• Ben (10/5): Best work trip accommodation I've had in my career! - Location is perfect for access to restaurants and cafes, the home is the perfect layout for two couples, a family or a business trip would love to visit again for a personal trip outside of work. Can't recommend highly enough. Nothing is was perfect !!!!

• RJ (9/5): Excellent place, excellent location - Location was awesome. The house was fantastic and the fit out was top notch. Easy check in process. No tissues provided at all. The upstairs door to the deck regularly jammed on the decking planks and could not be opened. No spare kitchen bin bags and some tap ware was loose. Asked for early check in and was told this was available but at a cost. 2pm extra 20% of daily rate, 1pm 25% and 12pm 30%. I thought that was pretty poor as it was ready anyway.
• Hyne (6/5): - Location was close to restaurants, supermarkets and specialty shops which was very handy for our 2week stay. Overall very clean, comfortable and homey. A little noisey and the smell from restaurant cooking was a little unpleasant when wanting to let some air flow in from back sliding door.

• Wilson (10/5): Enjoyed this beautiful home in Carlton! Close to shopping, restaurants and bars and only a short walk away from the CBD. - Great location - Stylish, warm and welcoming cottage!

• Callum (9/5): Such a beautiful cottage in a wonderful location. Back next year for Lions grand final win - I love the location for getting around the city and also how close it was to Lygon st The only thing I could have asked for was a more comfortable couch when we were home relaxing.

• Claudia (9/5): Great spot - Very good location. Very comfortable & mostly well appointed. Kitchen could have done with a few more cups and smaller glasses. Also a larger saucepan for cooking pasta. Another set of shower gel tubes would have been nice and maybe another set of towels for longer stays. Only minor issues.
• Linda (9/5): Superb - Couch was far too low. Had to stack cushions on the couch to raise the height enough for my elderly mother to be comfortable, and to enable her to stand up unassisted.
• Susan (9/5): We had an enjoyable stay and would recommend the place to friends. - The location was great with being near the trams and Lygon Street. Having our own bathrooms was wonderful. The noise of bottles being emptied into the bins late at night down the lane out the back.
• Genevieve (9/5): Clean, comfortable house in superb location - Such a great location. 20 second walk to busy Lygon street but still quiet inside the property at night. Very clean, very easy check in/check out. Great having the two bedrooms and bathroom on different levels for a bit more privacy when travelling with friends. Also loved the sunny terrace upstairs The back gate seemed to be bolted shut from the outside? Would have preferred if we were able to use the back gate as one of our group was a smoker and would have liked to exit out there to have one instead of out the front. Other then that no complaints at all

• Shiel (10/5): Would definitely stay again - Super clean. Had everything we needed in terms of facilities Beds were super comfy as were the pillows but a little too high for us. A selection of lower pillows would have been awesome. Also there wasn’t any face washes. A mirror would have been useful as we came for a graduation and wanted to see our outfits. These as very minor additions that would have been perfect (for us).
• Gisela (8/5): Very enjoyable - Access to the property was convoluted and had to ring Philippines a few times to get help. Description to operate the locked key box didn't actually describe it accurately. There were only 2 mugs and assorted few glasses. On the whole a very comfortable house, clean, and the location excellent. Access. More mugs.

• Kathleen (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location, very comfortable house would definitely book again. No parking in site but the Lygon Street carpark was a few minutes walk away and did us a great deal for daily parking

Feeling of light and space clever design, decor and comfort - a boutique hotel - The stay was exceptional - the soft furnishings and overall comfort of the furniture and beds were a delight. The quality of the architecture with abundant natural light and a feeling of space and privacy in a terrace house in Carlton. I particularly enjoyed the lighting, outdoor seating areas, location (was so close to lygon street carlton), and the little touches of decoration which made it feel like a boutique hotel. The ability to cook in the kitchen with great appliances, implements and pans was a game changer. Overall, I will return and stay there again when in Melbourne!
