• Troy (8/5): Nice apartment with room for four comfortably. - Location great, plenty of room in the apartment. Underground secure parking. 1 access fob was a little difficult at times with 4 people staying.

• Connolly (9/5): - The view and location were fantastic. We had an issue with not being able to open the door.. It turned out the swipe panel to read the key fob needed fixing. On calling the contact phone number for made comfy we were told it was after hours and they weren't based in Canberra. Luckily the hotel staff onsite helped us!
• Glenn (4/5): Avoid this tired property with a very overbearing bnb manager that invades your privacy - The lake and city view The Airbnb manager we had to deal with and be “Verified “ under threat of our booking being cancelled. This was drawn out and I initially thought the emails from “comfy” were scams. Very irritating
• Nancy (9/5): A great way to stay in Canberra. - We loved the view! and the very central location. We could walk to Floriade and lots of city restaurants. It was also a short drive to most attractions. The apartment was wonderfully spacious. There was constant road noise from Parkes Way just outside the block, but it wasn't intrusive and the view more than made up for it.
• John (8/5): No Fob Big Prob, otherwise great!! - The key collection point was EXTREMELY hard to find. No address outside building and the collection point name was not displayed anywhere. One access fob for 3 adults was absurd and would prevent us from ever using the premises again or recommending to others. You REALLY need to fix that. TOTALLY DUMB SITUATION TO PUT YOUR GUESTS IN.

• Jennifer (10/5): Fantastic day great location to attractions - The property was great, but maybe a bit more description on the name of the place would have been helpful We like the fact that it was secure. Parking safe had fantastic views very comfortable.
• Gina (9/5): Once we got to the apartment, it was fabulous, the views were amazing and the apartment was clean. - The process of picking up the keys was very cumbersome, as the keys had to be be picked up at a convenience store. The keys were not there when we arrived and it wasn't a great experience from the owner of the convience store. This process needs to change as it put a damper on our experience.
• Meredith (6/5): The unit is in a great site close to lake and National Galleries. Didn’t spend much time in the unit mainly because it w - The stunning view It was rundown. Bathrooms very shabby. Drapes needed to be replaced. Overall very dated and in need of renovation.
• Wenny (9/5): Pleasant. - Location was perfect from our main venue, parking was easy and plenty space, the best part for us was how spacious is the apartment. If only there was a cleaning service provided, that’d be great. We were staying with 2 young children and for good 2weeks, once cleaning service would be really great.
• Katherine (9/5): Amazing location, fantastic view and plenty to do within walking distance. We had a great weekend. - Amazing views, very clean, very comfortable. Picking up the keys from a seperate location was a bit awkward. Only one of the two lifts were working & it was quite slow.
• Adam (9/5): Canberra is expensive but this place made it feel affordable and comfortable Iwould hire place again - It was near ANU and city where I had chores to do. Great spaces. Clean and access - no issues and car parking. Views were spectacular. Three levels of security, but otherwise it was fine Once u got the hang of card system.

• Nic (6/5): Pretty good overall - Great location with lake views. Property was well appointed and equipped Cleanliness was poor e.g. lot of long black hair on shower walls, old coffee mug stains on bedside table which were able to be wiped off, some dirty kitchen cupboards. Also - no spare doonas or blankets for the beds meant that we were a bit cold during the night.
• John (10/5): Improve procedures for access - but we shall be back! Many thanks, John. - Some difficulty in gaining access to the building, as those at the desk had no idea as to the apartment or the procedures for access. Further, the phone number listed (seemingly in Belgium!) would not register at all. Finally, when we found the Ezymart and gained the key, we then found the apartment, which proved to be excellent in every way.

• Denise (1/5): Worst experience - NOTHING Went to check in and the keys were not there, was advised that the cleaners didnt put them back in the lock box, was also not given a code for the lock box, tried for over 3 hours to get in and in the end had to pay and book for another room and still waiting for the refund on this place - Wouldn't not recommend as i found out the hard way its not even part of the Hotel its private.

• Mathew (3/5): the apartment was good but the stay was not pleasant - I have stayed in the building before and find it comfortable and well located. The apartment was good and Booking.com were very helpful. The problems experienced on this stay were due to the managers of the property, MadeComfy (part of Airbnb). The call center in the Philippines mucked me around with different information on the stay and parking, there were delays in picking up the keys, the verification process was questionable and there was no response to the call about the refrigerator which would not get cold . I have never wasted so much time on a stay before.
• Jennifer (8/5): Great place - central and stunning views. - Great location. Could walk to most things we wanted to go to. Hot showers. Had everything we needed Instructions for using the cook top - could not get it to work.
• Yvonne (8/5): Overall the apartment met our needs for 3 night stay, roomy enough for 4 adults. - The location of the apartment was great, we were able to walk to Floriade which was our reason for visit. Also lovely walks of an evening around lake. Fridge needs to be looked at, didn’t seem to be cold, even when on maximum temp. The balcony could be have some cobwebs removed, I dont think this has been done for some time. The Main shower needs a good clean and scrub.
• Shane (9/5): Great location and view, comfortable. - Collecting the keys and dropping off the keys was a bit unusual and inconvenient especially on leaving. The place for collection/dropoff was a good 5 mins away. Not sure why the keys couldn't have been collected at the reception at the place anad dropped off on leaving.
• Gina (8/5): The view was to die fot! - Wonderful view The check in and registration process were really challenging. ID verification, multiple emails and confusion about key pick-up/deposit… Not great if you are after a simple stay
• Barry (8/5): Comfortable - The view was nice. Apartment was comfortable and very clean. Only one set of keys, if someone went out no one else can leave. Light over dining table does not work. Faulty power point in Main bedroom. Password for wifi on web site spelt incorrectly.
• Sue (6/5): Pleasant - the fridge froze anything that was left on the top shelf + it constantly was dripping onto the floor the stove top was a new induction stove - with no instructions - the instructions were for the old stove on the website there is an oven - but not anything to use to put food in to use the oven a coffee machine wold be good and then we could bring pods - there were 3 pods there already - but no way of using them
