Madalena (6/5): Easy check-in and comfy beds but not so good location and very below average breakfast - The bed is so very comfortable and the check-in process is easy and quick. The whole place is very clean. The location is very hard to reach. U can't even call an uber because the cars can´t reach that street. The breakfast is also very poor. Just some yogurts, bread and granola. Not at satisfying at all.

Harold (1/5): Voor mij was dit eens maar nooit weer. - De communicatie vanuit het hotel is uitstekend; de toon in de e-mails is ontzettend vriendelijk, correct en netjes. Daarnaast moet gezegd worden dat alles spiksplinternieuw is. De hele accommodatie is erg schoon en de elektronische toegang werkt feilloos. Als je enkel en alleen een plek zoekt om je ogen te sluiten en verder geen enkele behoefte hebt aan ruimte of faciliteiten, dan is dit de plek. Het voelt alsof dit hotel is ontworpen om zoveel mogelijk kamers in een zo klein mogelijke ruimte te proppen, met een absoluut minimum aan service. De kamer is feitelijk een bed met aan één zijde net genoeg ruimte om te staan. Er is geen tafel, geen stoel en geen kruk; je enige aflegruimte is een smalle kast van 50 cm. De badkamer is zo krap dat je bij elke beweging ergens tegenaan stoot, en de beloofde kluis bleek slechts een kluisje in het wastafelmeubel. Voor mensen langer dan 1.90m is het bed een uitdaging: met exact 2 meter lengte hangen je voeten letterlijk buiten boord. Verder is het pand extreem gehorig; je hoort iedereen komen en gaan. De gezamenlijke keuken is een lege huls: er staan apparaten, maar buiten lunchtijd is er geen glas, kopje of theezakje te vinden. Het is een klinische, bijna chirurgische ervaring die vooral geschikt lijkt voor de doelgroep 'tienertoer'.

Gerard (7/5): Bien mais..... - L emplacement, la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel tres serviable. L hôtel est en tres bon etat, moderne et bien insonorisé par rapport aux rues bruyantes. Présence de lockers pour laisser les bagages à l'arrivée et au départ. Chambre et salle de bains tres petites, et donc chère vu le manque de place ( ok pour 2 nuits, plus compliqué pour 1 semaine) mais lisbonne est une ville chère.... pour tout. Insonorisation intérieure pas terrible et le petit déjeuner basique et pas varié : cafes et jus, tartines et beurre/ confiture tous les jours le tout dans une petite pièce.

Florian (8/5): Super Location für selbstständige Stadterkundung - Saubere, gepflegte Unterkunft mit allem nötigen ausgerüstet. Sehr kleines Zimmer. Service perfekt. Kein Hotel, um sich lange aufzuhalten sondern perfekte Schlafgelegenheit für eine Stadterkundung. Frühstück mit allem Wesentlichen. Lediglich 6 (!) Stühle für ca 30 Betten: d.h. Schichtbetrieb beim Frühstück in 3 Stunden.

De prijs is redelijk in verhouding tot wat je krijgt. De kamer is erg klein, het meest vervelend was het lawaai gedurende de nacht. De accommodatie staat in een uitgaansgebied. De ontbijt ruimte is erg klein, er moet vooraf aangegeven worden hoe laat je wilt ontbijten anders passen de mensen niet in de ruimte.

Jean Louis (5/5): On trouve sûrement mieux dans le Bairro Alto, ou ailleurs à Lisbonne. - Il y a des bons côtés : la localisation dans le Bairro Alto, une propreté impeccable, un petit déjeuner correct (sans plus). Un premier problème est que contrairement à ce que son nom indique, le "Ponto Alto Hotel" n'est pas un hôtel. C'est un petit immeuble d'appartements type AirBnB. Ce qui implique : pas de réception, pas de services en dehors du petit déjeuner... L'autre problème est que le design des (petites) chambres est assez absurde : un lit en hauteur (avec un escalier) pour pouvoir caser sous le lit une quantité de tiroirs inutiles pour quelqu'un qui reste seulement quelques jours, et en revanche un ridicule placard avec portemanteaux d'une hauteur de ... 50 cm (une chemise d'enfant de 10 ans n'y tiendrait pas), une table ronde trop grande qui occupe trop d'espace... Franchement raté.
Noémie (8/5): Sympatique Apparthôtel en plein Bairro Alto - L’appart hôtel est bien situé, dans une zone piétonne (circulation restreinte), dans le quartier vivant de Bairro Alto, cela facilite les visites en journée et les sorties nocturnes ( bars, restaurants, clubs). Le studio est très bien agencé avec une cuisine équipée, un lit confortable qui est surélevé avec des rangements, une salle de bain (avec douche et toilettes) assez spacieuse. Idéal pour un séjour de 2 personnes en ville pour quelques jours. L’Entrée/sortie autonome, toutes les informations sont transmises par biais électronique et les membres de l’équipe sont disponibles et réactifs sur whatsapp/ plateforme de réservation. Dans l’établissement, il y a consigne avec plusieurs casiers, pour déposer les bagages, c’est très pratique. Ce n’est pas un hôtel, il n’y a pas de réception toutefois les informations (Check in/out, codes des portes et autres instructions utiles) sont transmises en amont par e-mail et/ou sur les plateformes de réservation. L’alarme à incendie s’est déclenchée dans la nuit, nous ( les clients) avons dû intervenir car il n’y a pas d’accueil et pas de personnel disponible physiquement le soir. Une collation matinale est à disposition de tous les clients de 8h à 11h ( tartines, yaourts, céréales, lait/café/thé, fruits de saison et jus) mais peut décevoir ceux qui s’attendent à un petit déjeuner plus copieux et varié. Dans le studio, le panneau de secours est très lumineux une fois les lumières éteintes, ce qui peut être dérangeant.

