• Ben (10/5): Buitengewoon vakantieadres! - De villa is een recent prachtig gerenoveerd pand dat smaakvol en comfortabel is ingericht, met Clara en Jean Michel als bijzonder aangename gastheer en gastvrouw, die zich ook goed in het Engels redden. Zeventien jaar ervaring met een eigen restaurant laat zich in veel opzichten voelen! De ligging van de villa bovenop een heuveltop is adembenemend, met zicht op het schilderachtige Bonnieux, de Mont Ventoux en zelfs op enkele bergtoppen met sneeuw in de zuidelijke Alpen. De toegangsweg naar de villa is goed berijdbaar en slechts 2,5 kilometer van de doorgaande weg van Bonnieux naar Lourmarin. Ruime, afgesloten parkeerplaats. Uitstekende wifi binnen en buiten. Veel en comfortabele zitjes op het terras. Buitenbar met ‘honestybar’. We waren er zes dagen en konden vier keer genieten van de mogelijkheid om ‘s avonds te blijven dineren. Eten op niveau voor een schappelijke prijs. Objectief gezien niets! Subjectief vond een van ons het bed te hard. Daar is na een opmerking wel meteen iets aan gedaan, maar verwacht geen comfortabele topper (zoals helaas zo vaak, voor mensen die een voorkeur voor een zacht bed hebben).

• Lu (10/5): Escape wonderland - Such a fantastic escape place. It is actually closer to the town than the map makes it seen! In this resort, Totally have 6 rooms with nice design, even it is in the countryside but feel so luxury, bathroom is spacious and clean! Room is comfortable, the view from the front house(dinning room, living room, pool, bar) is stunning. We came here in April, it’s chill in the morning and night, but with the sunshine feel so warm, we are looking forward to come again in the summer time. Also the owner is super friendly, makes you feel like at home!

It’s a guesthouse with several rooms, all designed with great style, exceptionally clean, and full of character and care. The breakfasts are delicious and best enjoyed while overlooking the entire Provence valley. The owner personally prepares dinner upon request — and it’s truly Michelin-worthy! Be sure to have dinner at the house. Nearby, there is a cedar forest with scenic trails and panoramic views, as well as charming villages all within a 20-minute radius. This location is truly a hidden gem.

• Andrei (10/5): Must visit! - You'll fall in love with the view! We were traveling through Provence, and this place was our favorite stop. The first thing is, of course, the view—from the veranda, you can see the valley, the mountains, and the snow-capped peaks. We sat there until sunset, and it was wonderful. We worked during the trip, so we can appreciate the Wi-Fi; it was stable. We also highly appreciated the overall peace and quiet. Nearby our room, we could sunbathe on the sun loungers away from public view (the pool is closed in April). We enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners, and the three-course set menu with delicious local products was an interesting experience. Clara and her husband were very kind. It is a wonderful place made with love, one we would love to return to again!

Hoch oben auf einem Hügel gelegen, bietet sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das charmante Städtchen Bonnieux – besonders von der romantischen Terrasse aus, auf der sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen serviert wird. Die Unterkunft wird mit viel Herzblut von einem sympathischen Ehepaar geführt, das es versteht, seinen Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Jedes Detail – von der stilvollen Einrichtung über die liebevoll gepflegte Anlage bis hin zum makellos sauberen Zimmer – ist mit großer Sorgfalt gestaltet. Das Essen ist hervorragend, kreativ und regional verwurzelt. Selbst die kleinen Köstlichkeiten, die man am wunderschönen Pool genießen kann, übertreffen alle Erwartungen. Ein Ort zum Entspannen, Genießen und Wiederkommen – wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

• Horst (10/5): - Das einzige Negative war, dass es für uns ab dem ersten Tag kein Zimmer mehr gab. Sonst wären wir gerne noch ein paar Tage geblieben. G Und auch das Wetter war für die Jahreszeit zu kalt; aber daran kann auch der beste Hotelier nichts ändern.

• Barb (10/5): Beautiful Villa and property -everything perfect, spacious rooms and amazing views - The Villa was so beautiful, rooms are very spacious and lovely. The view over the Bonnieux either out the windows or by the pool and even from the indoor dining room(when weather was too cold to be outside). Clara and Michael were wonderful hosts in every way. Definitely take advantage of the dinners-as they are delicious 3 course meals and they have great local wine to purchase with the meal. After a long day each day of going to various nearby hill top towns and wineries--it was so nice to be able to "park the car" and just relax in the beauty of the serene setting and enjoy a great dinner. Breakfast are also delicious and great way to fuel up for the days of sightseeing. We will definitely return to this hidden gem.
• Marie-Claude (8/5): Mauvaise expérience dans un établissement à fort potentiel - La chambre était spacieuse et bien aménagée La piscine et son environnement Situé près des sentiers de la Forêt des Cèdres Nous avions cet hébergement parce qu’ils offraient le dîner. Le soir de notre arrivée, nous avons pris le repas sur place. Les 4 autres soirs, nous avons dû sortir à Bonnieux, une route de forêt suivi d’une route sinueuse et dangereuse pour s’y rendre.Raison évoquée: le chef propriétaire était malade. Très décevant! La qualité et la variété des petits déjeuners ne sont pas à la hauteur.

• Stefan (10/5): Enspannung die wirkt. Wir kommen wieder - Der Blick über das Tal während man am Pool liegt ist einfach ein Traum. Mega ruhige Unterkunft und auch sehr klein. Dazu noch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Auch das Zimmer mit Terassse hat uns gut gefallen.

