- Mia (3/5): Really disappointed - Well positioned in a popular area. Check in was fairly straightforward. Onsite parking was good. On the first night I folded back the bedding to find the linen in the second bedroom was soiled with urine from a previous occupant. The stain was dried and had soaked through the top sheet, mattress protector and to the mattress. There was no additional linen provided in the unit. My 2 young children were to sleep in that bed, but could not as it was too unsanitary. I immediately contacted the made comfy team was told someone would attend to the bedding first thing the next day. This was not done. And not till we had made several calls to the property manager did someone come at 5:25pm on the second day. I was assured on that first night someone would contact me about compensation for this issue and was assured by a made comfy customer service rep that I would be contacted after the severity of the issue was assessed. The bathroom was clean enough, but there was mould in the shower grout and seals.
Given the issue we had with the bedding I seriously questioned the cleanliness of the rest of the unit.
Since then I have made multiple attempts to contact customer service over this issue seeking compensation for part of our stay but have been ignored. Very disappointed in our stay and the customer service from both made comfy and booking.com.

- Neda (5/5): Apartment was in a great location, generally clean, but lacked homely comfort & warmth. - The location was great and convenient to shops and eateries, cafe at base of building, apartment was clean with reasonable kitchen facilities for a weekend stay. Code entry app unnecessarily complex, Bathroom basin drain blocked with hair & muck which I had to clear, heating was inadequate - couldn’t warm the apartment sufficiently for a winter weekend, there were no additional blankets for beds, pillows most uncomfortable, inadequate lounging chairs for four people, inadequate tea/coffee/sugar provision,

- Emily (10/5): A lovely apartment in the heart of Braddon. - This place is great! It felt private for our family of four but is in a great location amongst restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay again.
Keys are a phone app which takes a bit to register and set up but once working was fine. Parking in the basement was convenient.

- Larissa (1/5): Find something better you can actually access. - The only thing we go to see was the car park across the road. We had to call the MadeComfy third party provider to attempt to get the check in instructions and a digital key through the app. After multiple failed attempts, when it didn’t work, we were asked to wait 30mins to an hour to see what they could do. We had to install and delete the app multiple times. Due to the time of night and amount of time it was taking, we just booked alternative accommodation. I then had to chase a refund with hours of phone calls. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had.

- James (7/5): Good - Spacious, nice beds and bathrooms. The check in process was a disaster. It took us an hour to get into the apartment because the digital key system didn’t work properly. Even once the keys worked, it was a very annoying process to use your phone to gain access to the building, apartment and operate the lift.

The virtual key and having to logon n to an external portal to booking .com. Not what you need to be fluffing about with to check in. The virtual key was not seem less and very clunky to use with multiple call to the Ben access property.

No TV arial cable in living room so unable to watch.