Adele (7/5): Logement confort et propre mais nuit dérangée par les lumières et bruit des voisins - Lit très confortable , studio propre et bien équipé, bonne localisation et possibilité d’utiliser des casiers Il y a une lumière verte de sortie de secours dans la chambre qui est très forte et juste à côté du lit donc c’est dérangeant pour la nuit. Les chambres ne sont pas bien insonorisées donc on entend beaucoup les voisins passer dans le couloir. Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas continental contrairement à annoncé et n’est pas incroyable.

A személyzet online mindenben azonnal segít. Kódos a belépés, reggelinél találkozunk csak személyzettel. Az éjszakai élet hangja eléggé beszűrődik.

Filipa (7/5): Estadia conforme o descrito, staff muito simpático - Staff muito simpático e sempre disposto a ajudar. O quarto para 1 ou 2 noites, só com mochilas, estava muito bom. Se fosse para uma estadia mais longa, com malas de mão ou maiores aconselho a escolha de um quarto maior. Estava tudo limpo e o pequeno almoço era simples mas bom. O colchão não era muito confortável e as almofadas um pouco altas para dormir. Ter em conta que fica no topo do elevador da Glória e que é preciso subir muito para chegar ao hotel

Ryan (8/5): - Very modern with high tech lighting and entry systems. New furnishings and clever space-saving designs to storage space. Great location and staff was excellent. The included breakfast was sometimes full as there are only three tables but otherwise it is very good value.

Rita (7/5): - Staff is great, location quite good: still central, but not too loud. Good coffee and very tasty juice at breakfast area. Breakfast is scarse, litterrarly just toasts, jam, yoghurt and cereals.
Holly (10/5): Perfect stay in Barrio Alto - Really great, modern-on-the-inside hotel in one of Lisbon's coolest neighborhoods. Excellent communication with the hosts and a very comfortable stay. And even though I didn't need to use the luggage storage, I really appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into creating a secure self-storage locker system for guests. Excellent place and I will certainly stay again! Nothing!

Monica (7/5): Si arreglan lo de la luz puede ser casi perfecto - La habitación estaba espectacular, todo muy limpio y el hecho de tener lockers es lo mejor me ayudaron muchísimo en mi estancia, el personal amable y el desayuno estaba bien La habitación tiene una luz de emergencia gigante verde que no se puede apagar y da en toda la cara mientras duermes, es muy molesto. Y aparte también había Mucho ruido, se escucha todo, mi habitación estaba en el segundo piso y abajo era la cafetería así que escuchaba a todos los entraban y salían y en la calle al ser un lugar de fiesta pasa mucha gente gritando.

Sharon (5/5): We were sort of disappointed with our stay as the property seemed more like a hostel than an actual hotel. - It was clean The “breakfast” is simply toast, jam & regular yogurt (no dairy-free), no real protein. Two staff members stood there while we ate, it felt awkward. The room was so very tiny and the walls are paper thin.
olivier (7/5): - Le studio est bien équipe ( télé , cuisine avec équipement cafetière, micro onde ,fer à repasser, sèche cheveux..) Bien pour faire la fête pubs , restaurant .. Le petit déjeuner inexistant rien à manger (2 pain mie et des flocons d’avoine…sur la petite table en photo😩) Nous avons eu une dépense supplémentaire sur notre séjour , le faite d aller déjeuner en dehors de l établissement Et le bruit de la rue le vendredi soir( le week end surtout) , le faite qu il soit placée dans la rue des pubs jusqu a 3h du matin , critique à voir selon ce que l on cherche (si vous êtes jeune et cherchez la fête le soir c est top )

Duche pequeno. Falta de atenção nos detalhes técnicos (sensor de alarme de incêndio a descolar do teto, pintura a soltar-se da parede junto ao quadro elétrico).

Andrew (10/5): Great spot, was a life saver. It sucks they threw our fresh food away without saying anything. - Clean and easy. Great location. Access to lockers and bathroom were great! They threw away fresh food from the grocery store from the refrigerator. We had just done some grocery shopping, returning to our Airbnb to have a severe plumbing break forcing us to relocate last minute at 23:30. It sucked to have had our fresh food discarded.
