• Mohamad (7/5): Beautiful house but needs few touch ups - House is clean . Location is amazing. Bathroom doors or most of the doors need to be fixed. Common ensuite hard to lock. Alfresco door hard to open . The alfresco,which is the highligh of tge house, we couldn t use it when it rained ,water leaks in the middle on top of the table and chairs area A regular sound in the garage from the hot water unit i think doesn t stop . The is no iron or iron table or steamer.
• Travis (1/5): Very disappointed - Nothing. we did not get to stay there. Our accommodation was cancelled as we were on the plane on our way there. So had to try and organise accommodation whilst at the airport because nothing else was organised for us. Was very disappointed that the accommodation could just be cancelled and nothing else organised for us to go to. Just told to organise something else.
• Hector (1/5): - In the bedrooms, all the pillows and bedsheets had a very unpleasant smell. As a result, we had to spend the night almost on top of the bed covers, the kitchen equipment was broken or unusable, and even the refrigerator appeared unstable — almost like the “Leaning Tower of Pisa,” which was quite concerning. Additionally, there was a leak in the upstairs bathroom, and we were unable to get the second TV upstairs working. On top of that, we no longer felt comfortable using the pool, as the situation affected our mood and enjoyment of the facilities.

• Sudha (4/5): Great location but disappointing because pool was dirty - Good location near to city The pool was dirty and was not able to use it. The property is advertised as pool and water views but pool was not available at all. Main bathroom door was not closing properly Kitchen utensils were average
• Jack (1/5): Dirty, unhygenic, and misleading. - Nothing. This property is completely unacceptable and should not be listed in its current state. It is advertised as a house, but it is actually a duplex, and the unit has a shared balcony with the neighbour, meaning there is no privacy at all — something the listing does not disclose. The hygiene and maintenance issues are extreme. The pool and spa were filthy and completely unusable. There was rubbish floating in the pool, and even what looks like a rake sitting at the bottom of it. The outdoor area was also covered in rubbish and debris. Inside, the situation was no better. I found cockroaches, rat droppings, and even hair inside the fridge and freezer. The main bathroom leaks water all over the floor whenever the shower is used, which is unsafe and shows the level of neglect. Several kitchen utensils and appliances within the house are either faulty or broken. The overall condition of the property is far below any reasonable standard and nothing like what was advertised. To make matters worse, management told me before arrival that their “trade team had resolved everything”, and repeated the same claim during the stay — yet clearly nothing had been fixed. This was completely untrue. They then had the audacity to ask me to leave a 10/10 review so their listing wouldn’t be affected, despite the state of the property. These problems reflect the same issues raised in multiple recent reviews, which have clearly gone ignored. I have requested a full refund through Booking.com due to the property being misleading, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. I strongly advise future guests to avoid this property until property management address major repairs, proper cleaning, and honest management practices are actually put in place.
• Andrew (4/5): Very disappointing - Couldn't use pool as it was dirty abd was only informed 3hrs before check in. TV upstairs didnt work. Shower floor needs work. Pots and pans handles all broken and plates and cups dirty. Over all the place needs a good clean. Bins out front and rubbish all over the place.
• Bradley (1/5): Bad does not match pictures - Pool was unusable green and dirty with rubbish in it and mould, algae growing in the water same for the spa There was rubbish everywhere in the yard and driveway Cutlery was dirty Broken pots and pans Nothing to cook with properly Broken coffee machine Air con filter clogged with dust and smelt bad Shower floor has big crack through it the floor is breaking It is also a duplex which is ok but it's advertised by itself when it's two units

• Julian (1/5): Avoid like the plague. Worst experience ever - I honestly can't say anything nice about this property. The worst experience I've ever had from a rental. Our first experience at the property was met by not being able to access the driveway due to several otto bins on the driveway. The doorway entrance was filled with paint cans, ladders, tarps and drop sheets. Yet the worst is still to come.. The coffee cups had been used and just put back in the cupboard dirty. I sent a complaint through to booking.com that night. We were awoken at 7.30 the next morning to what we thought was someone cleaning the rubbish away, only to find out it was painters still renovating the place while we were renting it. I opened my bedroom blind to be confronted with a painter on the ladder looking straight at me. When I told him we were renting and my wife was naked in the shower and could he get away from the window, his response was " I've been paid to do a job, speak to the owner " he continued to paint. After calling booking.com about the builders working while we were there, I then went upstairs to my bedroom to find the painters on the bedroom balcony. I immediately rang madecomfy and told them I was leaving due to our invasion of privacy. They told me they would get back to me immediately. It has now been 30hrs and still no response. Instead they sent a email to ask for a 10 star review. Worst rental ever. We rebooked our holiday at Novotel, which worked out cheaper to have 3 rooms at Novotel for our stay. Avoid at all cost.
