- Marianne Croff (10/5): Amazing hotel with the little extra! - This was a wonderful hotel in all possible ways. The room was luxurious and modern. It had everything we needed and more . Like many other have pointed out , George was very professional and kind . The area is nice. The Thames Path to Hammersmith is beautiful as well as Fulham Palace very close to hotel . The guests have access to the private Club at the pier, which is highly recommendable as well as the restaurant Brasserie Constance. Nothing .
- Mark (6/5): Good, but not worth this much per night. - The view from the room was amazing. If you pay over €650,- per night you’d expect everything to be absolutly perfect. Thats not the case. Basic things like a closet to put your clothes in, or even breakfast at the hotel would be a bare minimum and that wasn’t available. The room is nice, but small. The bathroom is nice but not well designed and there is no cleaning of the room during your stay.

I had issues with the WiFi but again the staff were super helpful and sorted it out. Also the TV in the room wasn't a smart TV so I couldn't cast what I was watching to the TV, which is a shame.

I cannot - From the location to the design of the rooms, I LOVED everything about the property. The customer service they provide is absolutely top-class and friendly too. No need to be nervous around them they are so friendly. And the lead up to the check in was reassuring and made me feel actually excited to go there they accommodated me and partner like we are their family and made our stay there extra special. Thank you again Janos and the team I disliked nothing about this property

- Samar (10/5): Luxury beyond imagination - The hotel is mind blowing - the room is on par with some of the best Mandarin Orientals and exceeds many of their hotels. And the service is far beyond 5 star. The bed was heavenly. This is truly a luxury hotel, with fantastic views over the Thames and set on a gorgeous development. I couldn't believe my luck! Nothing at all. Everything, and I mean everything was perfect.
