• Kulkarni (1/5): Please verify room service cost and compare with other hotels… do not recommend - Facility was clean Staff was friendly - Cost is extremely high compared to facilities - Room was tiny( not even space for large bag storage(even one ) - ZERO room service ( you have to go and get your own toilet rollls, towels, no coffee machine - I would never stay here unless th cost is compare to value ( I paid $800 for 3 nights) - the cost when booked was incorrect, additional taxes of 4% had to be paid when checked in , hate surprise costs

• Rebillon (8/5): arrêt d'une seule nuit, hôtel correspondant à mes besoins, niveau d'équipement plutot moyen - propreté, prestations générale, accueil par une personne très sympathique et prévenante. Pas de chaine TV française, pas d'internet, pas de wifi, pas de seche cheveux, petit déjeuner très moyen, une seule serviette par personne, attention au parking sous terrain (petite voiture recommandée).

• Vardanush (10/5): - The staff was very helpful, kind, and professional. All of them spoke English, which made communication very easy. The location was excellent — the metro station is only a 1-minute walk away, and there are pharmacies, supermarkets, and everything you may need right next to the hotel. Special thanks to Yubi for the great assistance and help during our stay. I definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was great. We had a very pleasant stay.

• Valencia Flores (9/5): - Great location, super friendly staff, and peaceful ambiance in the room. The bed was a bit hard, but not to the point of being unbearable. Furthermore, the bed had only two pillows. This was not unexpected, as we were told beforehand that this was the case and that extra pillows could be requested. I unfortunately was too slow to ask and they had ran out of stock. So rather than say it's a "didn't like" it is more of a "plan for/consider it" when checking in.
• Daniel (7/5): Comfortable, convenient & friendly. - Clean, conveniently located, quiet (no kids was an added bonus) day staff very helpful & friendly. No kettle in the room, no fridge, late afternoon/night staff unhelpful with an attitude, no value for money - nightly rate did. It meet expectations.

• Panagiotis (6/5): Nice for short stay of a couple, but fairly adequate for longer stays. - It was a fairly decent and clean hotel, located near the Metro Station Navas. Don't expect any comfort size rooms, daily cleaning and changing of towels. Even if you want a second pillow, or a hairdryer you have to be extremely lucky to be provided with one. Staff very friendly and polite though, trying to coop with company's policies and they do their best. That due to company's policies all amenities and services are kept to a minimal level, e.g cleaning and changing of towels are once per week. We requested for a hairdryer but none was available to be given to us, so we had to buy our own.

• Maciej (9/5): - Zostaliśmy zameldowani w pokoju w którym nie byliśmy w stanie zamknąć okna (obsługa sprzątająca ma klamkę którą zamyka okna, samemu nie można ich otworzyć ani zamknąć - po prostu zapomnieli tego zrobić po sprzątaniu) oraz w łazience nie dało się zamknąć drzwi - nie wchodziły w futrynę. Po zgłoszeniu problemu na recepcję obsługa zareagowała błyskawicznie, Pan przyszedł i zamknął okno oraz zaproponował wymianę pokoju na inny. Wszyscy z pracowników bardzo mili i życzliwi. Lokalizacja idealna, bardzo dużo sklepów spożywczych w pobliżu, pyszna piekarnia „365 Obrador” w której codziennie jedliśmy śniadania, metro 2 minuty od hotelu. Hotel nowy, czysty i pachnący, stan pokoju bez zarzutów, wszystko jeszcze jest dość nowe i niezniszczone. Jedyny powód dla którego nie daję 10/10 a to kompletnie chora sytuacja z wypożyczaniem suszarek z recepcji na max 2 h. Jednego dnia pobytu właśnie prawie 2 h czekałem aż zwolni się jakaś suszarka ponieważ ludzie nie oddawali ich na czas i przy dużym obłożeniu hotelu nie było aktualnie dostępnej żadnej wolnej. Mamy 2026 rok, dlaczego suszarki nie mogą zostać zamontowane na stałe w pokojach? Nie rozumiem, w życiu się z czymś takim do tej pory nie spotkałem a trochę po Europie jeżdżę.

They did not clean our room in 3 nights stay.

• Krystyna (6/5): - Alles war in Ordnung. Die Rezeption ist vor Ort. Die Lage ist normal. Es gibt keinen Föhn im Zimmer. Man muss sich täglich einen an der Rezeption für maximal zwei Stunden ausleihen und ihn anschließend zurückgeben. Dasselbe gilt für Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Handtücher. Auch ein Zimmerservice wird nicht angeboten. Ich empfehle dem Hotel, für jedes Zimmer einen Föhn anzuschaffen.

Considero que la hora del check-out es demasiado temprano 10h teniendo en cuenta que el check-in es a partir de las 15h, además faltando minutos para las 10 te tocan la puerta para avisar de que te tienes que ir.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable. The walls weren’t soundproof at all, so you could hear almost everything your neighbours did.
