• Nataliia (10/5): Дуже зручно, чисто, колоритно - Дуже гарне розташування. Зручний балкон, який виходить в тихий двір. Проживаєте в центрі міста, але нема шуму вулиці. Треба поміняти чайник
• Iris (10/5): Schönes zentrales Apartment! - Tolle helle und moderne Wohnung mit Aufzug. Der Aufzug ist etwas klein, 2 Personen mit Koffer passen gerade so hinein. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Busse und Taxis waren schnell erreichbar, Teatro San Carlo und die Via Toledo sind direkt um die Ecke. Auch kulinarisch war alles fussläufig erreichbar. Ich kann das Apartement absolut empfehlen, komme gerne wieder! Nur Kleinigkeiten: es gab keine Küchenhandtücher und wenig Klopapier. Und die Müllentsorgung ist etwas kompliziert, Restmüll kann nur an bestimmten Tagen entsorgt werden. Tipp: Die direkte Straße ist zu Fuß etwas anstrengend, da ständig Autos und Vespas durchfahren. Am besten die Parallelstrasse Via Chiaia nehmen, die ist eine Fußgängerzone.

La anfitriona muy buena, y con actitud excelente para atender nuestras necesidades. Quizá para proponer mejora: hace falta más luz en la zona de cocina, una cafetera más grande, y que la nevera tenga congelador.

• Grachui (6/5): Basically I can say that there were more positives than negatives, considering the many warnings about staying in Naples - We very much like driver Luca and welcome manager Erica. They was very welcoming and kind to us. Good is that from the right side of street, you can go dawn and find very near metro station Chiaia. But bad that it was working only morning hours. And one more advice if you will use transport. In the begging buy 7 days thicket wich is coast 16 euro, or you will have a penalty from 55 euro. The apartment is a communal apartment of two separate rooms with their own bathrooms and bedrooms, but the corridor and laundry room are shared. The apartment itself is not bad, but the walls and the door separating the corridor are very thin, and if you do not lock it with a key, it will open itself. There are also problems with the photo of the balcony, which was taken from such an angle that you do not see that the neighbors can easily step over to you, not to mention the fact that sitting on the balcony in this case is no longer pleasant. The water in the shower practically did not drain. And the horror with the garbage that the concierge of the building instilled in me, which I was not warned about in advance, was very unpleasant. There was a specific hour for removing bio-waste, and he yelled at me in Italian although it was obvious that I did not understand him at all. It was also possible to leave basic salt, pepper, oil for guests, which I did not find in the cabinets but left after myself. I hope the next guest will be luckier than me. I also left 24 tablets of washing machine detergent. Also there are no good supermarket, and it is too far from good beach: Bagnio ideal. The public and free beach was horrible.

• ANTONELA (8/5): - The apartment is located in a very good and safe location, near the metro and the port. The apartment should be cleaned better.

• Thai Duc (9/5): - Die Lage ist gut und die Wohnung ist groß und modern eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig. Außerdem ist es etwas laut zum Schlafen, da die Wohnung an einer Straße liegt.
• Guest (7/5): Logement très bien situé mais quartier très bruyant, la rue Nardones étant très fréquentée. - Emplacement bien mais rue trop bruyante très tard le soir, voire début de nuit. Équipements cuisine un peu sommaire. Pas de bol, un grille pain serait appréciable. Pas d'éponge pour nettoyer la table et éventuellement la vaisselle.
