Mike (5/5): Convenient location no form of service or support, prepare for a treasure hunt for room keys - location of the accommodation was great, although complex to find absolutely no support from the on site customer service, with them telling me to contact who we booked the room through. they had no concern that there was blood on the towels when we arrived, they did not care that there were insufficient toiletries in the room.

Thorson (8/5): Good, just needed improvement on some areas. - As we arrived at Southern Cross Station the location was great and close to trams that could take us into the centre of the CBD. Beds called large double, but certainly only double. There were no additional blankets so thin bedding was not enough so we left the reverse cycle on overnight. More info in the room for Gym, Sauna & Pool would be good.

Paege (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location, close to everything, only a short 5 minute walk to closest shopping centre, tram stop and no more than 8 minutes to closest train station. About 15 minute walk to Melbourne Central Everything was clean, facilities were great as it had everything we needed and plenty of room
