• Anne Claire (10/5): - Accueil personnalisé particulièrement agréable. Nous avions réservé un appartement à lits jumeaux, qui n'était pas disponible à notre arrivée. Une solution a été trouvée rapidement sans hésitation. L'éclairage automatique de la salle de bain qui s'éteint trop vite
• Minnebo (9/5): Zenao parfait pour votre séjour à Aix les bains - Tout 😍 super emplacement, vue sur la montagne avec balcon. Excellent accueil Par un monsieur pro très agréable. Petit déjeuner complet Petit appartement bien aménagé, Bonne literie, grande SDB, machine à laver séchante. On a pû se garer dans la rue juste derrière sinon il y a un parking payant. Le fait que ça soit dans une résidence pour personnes âgées ne dérange pas du tout. Rien c'était parfait 🤩

• Lotta (7/5): - Skön säng, rymligt och rent. Bra läge. Hjälpsam personal. Vi kom fram sent på grund av köer, det var krångligt att kunna komma in och ut då vi ej hade kod eller nyckel till dörren. Kvinnan som jobbade för var mycket hjälpsam, men det var krångligt att inte vara fri att gå ut och in utan planering.

• stéphanie (6/5): Chaud - J'ai cherché le monsieur de l'accueil mais une fois ce dernier trouvé, il a été de bons conseils et chaleureux. il faisait extrêmement chaud et l'humidificateur ne permet en rien de refroidir la pièce. La sensation de chaleur est accentuée de plus l'appareil est très bruyant

• Marina (9/5): Excellent appart hôtel - Appart hôtel d'une qualité pour nous exceptionnelle. Nous avons été accueillies par un personnel très courtois, accueillant et disponible. La chambre était très propre, spacieuse, moderne et bien conçue tout comme la kitchenette. La literie était confortable et douillette. La salle de bain était moderne, très pacieuse et très très propre. On s'y était senti comme à la maison avec le confort d'un excellent hôtel. Rien, c'était parfait

• ISABELLE (1/5): Très sale ! - Très sale ! Photos à l'appui. Seul l'emplacement est positif. Appartement A205. J'espère que ce commentaire incitera le responsable de l'établissement à mettre en bon ordre tous les désagréments avant la prochaine location ! Dès notre arrivée, nous leur avons demandé d'intervenir car : - l'alèse du matelas était très tachée d'urine. Ils sont venu la changer. - Un des coussins pour dormir était taché de sueur. Ils n'avaient pas de rechange. - le rideau de douche était moisi ! - taches d'urine sur le matelas également. - il y avait de l'eau qui fuiyait sous les WC avec le risque de glisser la nuit sur le carrelage trempé. - Il n'y avait pas assez de pression d'eau à la -douche. - Le lavabo se bouchait, l'eau se vidait très lentement, on voit que le syphon n'est pas régulièrement nettoyé - il y avait de l'urine et des excréments sous les rondelles métalliques de la lunette du WC. je l'avais signalé à l'employé qui est venu nous changer l'alèse du matelas. et j'ai dû effectuer moi-même le nettoyage. il faudra démonter les rondelles pour enlever le reste de l'urine et des excréments coincés dessous. Scandaleux ! - le fond des toilettes est sale en plus des rondelles. Et bien sûr pas de gel wc à disposition - le carrelage de la terrasse est très sale. - la machine à café fonctionne une fois sur deux et est sale également. - Pas un seul torchon de disponible j'ai dû également le demander. - une seule petite éponge à disposition et déjà usagée et sale dans la cuisine. - la clim mobile ne refroidit pas. - nous avons trouvé une serviette sale dans un tiroir. - l'accueil qui se trouve à une autre adresse : au 501 bd Wilson, alors que l'appartement se trouve lui après le 250 avenue Marie de Solms. JAMAIS PLUS. Évidemment nous avons beaucoup de photos à disposition, nous ne pouvons en publier que 4 ici. Nous avons fait une réclamation auprès de Booking et nous avons essayé de faire une réclamation auprès du responsable de l'établissement, il ou elle ne nous rappelle pas et a jusqu'à présent refusé de répondre à nos appels.

• Werner (9/5): Zentrale Lage, Parkplatz vor dem Hotel, Appart-Haus mit sehr gossem Zimmer und Nassraum - Wir waren auf der Durchreise. Die Zentrale lage wie auch das grosse Zimmer mit Balkon und die gorsse Nasszelle waren wieder mal etwas aussergewöhnliches. Hinzu kommt dass unser Zimmer nicht auf der Bahnseite gelegen war. Absolute Ruhe und angenehme Betten. Uns ist nichts aufgefallenn - haben aber auch das Zimmer ohne Frühstück gebucht.

Minuterie dans la salle de bain qui est un peu génante la nuit car cela réveille le conjoint.

• Paul (9/5): Excellent location and an excellent choice for Aix-les-Bains! - The location is extremely convenient, just a 2 minute walk from the train station, and check-in was extremely smooth and friendly. The room was a spacious apartment with a good kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed, with a balcony too. The air conditioning unit was also very good, important for the summer! No complaints!

Underground carpark...need to go to reception of the hotel first to get directions and access. Balcony in shade so too cold to sit out(September)...not a great view. Didn't manage to access roof balcony.

Also, room was wet & bathroom moldy when we arrived + pillows and duvet smelled badly of mildew

Having its own balcony was wonderful as was the secure (basement) car park. Excellent supporting facilities (cafe, reception, lifts, roof terrace). Friendly, helpful staff. Two things: 1). Looking at the original site advert, I got the impression that car parking was included in the original price quoted. Only once the booking was made online, did I realise that it was an additional cost. That said, the car parking cost was reasonable. 2). There was no information within the apartment on the fitted kitchen equipment (washing machine and cooker hob). In order to help ourselves, we went online and found the suitable info.

• Kathryn (9/5): A great location and good value in Aix Les Bains… - It is in a seniors apartment building. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good value. It is right across the street from the train station and a short walk to the centre of this old French town.

When I booked this room it shows free parking underground, but when we arrived they inform us is no parking space which was very bad news for us, we have lots of staff in car which we don't wanna leave in streen parking.

It was rainy and windy and i was with a child. Unacceptable. I called several times noone picked up. Eventually i asked the help of a local and he helped me out to get in.
