• Infanti (8/5): Confortable et emplacement idéal. - Localisation. Confort. Spacieux Machine à laver et séchoir Propriétaire sympa Le micro-ondes s’éteignait après 3 secondes. Nous avons tout essayé. Le grille-pain ne fonctionnait pas. Il fallait tenir une pression sur le bouton pour que ça fonctionne. Les toilettes se sont bouchées. Heureusement, il y avait un déboucheur sur place dans la buanderie.
• Manuel David (7/5): - El apartamento estaba muy bien ubicado, era muy amplio y muy bonito. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia y nos resultó cómodo y práctico para movernos por la ciudad. En la habitación del fondo, desde el mediodía se escuchaba mucho ruido (probablemente de los restaurantes de abajo). No es el lugar adecuado para echarse una siesta relajadamente. No obstante, por la noche (no sé exactamente desde qué hora), ya no se escuchaba nada, cuando cerraban las cocinas.
• geradin (10/5): À recommander certainement - Ce logement est magnifique, avec tout ce qu’il faut quand on vient d’un pays lointain (machine à laver et sèche-linge), situé à un endroit idéal à quelques mètres de la rue principale Sainte Catherine, et central entre deux stations de métro proches.
• Emy (9/5): - Vraiment beau et agréable Que quelqu’un entre dans ma chambre alors qui était l’heure que je pouvais prendre ma chambre … la personne es rentrée à (15:33) alors sa m’a stresser tout le reste du voyage Sinon les gens dans les corridor le soir

• Tristan (9/5): cute, convenient little apt - Very clean and good size. Cute little balcony for a few days. Pretty close to the metro. The windows didn’t work great in the building.

• France (8/5): Très bien situé. Appartement très propre et confortable. - L'appartement est très joli, spacieux, bien équipé. Nous avons éprouvé quelques difficultés avec la plomberie. Le propriétaire s'en est occupé rapidement. Il est très axé sur notre confort. Hors du contrôle des propriétaires : il y a pas mal de bruit. Musique très forte provenant du club de lancer de hache juste en face, ainsi que de l'unité de chauffage à l'arrière de l'édifice. Toutefois, le bruit se calme en soirée et ne nuit pas au sommeil.

• SARAH (7/5): Un studio fonctionnel - Le studio est refait à neuf, la salle de bains est super, le lit est confortable. La boulangerie en bas est top (croissants excellents !). L'emplacement réel du studio n'est pas celui indiqué sur l'annonce et il donne sur le boulevard René Levesque qui est très bruyant et plus éloigné du quartier des Spectacles qu'annoncé. On a eu l'information trop tard pour trouver un autre logement. Il n'y a pas de rideaux sur deux des fenêtres (donc beaucoup de lumière tôt le matin).

• Isabelle Hennebique (9/5): - Emplacement super à deux pas du métro Berry-UQAM carrefour des lignes, au cœur du village, quartier très animé. Appartement douillet. Si on stationne plusieurs jours, mieux vaut privilégier le parking de la gare routière beaucoup moins cher et plus pratique que le parking de la rue saint thimothee.

• Thomas (10/5): Location au TOP! - L'appartement est très agréable, très bien équipé et confortable. Le lieu est bien situé (quartier sympa, beaucoup de restaurants et cafés, métro juste à côté). L'appartement est très propre et la gérante très gentille et aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Nous sommes ravis de cette location et la recommandons vivement! Un grand merci et à bientôt à Montréal 🙂 Tout était très bien. Rien à redire.

The host was very nice and helpful. Only the parking was an issue. Fortunately it was on the weekend so we were fine with the street parking.

Was a bit of confusion about what was provided, there were no toiletries which we thought there would be, dollarama round the corner though, wasnt a bath mat but we got one the next day, someone tried to follow us in the apartment one time.

• Rob (10/5): A comfortable and perfect place to stay, featuring all you need in an apartment in a great location. - My partner and I stayed for a week. It was a fantastic experience. We've concluded that we'll stay there next time we visit Montreal. The apartment is a perfect size and open concept with great amenities and an outside seating area. We had coffee and wine out there every day. The location is perfect and we walked almost everywhere we wanted to go around the city. Good grocery, liquor store, coffee shop, dining, and entertainment options are available within a few blocks. It's a key code access building and apartment, which made entry and exit very easy and convenient. Nothing. It was a phenomenal experience.
• Brian (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and a very comfortable suite. Close to restaurants and bars plus the Berri - UQAM Metro station for convient access to three different metro lines. I was a little worried the shower shelf might fall down, but other than that, the place was lovely. We would definitely book again!

• Yuqing (10/5): Excellent! - Location is good, close to main attractions. The host is very considerate and fast to respond. I will strongly suggest this place if traveling in MTL. Parking in MTL is always hard. It’s not the issue of the host though.
• Kimberley (7/5): We loved the spacious layout, outdoor deck, and kitchen — it felt like a home away from home. - Location was perfect for what we were there to experience. Our event was 5mins away on foot, but also easily accessible to other main highlights like the Old Town, port, the Village, and a beautiful park. The unit is in a mixed-use building with shops below and nearby neighbours, so noise can be heard inside. If you're sensitive to sound, this may not be the right fit. Additionally, the building’s main AC unit causes noticeable vibration in the back bedroom, which may be disruptive for light sleepers.
