- Silvia (3/5): Lage und Ausblick gut, Wohnung aber feucht, kalt und modrig, altmodisch. - Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und man kann im Ort fußläufig vieles Erreichen. Die Haushälterin Lucy ist sehr herzlich. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist toll! Die Unterkunft ist kalt und feucht, es riecht modrig, schimmelig, die Einrichtung ist altmodisch und ungemütlich (vermutlich Geschmacksache), es gibt kein Shampoo, Betten und Unterkunft selbst waren aber sauber. Am 1. Tag nach der Anreise gab es kein heißes Wasser und kein Gas. Es wurde sich schnell darum gekümmert und das Problem behoben (innerhalb eines halben Tages). Wir haben sehr stark gefroren im Mai und die Handtücher und andere Wäsche ist nicht getrocknet, weil es kalt und feucht war. Gegen 10€ Gebühr/Tag bekommt man einen kleinen, alten Elektroheizkörper, damit kann man nur das kleine Bad beheizen, für die Wohn- und Schlafräume reicht es nicht. Das eine Schlafzimmer hat nur eine vergitterte Balkontür mit Milchglas. Wenn man etwas sehen möchte kann man den oberen Teil der Tür öffnen, schaut dann aber durch das Gitter ins freie, Gefängnisatmosphäre. Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt und kommen nicht wieder.
- Michael (1/5): Terrible. - Die Lage; zentral Catastrophy. During our 5 days nobody to contact, phone number out of order, emails not answered. Flat very cold, no heating. No hot water in bathroom sink. No curtains in a basement floor! No cupboard.

- Pierre (7/5): Great area for hiking along with beautiful vistas. - Great location, large space, quiet area of Santana. Not so much a dislike, but as a warning to those from North America, there is no heat in the apartment. If you book this spot outside of July/August it will be cold! There is heat available as an upgrade.

- severine (3/5): - Horrible !!!! Nous avons fait 5 habitations différentes lors de notre road trip à Madère ce fût la pire! La maison est grande, mais vieillotte et austère et surtout humide et nous avons eu très froid !!! J'étais avec mes deux filles vraiment pas cool! J'ai demandé un radiateur, l'hôte m'en propose un pour 10€ par jours, une honte ! Quand on a une maison si humide on fournit les radiateurs !! Il y a une machine à laver mais impossible de faire sécher le linge puisque temps boff en extérieur quoi que moi froid dehors que dans la maison. (Dans l'appartement précède il y avait un radiateur et le prix de la nuit moins chère, décoration moderne et agréable avec terrasse, etc ....) Du coup, l'hôte on me propose une couverture que j'accepte, je l'attends encore !! On a dormi en pull ! Au vu du nombre de location sur l'iles éviter celle-ci.

Está cerca del centro de Santana El piso estaba muy frío cuando llegamos, así que preguntamos al anfitrión si había calefacción y nos dijo que nos podía dar un calentador por 10€/día. Cosa que no avisan en su anuncio. Además en la ducha no había ni gel de ducha ni champú
- Jennifer (5/5): - Le propriétaire répond rapidement aux messages. Possibilité d'aller aux restaurants et supérette, à pieds depuis le logement. Appartement très humide. Tous les matins, de l'eau coulait sur les fenêtres intérieur. Même le plaid posé sur le lit, était mouillé le matin. Si vous souhaitez avoir le chauffage, il faudra payer 10 euros par nuit. C'est un chauffage d'appoint qui n'est absolument pas suffisant pour chauffer l'appartement donc vous aurez froid et l'air restera humide même si vous essayez d'aérer pour tenter de faire circuler l'air.

Lucy is such a fantastic lady who looks after the accommodation. Sent check in details immediately after booking. Was there to make sure everything was okay & lives close by for any problems, questions, etc. Lovely accommodation in a beautiful setting with a view of the sea in the distance. The most comfortable bed & gorgeous smelling fresh bedding Private parking Restaurants, cafes all within walking distance Large supermarket a couple of minutes drive away. A wonderful view down the road at thw side of the cable car. Thank you for our unexpected 2 night stay The weather!!!

- Mila (10/5): - Просторная квартира, есть все необходимое из кухонных принадлежностей. Красивый вид из окон. Место расположения - удобно для посещения трасс и достопримечательностей на севере и западе острова. Магазин продуктов в двух минутах на машине. Все было хорошо.

- Frauke (5/5): - Die Wohnung war groß mit einem schönen Balkon, ruhig gelegen und eigenem Parkplatz. Der Code für den Schlüsselkasten wurde kurz vorher zugesandt, war jedoch falsch. Auf Nachfrage wurde er schnell korrigiert. Das Bett war deutlich zu kurz. Es gab keine Heizung, wodurch die Raumtemperatur eher bei 19 Grad lag. Auf der Couch gab es keine Decke. Durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit war die abends über den Stuhl gehangen Kleidung am nächsten Morgen klamm. Die Badekleidung ist auch nach 3 Tagen nicht getrocknet. Aus einem der Küchenschränke kam modriger Abflussgeruch, der sich im Wohnzimmer verteilte.

- Csilla (8/5): I recommend this apartment - Nice big clean apartment with a lot of facilities and space. There were some coffee capsuls, sugar, a bottle water and tee bags as well in the kitchen. We could used a washing machine as well. The Internet worked very well. Unfortunately our washed chlotes could'nt dry, because of the moisture due to climate. There were not window screen so we could'nt open te window in the night.
- fedde (9/5): - Locatie Sleutel krijgen gaf problemen was noodzakelijk te registreren anders geen sleutel terwijl eers gezegd werd is facultatief voor het eerst sinds jaren. Ook sleutel kluisje was slecht te openen.
- Hanssel Escobar Cascante (10/5): - Die Lage ist einfach genial, der Stadt Santana es ist einfach wunderschön und ruhig, genial für Urlaub. Außerdem, es ist sehr nah von Flughafen und von der Hauptstadt Funchal. Man fühlt sich wirklich sehr wohl in diese Stadt, man will nicht mehr wegfahren von dort. Super Restaurants in der Nähe, ein großes Supermarkt täglich geöffnet (bis 21uhr), wirklich schöne Landschaft....und mehr. Da sind immer ein altes Pärchen die auf das Haus aufpassen, die sind so nett und lieb, wirklich super.
