- a (10/5): Spacious, clean, and great price! - The space was perfect! Love that it is new. Love that it has two toilets. It’s spacious. Parking is available for a fee, but reasonable fee. Nicely equipped kitchen. They thought if the dishwashing liquid and paper towel- very nice. Very convenient. At first, prices were not very clear to me, but after seeing the place and the location, it was all worth it. My favorite place so far.

- Juan Jose (7/5): - La ubicación es excelente, la comodidad del apartamento es muy buena, tiene todo el menaje que puedes necesitar para una breve estadía. La limpieza. Cuando llegué al apartamento encontré dos pelos en la mesa del escritorio. No le presté mayor atención al tema y simplemente los quité y seguí trabajando. Pero cuando entré al baño, habían regados cerca de la taza mas de 10 pelos que eran perfectamente visibles para cualquiera. Y ya al revisar en detalle el apartamento vi por lo menos 30 pelos por la habitación. Realmente repugnante. Se ve que no limpiaron el apartamento y lo mas grave, no hay o no hubo una supervisión adecuada (que cualquiera espera que la haya para asegurar la calidad en la entrega del apartamento). Es lamentable que puedan entregarle al huésped un apartamento en esas condiciones. Yo puse la queja y esa misma tarde enviaron a alguien a hacer un aseo superficial y al otros día llegó una señora a limpiar nuevamente el apartamento.

- Peter (3/5): - Leider mussten wir unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft vorzeitig abbrechen, da wir am Morgen nach unserer Ankunft ein erhebliches Problem festgestellt haben. Wir sind spät abends angekommen, sodass uns zunächst nichts aufgefallen ist. Bei Tageslicht am nächsten Morgen haben wir jedoch massiven Schimmelbefall direkt neben dem Kopfkissen auf Höhe des Bettes entdeckt. Der Schimmel befand sich nicht nur an einer kleinen Stelle, sondern zog sich deutlich sichtbar entlang der Wand und hinter dem Bett weiter (siehe Fotos). Zusätzlich war im gesamten Bereich ein starker muffiger Geruch wahrnehmbar. Besonders problematisch war dies für uns, da ich Asthma habe und Schimmel in dieser Nähe zum Schlafbereich ein ernstzunehmendes Gesundheitsrisiko darstellt. Unter diesen Umständen war es für uns schlicht nicht zumutbar, dort zu übernachten. Wir haben die Unterkunft sofort über das Problem informiert und unseren Aufenthalt noch am selben Tag beendet. Leider haben wir auf unsere Nachricht bis heute keinerlei Antwort erhalten, was wir zusätzlich sehr enttäuschend finden. Ein solcher Zustand – vor allem direkt am Kopfbereich des Bettes – sollte in einer Unterkunft, die Gästen angeboten wird, absolut nicht vorkommen. Wir hoffen sehr, dass dieses Problem ernst genommen und behoben wird, damit zukünftige Gäste nicht mit derselben Situation konfrontiert werden.

Luego llegas y en la recepción te toman una foto sin autorización. Realmente les falta trabajar en experiencia del cliente. Tienen muy buenas instalaciones pero pierden una calificación excelente por falta de tacto y cuidado con su cliente.
