English Breakfast 10/10 Nothing
- Paul (7/5): Best breakfast ever in a B&B but room size leaves a lot to be desired - Spotlessly clean room. Lovely welcome from owners and an absolutely superb breakfast. Room was very small and bathroom impractical. Couldn’t sit normally on toilet as no leg space between loo and wall. Shower is fixed at just about chest height so you have to crouch down if you want to shower fully. Old sofa dumped in front garden isn’t the best look .
- douglas (10/5): - staff was great made me feel welcome thanks all good
- Linda (10/5): Good fun - Very friendly owners/staff
Excellent cooked breakfast we were offered seconds too
Great value for money Nothing
- Helen (10/5): Excellent hotel close to the North Pier and shops. - Staff really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order.
- PETER (8/5): -
- Lewis (10/5): -
- Mark (7/5): It was pricey for the accommodation. But staff made you feel welcome - The location and the staff The shower was awful. Dark and not much water coming out of shower.. And very small

- Sarah (10/5): - Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Fantastic stay! The owner gave us a warm welcome and even let us check in early. Our room was clean, modern, and much larger than expected. Breakfast was delicious and filling, served by a brilliant team who were friendly and attentive throughout the weekend.
The location is the best of both worlds: close to all the action in Blackpool but far enough away to enjoy a quiet night's sleep. We'll definitely be back!
- Kelly (10/5): - Location Nothing
- Sharon (10/5): Excellent location for what we needed, superb stay, 10/10 - Brilliant location, friendly staff , excellent breakfast, comfortable bed , definitely stop again Trouble logging into the WiFi

- Elizabeth (9/5): - Really good breakfast, comfortable bed The room was abit dated, and could do with a freshen up
- David (10/5): Excellent hotel - The people here are excellent, we always had a laugh with them and nothing was too much, the breakfast was spot on and very generous, the location is excellent with it just being afew minutes walk from the train station, rooms were of good size and very pet friendly, they didnt even charge you for your furry friend, I would defo be back and recommend this hotel to anyone. Nothing not to like, unless they can change the weather 🤣
- JANE (8/5): Nicely refurbished - Newly refurbished so its so much nicer than previously, breakfast great and plentiful It's now a dog friendly b & b which we personally don't like and the dogs were allowed in dining room at breakfast which for us is a big no no. If you have to be dog friendly fair enough but I don't think they should be allowed in the dining room
- Philip (8/5): Great location - Very friendly helpful staff. Nice, cosy room. en-suite shower, toilet. Very relaxed, easy to come and go. Window locked - it was unbearably hot, and I couldn't open the window to reduce the heat.
- Brendan (9/5): -
- Kay (10/5): - Absolutely brilliant. Hosts 1st class ,will defo stop again,I payed 50 for one night, and breakfast top notch...value for money all day long .. Nothing

- Bauwens (10/5): Accueil +++ - Accueil attention et bienveillant
- David (9/5): Had a very happy comfortable stay and would have no hesitation to stay there again. - The location was exactly what I wanted, close to train & tram stations plus bars & restaurants in the LGBTQ+ area.
The hotel was clean, warm and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly & welcoming. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Would've preferred a larger shower, that said, it's not a complaint - just a preference. Can't say there was anything that I didn't like.
- PAULINO (8/5): -
- Murray (9/5): Very enjoyable and I would recommend it for the value for money - Excellent service and good facilities. Breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel. Nothing of note
- David (9/5): Good location and comfortable hotel and excellent host. - Location and room size was good. Excellent breakfast with plenty food. Bathroom was a bit small but it was useable.
- Mark (7/5): Good value and very clean - Location and very clean Shower was very old and took ages for hot water
- Gillian (10/5): Excellent - Ideal location, close to train station, tram station and local bars.
Steve and Paul the owners great guys ,friendly nothing too much trouble.
Room spotless ( im fussy),a really comfy bed, great tv. Lovely selection of teas,a nice touch.
Breakfast..what can we say EXCEPTIONAL, best fried bread. A true hearty English full brekky. They catered for my veggie needs. Great choice of cereal, fruit ,pastries ,yoghurts . Word of advice the cooked brekky is enough .
We will return leaving
- Kevin (10/5): - Very pleasant
- Richard (9/5): Excellent stay - I will remember this place and book again the next time I'm up this way - Very friendly staff, handy location for the station / tram and one of the best breakfasts I've ever had included in a bargain price. My only quibble is I couldn't work out how to turn down the heating
- Mark (10/5): - A wonderful little place to stay in Blackpool. Wonderful staff, excellent food, will no doubt be staying there again Nothing to dislike apart from not staying there long enough.