• Pako (10/5): Vue, confort, accueil, dîner et petit déjeuner.. Tout était parfait. - La villa des cèdres est située dans un lieu parfaitement calme, blottie dans cette forêt majestueuse. Nous avons tellement apprécié l'accueil par la propriétaire des lieux qui est venu nous accueillir à peine arrivé dans le domaine pour nous accompagner à notre chambre. Nous ne savions déjà plus où poser nos yeux tant le décor était magnifique. J'y reviendrai... Notre chambre d'une très belle superficie était très confortable et extrèmement bien décorée, la salle de bain chaleureuse et très lumineuse était une invitation à la détente. Que dire des extérieurs, magiques, vue imprenable, piscine, terrasses judicieusement posées ça et là pour s'ennivrer de ce lieu dont les hôtes ont magistralement organisé l'accueil de leurs clients. Entre un apéritif servit devant un panorama à faire frissoner les plus exigeants et notre dîner en intérieur (il faisait frais ce soir là) avec juste quelques tables ajoutant à l'excusivité de l'accueil. Quelle belle surprise encore que ce repas servit d'une main experte par Madame et conconcté par un non moins talentueux Chef et propriétaire des lieux. Le repas était parfaitement réalisé et digne des plus grands restaurants et c'est peu dire. Enfin notre petit déjeuner où rien ne manquait même pas le sourire de nos hôtes, entre pain succulent et salades de fruit excquise, nous aurions simplement souhaité resté là plus longtemps. Au gré de nos voyages nous sommes toujours à la recherche de lieux empreints de particularités, de beauté et d'accueil hors norme, nous pensons sincèrement que le mas des cèdres nous à permis de fêter notre 3e anniversaire de mariage à 60 ans.. très certainement dans le plus bel établissement où nous avons séjourné depuis des années. To miejsce prowadzone z pasją przez przesympatyczne małżeństwo restauratorów, którzy dbają o każdy, nawet najmniejszy szczegół, aby pobyt był niezapomniany. Obiekt jest zupełnie nowy, urządzony z ogromnym smakiem i wyczuciem stylu – wszystko jest dopieszczone, od eleganckich wnętrz po przepięknie zaaranżowany ogród. Kolacje przygotowywana przez gospodarzy i serwowana na tarasie to absolutny hit – dania są nie tylko pyszne, ale i pięknie podane, a atmosfera przy zachodzie słońca jest po prostu magiczna. Podgrzewany basen to kolejny atut, który pozwolił nam cieszyć się relaksem niezależnie od pogody. Całość dopełnia cudowna, ciepła atmosfera, którą tworzą gospodarze – czuliśmy się jak w domu, a nawet lepiej! Villa des Cèdres to idealne miejsce na odpoczynek od codzienności. Zadbano tu o każdy detal, aby goście czuli się wyjątkowo. Bez wahania wrócimy przy najbliższej okazji – to jeden z tych adresów, o których opowiada się znajomym z zachwytem!

• Dries (10/5): Topverblijf in het hart van de Luberon. - We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in Villa de Cèdres. Alles klopte: van de adembenemende locatie in het charmante Bonnieux tot de hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaars. Je voelt meteen dat deze plek met liefde en zorg wordt gerund. De villa zelf is stijlvol ingericht en straalt rust uit. Perfect om tot jezelf te komen en volop te genieten van de natuur, het uitzicht en de zon. Maar wat het écht bijzonder maakt, zijn de lieve, warme mensen die je met open armen ontvangen en er alles aan doen om je verblijf onvergetelijk te maken. Een absolute aanrader. Wij komen zeker terug! /

Die Umgebung mit der grossen Terrasse, dem Garten und Pool sind ein kleines Paradies. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. An zwei Abenden genossen wir das aussergewöhnliche, mit Liebe zubereitete Abendessen in der Villa. Eine Aussendusche beim Pool wäre noch nützlich.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse par nos hôtes, qui ont su se montrer à la fois discrets et aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour. La chambre était impeccable, décorée avec goût et offrant une vue à couper le souffle. Le calme des lieux, allié à la beauté du paysage, crée une atmosphère paisible et ressourçante. Mention spéciale pour les repas : un vrai régal du début à la fin ! Ce fut un réel plaisir de dîner sur place le soir tout en ayant la sensation d’être dans un restaurant bistronomique avec une ambiance calme et intimiste. En deux jours, nous avons réussi à vraiment déconnecter et repartir l’esprit léger. Une adresse précieuse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés — et où nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Но когда приезжали были в полном приятном шоке от этой виллы и от ее хозяев. Все было на высшем уровне. Замечательный дом на несколько номеров, шикарный бассейн. Территория. Это был самый вкусный ужин в нашей жизни. Мы словно побывали в ресторане с 5 мишленовскими звездами. Как оказалось вилла открылась недавно, она абсолютно новая. Delicious breakfast. The room was beautiful with great linens and personal touches. The owners were very warm, welcoming and helpful with local suggestions. The pool and surrounding area are beautiful. A perfect place to unwind and be a point to visit the surrounding gorgeous countryside. The owner used to have a restaurant and will make dinner with advance notice. Great selection of reasonably priced local wines. Nescafé sachets and a kettle are available in the room but it would have been good to be able to use the outside Nespresso machine before breakfast was served at 0830.

• Mark (10/5): - The setting and the experience was exceptional. The rooms very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Dinner not to be missed, very high standard of cuisine. Our hosts worked tirelessly and are totally dedicated to making their guests stay a memorable one. we only stayed for 2 nights but looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended.

La struttura è nuova, tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli e arredato con molto buon gusto. Camera, giardino, arredi: tutto perfetto.
