• Kimi (9/5): Good nights sleep, except for the fire alarm one morning. The breakfast was good, the rooms and common areas were clean - Clean and new. Helpful and friendly staff. The shower was so slow. The water wasn’t powerful enough to rinse my hair. Both rooms we stayed in the showers we sub-par. Although they were very clean. The airport shuttle was late leaving both times we stayed at your property.

• IEYASU (8/5): 基本的大満足でした！フロントのサービスもめちゃ良かったです - ダラス空港にアクセスしやすい点ですね。尚、空港行く時に30分ごとにシャトルバスが出していただいているので、結構便利でした！ 自分が泊まっていた211号室のシャワーがスイッチから激しく水漏れしていたので、当然水圧も無く、かろうじてシャワーが浴びることができましたが、部屋替えなども面倒ですし、文句を言うにも時間的に無駄だと思いますし、このような件で清掃時に気付くだろうと思われますが、もし水漏れはなければ、最高点を付けてあげたいですね！

• Marci (7/5): - The rooms were new, so very clean and modern. The staff was exceptionally nice. The location is close to the airport but if you ride the shuttle, which is a nice option, be prepared to walk 1.5 miles to the nearest c-store, and uber or taxi to any place to eat.

• Henry (8/5): Good inexpensive place to crash near the aiport. Very convenient to and from. - Very modest place, no restaurant or bar. The surroundings have no charm at all. Its attraction is its proximity to DFW and its free shuttle there. We don't know if free pickup from the airport can be arranged, we did not try. Good complimentary breakfast. Staff incl. shuttle driver were friendly and helpful. Perfect place if you are unexpectedly stuck in DFW by a historic storm.
• Scott (10/5): - I regret we booked thru a third party website, so we may have paid more. But that was my only regret! We got a suite with space for us to eat supper together and watch a little TV in bed. We slept better than the previous five days in CA. Breakfast was a blessing, with egg omelettes, pour-your-own waffles, cereals, oatmeal, fruit juices, bagels, toast, and more. The breakfast was without butter or breakfast meats, but winter storm Fern was the likely culprit. We weren't being shot at (I'm a vet), and the LORDs provision is perfect. So I do not hold the hotel accountable for this.
