• Csant (8/5): - Unbeatable location right by the beach. Great views and easy access to pool, gym, restaurants, etc. Apartment was overall clean with the exception of some dusty sheets and some surfaces here and there.

• Ashley (8/5): The apartment was lovely with great views and amenities, and key collection was easy (though two keys would be better). - A beautiful apartment with stunning views, excellent amenities, and a fantastic location close to everything. There was only one key provided for five adults, which required a bit of coordination. We also noticed a few minor cleanliness oversights on arrival, such as small amounts of rubbish, a cigarette butt on the balcony, and some areas that appeared to have been missed during dusting or cleaning. A quick final check would easily resolve these.
• Yang (1/5): The room was stunk and mold, broken washing machine and fridge - Issue 1, washing machine. The room is stunk as soon as we opened the door. We have managed to track the smell to washing machine and found it is moldy and got full of water left it there had already turned to black. It is disgusting! We tried to let the machine run but it appeared to be faulty. Issue 2, fridge, It is making very loud noise. It is just not acceptable.
• Charna (9/5): It was a nice stay in a great location - The property itself was in the best position right in the heart of Cavil Ave with a view of the ocean. Very spacious and comfortable for a family with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The third party this unit is booked through are somewhat difficult to deal with being an overseas call centre. The building is in the Hilton Towers and staff will not assist you in anyway. This is not included in any communication when booking. I was given a piece of paper in a ripped plastic cover and was not told this was needed to access the elevator and the room. It was lost and getting another one from Hilton Staff is an absolute nightmare. The cleanliness was really ordinary.

• Chrissy (10/5): We will be visiting again. - Spacious, clean and great location. Central to everything, so close to tram station. EXCEPTIONAL VIEW from the balcony Pipe sounds, and random sounds here and there in the middle of the night
