• Janne (8/5): Jag kommer tillbaka! - Fzantastiskt läge. Bra rena rum. Sköna sängar. För en gångs skull i Englang - fungerande duschar! Depositionsavgiften framgick inte tydligt på bokningssidan, utan upptäcktes först efter bokningen. Eftersom ni har alla bokningsuppgifter borde den inte vara nödvändig om ni upplyser om att ev. skadegörelse debiteras.

• becharef (9/5): - Check in on line m' a posé beaucoup de stress . il fallait m'informer le jour de la réservation sur les conditions d' accès et le manque de réception physique. La langue était un handicap. .au moins au check in un interprète est indispensable Le fait que le femme de ménage nettoie pas la chambre et le manque de nécessaire du café.et meme pas une bouteille d' eau ..

• Susan (10/5): Excellent location and room was - Location was excellent, room was a good size, there were, additional pillows, good complimentary toiletries, lovely towels etc! There was tea, coffee and coffee machine with 4 capsules. There was a lack of accessible sockets for phone charging although there was everything you'd need! We initially had trouble getting into the key box and then there were no key cards in it. A quick phone call (there's no reception) and someone arrived quickly to resolve this.

Det vibrerte i vegger og skaper hver ettermiddag til stengetid av musikk, slik at det var umulig å slappe av se på tv for eksempel. Litt uforståelig og dårlig informasjon ved inn sjekking med flere koder til dør og nøkkelboksen

• Harry (8/5): Voortreffelijk hotel, heel goede ligging. - Het online inchecken verliep moeilijk, we waren niet de enigen die er last van hadden.
• Curry (8/5): Great option for a central stay better then expected - Excellent location and the room was spacious and comfortable
• Dorothy (2/5): - Positives - a great customer service adviser in James. But lots of negatives - impossible to check in without a smart phone (none of which is mentioned at the time of booking); wasted hours trying to check in via messages as no-one is on site to deal with any queries; company insist on scanning your passport and provide no assurances from a GDPR perspective. Check in is more onerous than clearing Immigration at an airport. Also - all the toiletry bottles in bathroom were empty and bedsheets had stains on. But worst of all was the incessant noise from adjoining rooms (paper thin walls) and neighbouring pubs and restaurants (only slept between 1am and 4am). Being so central is not good if you want/need a good night's sleep. Booked a room at the Atlantic Tower at 4.30am and left to get sleep elsewhere. Would not recommend.

• Hilary Rowles (7/5): - The location was great, room was good 👍 We had problems with the code for entering the building on our 2nd night and trying to activate the new code when it was given over the phone which also didn't work alongside other guests having same problem, we then couldn't put door access cards for our room back in the lockbox on leaving because the code and door number wouldn't open the box.we made another phone call to Epic Hotel so another code could be tried to enable us to leave door passes securely in lockbox.

Der var intet personale på hotellet og deres online checkin var helt umulig. Blevt nødt til at ringe efter en lang række beskeder, hvoraf de første var med en irriterende ai-robot. Det var overhovedet ikke tilfredsstillende. Der var også megen larm i bygningen (spille- eller dansested) til efter midnat. Værelset skulle være kommet med ørepropper.

• Mark (6/5): Wouldn't like to have paid full price. - Location Room was very small. Air conditioning wasn't the best Bed very small for a double Noise from outside, single glazing and window didn't close well.
• Abeer (5/5): Not bad - We booked Epic, there was no staff in the building, it was self-entry, no receptionist, no food area, only bed rooms. And on the other hand, there was noise from the bin trucks early in the morning.it didn't feel like hotel experience I prefer a hotel than appartment hotel

• Victor (7/5): Quite expensive for what you get - Great location, comfortable bed. From Friday to Saturday, it was impossible to fall asleep until 2 a.m. because the music below our room (106) was so loud that the furniture was vibrating. Cleanliness also left much to be desired—there were stains on the bedding. The online check-in felt like applying for an ETA (scanning your passport and taking a selfie), and the hotel also requires a deposit in case of property damage. All of this is understandable, but it does make things a bit more complicated.
• Wallis (7/5): Great budget option, fab location - Good location. Room nice and spacious, better than some other budget hotels I've stayed in. Would have preferred a traditional check-in at reception with human contact (it's all digital) and the opportunity to leave baggage.

• Chezistaz (8/5): Great value for money - The room was lovely and clean , big room with nice clean bedding and lovely big towels Everything you need including iron/ironing board and hairdryer Window also opened which is a bonus for us Great location also I didn’t initially like the self entry/check in but was quite straight forward The doors won’t open until the exact check in time which was a little annoying as we were only 10mins early Not many plugs in the room near the mirror either But would definitely stay again

Το μονο πραγματικα αρνητικο ειναι η ελλειψη ψυγειου.Αυτο ειναι κατι που πρεπει να λυθει.Ημουν με το γιο μου και δεν ειχαμε δροσερο νερο.

• James (8/5): - Great location right next to the city centre, good sized room, comfortable beds, Easy instructions to get the key and the code for the door. The bathroom could do with a make over, the drainage wasn't very good, water would just stay int the sink/shower for a while. There is a pub next door which I knew beforehand, didn't really hear too much of the music but did hear the bin lorries collecting the glass in the very early hours

• P (1/5): I didnt stay. And I have not been refunded - I could not check in. Despite arriving there and speaking to staff by phone, sending messages via Booking.com and via SMS. Communication dried up. I had to book elsewhere. Terrible service. I will not return.

• Winsome (8/5): Great location - . Great room, really spacious and loved the balcony. Excellent location for shops, bars and not too far from the stations. Although the room was a very good size, it was shabby. It is definitely time for a change of carpet and curtains which I have to say were difficult to close without a pole to pull them along. The shower tray really needs to be replaced. All of this is a shame because it was a great room. Not sure what the company can do about this, but there were always people outside hanging around, waiting for someone to leave the door open. That felt unsafe but then they would not be able to get further than the reception area unless someone else carelessly let them in. Just need to be aware of who's around i suppose.

• Georgia (7/5): I love Liverpool I would stay at the place again 3rd floor only due to noise of pub on corner. - Location was great, Room was beautiful, bed was comfortable. I do not like the un-manned places any place I prefer to have a reception area, The bath didn't appear to have a plug/stopper so couldn't have a bath and I really wanted to soak + relax after travelling, it did have a shower which I had to make do with. I was on the first floor not recommended the noise from The Alchemist pub/club downstairs on the corner was terrible the music was booming so loud until 2am on Friday and Saturday vibrating through my feet on the floor and booming through my pillow when I was trying to sleep. If I was staying again it would have to be the 3rd floor for me.

Easy check in procedure, room was very clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom, nice bed and facilities. Fantastic value for what you get. Would definitely book again. Nothing