- Margaret (10/5): - The hotel was beautiful, the hospitality we had when we arrived was so welcoming. The breakfast is amazing, the staff are wonderful and helpful. The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. You've got everything you need in the room to make your stay comfortable.
Nothing wasn't any trouble whatsoever, always happy to help you. The lady who comes and asked you what you want for breakfast, she's really lovely and has great character and so do the other 2 men. Absolutely amazing, we will definitely come again. We had a lovely time with you guys in Blackpool. Xxx
- Ryan (10/5): A little Gem on Lord Street, well worth a stay - A very warm welcome by the owner, and a lovely warm room. Everything is clean and the room as everything you could need for a short stay. Breakfast was delicious and all staff were very friendly and wanted to do all they could to ensure you have a good stay. Nothing
- Paul (5/5): The owners are really friendly and helpful. You feel safe - Great location if you’re looking for a place close to the main lgbtq+ attractions. Stairs stairs and stairs. Despite the owner’s trying hard to breathe new life into the place an Edwardian terrace needs more than a lick of paint.
- Denise (9/5): The White Swallow Hotel - A warm and welcoming place to stay, and Paul looked after us very well. Very comfy bed and rooms very clean and well appointed. Cooked breakfast was excellent and there was also a range of cereals fruit and snacks.
We really enjoyed our stay and can certainly recommend The White Swallow Hotel. It is ideally located just a few minutes walk from Blackpool North train station and close to local restaurants and amenities.
- June (10/5): Exceptional stay - Breakfast was more like 5 star. So much choice. Able to get a takeaway breakfast as I had early start going home. Extra plug socket for mobile charger so I wouldn't have to unplug a small light.
Toilet was a bit noisy when flushing.
- Jan (7/5): Friendly and well placed hotel. - Friendly staff; very good breakfast; easy to find; convenient for station; great key system. Good heating and window easy to open. Fairly quiet area. Hot water hard to get. Cramped shower room.

Great location, a few minutes walk from the station and near to plenty of bars. I thought there was a bit of a smell of stale cigarettes around the property but it wasn’t a huge issue.

- Kevin Morris 1969 (10/5): Best Hotel in Blackpool - Probably the best hotel I have used in Blackpool. Breakfast was phenomenal in all fairness and I have not seen a selection of items available unless I was on an all inclusive holiday. Staff were fantastic and upgraded one room free of charge and presented me with a box of biscuits as a welcome. N/A

- JOHNSON (8/5): -
- Peter (8/5): - Nice location and friendly staff, and comprehensive hot and cold breakfast. Small shower.
- Paul (10/5): Warm Welcome and a Stunning Refurbished Room - We had a wonderful stay at the White Swallow Hotel on Lord Street. Stephen was extremely welcoming from the moment we arrived, and although we didn’t really meet Paul, it’s clear both owners are working hard behind the scenes to transform the hotel.
Our small double was the only room available due to it being Strictly weekend, but Stephen very kindly allowed us to see Room 11, one of the newly renovated king suites, and it is absolutely stunning. Beautifully finished, modern, and a real glimpse of how lovely the hotel will be once all the rooms are complete.
Breakfast was excellent too: pastries, fruit, cereal, juices, plenty of coffee, and a proper full English with fried bread, perfect start to the day.
We filmed our visit for our PJVisits YouTube channel, and the full vlog (including a look inside Room 11) will be live on Saturday 20th December.
A genuinely friendly hotel with lots of potential. Highly recommended.
- Derek (8/5): -
- Samuel (8/5): - Nice tidy ensuite room. Nice breakfast. Pleasant Nothing
- Robert James (6/5): - Location. Bed. Breakfast
- Vickie (4/5): Ok but he ruined it - For one a ball ache to find as it’s naked a total different hotel from the pictures n looks different from the out side so uber cars could not find it anyway my fella drank all the coffee in the room that was left for us and I used the small box of tissues to clean a bit of sick and the manager came out calling him a twat how rude never been spoken to like that in my life from hotel staff he must of been having a bad day. He didn’t even know he was sick because I cleaned it up n used a small box of tissues in the room n he hit the roof basically Attitude from him
- Davide (6/5): Buon rapporto qualità orezzo - Buona posizione per la zona centrale
