Amy (1/5): I would never go back here - Good location, but it's noisy from the street traffic Rude, unfriendly staff Damp and mold in the room Sink blocked with broken plug Got my room wrong so charged me for a room with a balcony, but didn't have a balcony - did not offer any kind of compensation or even care They have a luggage lift which they allow guests to use, but it is incredibly noisy (sounds like a great big bang) and woke me up 3 times (after 11pm and before 6am)

We were very shocked that the receptionist tried to get into our room at 11.30 pm on a Saturday night to return our deposit. We were sleeping. She knocked on the door several times and as we thought it was drunk people, we did not open the door. She then opened the door and let herself into our room. Completely wrong and an invasion of privacy.

Afrin (3/5): Poor - Price 1.There was no prior information about the lack of a lift/elavator on the property. 2.Upon discovering this, I requested a lower-level room since my mom has difficulty walking. I was informed that all other rooms were booked, and we could only get a room on the 4th floor. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were assigned a room on the 5th floor instead. When I asked, I was told that someone else had been given the 4th-floor room. This made our 3-night stay very difficult as my mom had to climb to the 5th floor every time. 3.There was no support staff available in the morning or even night after10pm 4.The luggage lift was not functional. 5.During check-out, we had to carry all the luggage ourselves. 6.The place was not suitable for dining. 7.The area was always congested with traffic. 8.There was no clear signage in the hotel lobby, which confused us, especially with nearby cannabis restaurants. Overall, this is not a suitable place for a modest family to stay.

Ms. (7/5): Location is great . Staffs were nice . For the comfy status , bed was little hard than I thought . Rather than that it w - It’s at the 3rd floor but not so much steps to get there . Also , I can easily point the pin for more sightseeing around neighborhood. I heard some noice from the water pipe which was near my room at that time which led me to get annoyed in midnight . Sometime , it was scared if you’re going there for solo traveling .
