• Ruby (10/5): Exceptional - I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional – always willing to go the extra mile to make sure guests feel welcome. I especially appreciated the cozy bed. The location is perfect – close to local attractions, restaurants, and very easy to get around. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay!

It was my boyfriend’s birthday while they were there and they even left him a little note, so sweet!! Location is a 5 min drive to the old quarter and on a nice quiet street. Thank you for a great stay!

• Zwart (2/5): Very poor - We arrived at the B-hotel at 2:30. We immediately went to bed and we had to check out at 12 again. So this means we stayed half a night. At the check out we asked the girl if we could shower really quick before our flight in the evening because it was very hot outside. It was a 22 hour flight back home so she said that it was all good. At the time we came back to the hotel in the evening another girl behind the desk told us we had to pay 250.000 dong if we wanted to take a shower. This conversation we did through google translate because she spoke no English at all. We told her that the girl from the morning said it would be without a charge and we told her that we only stayed half a night, so we thought this wasn’t fair. There was no point in communicating with her at all. As we say in Dutch: ze mag me ballen likken

The staff did take my passport while check in and then again later at night the staff changed and he nearly forced me to show him the passport again and i felt unsafe.

• Elena (3/5): Absolutely NOT - They allowed to leave our luggage for free after checkout before leave to the airport Room not like the photo, the bed had cigarettes burns, no sheets only blankets. Toilet with water bleeping on the floor, some insect on the sink. The window was without handle so we can’t close properly and all noises from street come into room making very bad sleeping. At 6AM cleaners start to shout outdoor for clean other rooms and waking us up. Wi-Fi very slow. Location at 10min of walking from the city center but in a dirty street and you have to cross a very dangerous road. The staff don’t speak English at all.
