Luxury carpet was nice to walk on. TV was broken. No towel rail. Air con needed a clean.
Collecting key at a different location and the person not knowing anything about the property, such as what all the keys were for or how you entered the apartment.
- Daniel (7/5): We had an enjoyable stay, it was great for what we needed! Only downfall was the damaged TV and the management issues wh - It was located in an ideal spot for bars and the beach. Trams near by made it very easy to commute into the city. We wasn’t able to check in on time due to the apartment not being clean as the last customers checked out late. The TV was also broken when we arrived and not fixed or replaced our whole stay.

No extra towels. We booked for 4 people infant included and they gave us 2 towels and got told we needed to pay more for more linen and towels.
The heat pump was so dirty and when turned on it smelt like fish. Very clearly hasn’t been serviced in a long time and is a hazard for anyone else staying there.
The whole property was 5/10 cleanliness. We were told we couldn’t check in early due to the cleaners being there but when we got there nothing was even clean, hadn’t been vacuumed, hair all over the bathroom.
How do I go about a refund or at least partial refund please?
- Zoe (4/5): Don't stay here- communication is terrible. - It was pretty clean. But couch was dirty and patch of floor was wet. Don't stay here or with this property management company. This was my first time getting treated badly - and it really had an affect on our holiday.
In summary
-Communication was terrible
-Apartments look very different to pictures. It was an extreme wide angle lens!
-Half stuff isn't there or doesn't work. Toaster kept tripping safety switch. And was broken. No toilet paper roller.. etc. No sheets for fold out bed provided even after asking.
-We couldn't check in till 6pm- 3 hours after our designated time. We had to get a ride across town to get a code from a shop and then the shop would give us a key- only to be told the code didn't work- with no explanation on how long it would take. The code was a sham- they eventually said the keys just weren't back as the place wasnt cleaned. If I was travelling alone I would have been concerned where I was sleeping - with two children it was even more worrying.
All the communication was through online messaging on their website with different people's names coming up so you didn't know who you were talking to. And one phone number which was often not answered.
The website looks organised but it's not. They say they welcome feedback- but there is no where to give it.
Just don't waste your time.
