Asked for food recommendations in the area and the staff proceeded to write an extensive list of recommended places for us. Halfway into the trip we requested for housekeeping which is a paid service, the staff were kind enough to arrange housekeeping for us at no cost.

Very easily accessible via metro with three stations at walking distance. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful to us and was always very responsive. Every time we sent her a message via the booking.com platform she always replied within minutes. She also arranged a taxi for us on the day of our check out. Apartment highly recommend. Nothing
• Ceong Cur (1/5): - Nothing is good. Very bad experience. And it's totally over priced. Small room and i turned to a hotel at city area with a third of the price with better facilities and environment. Bed is bad and no extra for changes. Toilet wasn't well designed and slippery. Felt so cheated!

• Janette (9/5): Great location, nice natural light. - Great location, nice natural light and you can open a window. A place to leave luggage if you are leaving on a later flight. Not too much space for luggage but we did have a family of four with 4 bags. The towels were like foot-towel size.
• Raymond (7/5): Excellent location that is family friendly but with some quirks. - Location cannot be beat and the facilities accommodates families which is ideal. You're literally a street away from one of the busiest tourist districts in Seoul and all for good reason since shopping and food cannot be beat in Myeongdong. The bathrooms were... strange. Our suite had two full bathrooms but one of the bathrooms had the sink, shower head all in one with no curtains so water got everywhere. In addition to that, after one shower in that bathroom, a horrendous stench was coming up from the drain. We ended up not using that bathroom for showers and treated it like a 1/2 bathroom. The other bathroom had a tub but again, no shower curtain so the bathroom pretty much was wet the entire time. The toilet, sink, floors were all wet and the hotel did provide one set of slippers per bathroom but this was not ideal -- why not just put a shower curtain up?

• Yui (10/5): Perfect and excellent. 정말 감사합니다!! - 1, 十分な広さと設備 2, 丁寧で親切なスタッフ 3, アクセスの良さ 4, 周辺の環境 今回3家族家族、6人で利用しました。部屋は清潔で、明るく、広々としていて快適でした。両親と妹家族は初めての海外でしたが、大変満足度の高い韓国旅行になりました。スタッフの方も非常に親切で滞在中困ることはありませんでした。ボックスティッシュやトイレットペーパー、タオルなどもオフィスですぐに用意してくれますし、手が塞がっていた時は、お持ちしますよと親切にサポートしてくださいました。今回はチェックイン前に荷物預けに行きましたが、部屋の準備が早めに終わったとのことでアーリーチェックインも提案してくださいました。周りに飲食店、コンビニなど十分に揃っていて、小さな子供が疲れてしまってからの食事などにも不自由がありませんでした。 多様で十分な食器が用意されているのですが、ヒビが入ったグラスが一つ紛れていたこと、また前回の洗浄が不十分だったのか汚れが少し気になりました。

It was clean though. - This property is in the main Myeongdong area so most shopping and restaurants were within walking distance. I chose this accommodation because other accommodations were reviewed to have a bad odour, even reputable chains which I have stayed at before in other countries. This accommodation had ventilators and incense sticks so there was no odour problem. The room was small and cramped for 4 persons and the amenities were minimal. The bedrooms could only fit a double bed and a small side table. All our luggage had to be opened in the living area and that took up most of the living area.

Der manglede plads til kufferterne/skabsplads. Vandet i badet blev pludselig kogende og så koldt, hvis andre i bygningen brugte vand. Og så manglede man et loungeområde, så man kunne sidde og slappe af. Man kunne ikke rigtig sidde og se en film.

You can walk up the nearby mountain from here or straight into the shopping part of myeong dong. The living area is small. It’s ok though and I would stay again.

• Sarah (8/5): - Great location. Close walk to everything you need. Quiet neighborhood and the apartment was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is there are mosquitos and no screens on the windows so we learned the hard way not to leave the window open. The "couch" is the table bench and is wood so not very comfortable for relaxing. Some cushions would go a long way.

• HARUNA (10/5): - 明洞駅から5〜10分くらいの場所で分かりやすく夜でも安心！ ティッシュを使い切ってしまったと連絡したら、すぐに届けてくれました！部屋もとても清潔で、掃除機などの清掃道具もあります。4つベッドがあり、シャワー＆トイレも2つあるところもよかったです！！！次ソウルに来る時も泊まりたいと思いました！ ありません！

The staff were also very friendly and prompt with their replies. Would definitely stay here if I were to come back to korea. Nothing! Everything was tiptop.

• Kien Seng (4/5): too small an apartment for too high a price and the staff blamed booking.com fault in misleeding pic - The apartment assigned was completely different from what I booked for it was way way smaller and a total missmatched. Pictures shown on my booking (paid over $440 per night) was much more nicer and bigger unit which lead me to percieved I was decieved in signing up the unit.

• Jared (8/5): Great little apartment - The room was clean and was centrally located, making it easy to go and explore Seoul. The room was a little small, but was sufficient.
• Jon (7/5): Overall for the price and location, it was fair, but be aware that unless you’re booking the top floor penthouse, there’ - The property was in a good location. Within walking distance of multiple train stations and Myeongdong street. The property was also clean. I thought the pictures were a little deceiving as I thought there was a full size couch included in the room but turns out that’s only for the top floor penthouse. After discussing with the owner it sounds like they’re limited on what they can post on the booking.com website so maybe it was out of their control. The owner was very responsive though. Aside from a curtain, the shower didn’t have anything stopping water from going outside of the shower area which was inconvenient but because there was another bathroom, we didn’t mind too much.
• Ae (9/5): - I like the location, cleanliness, and facilities. My kids also love the bunk beds. The bathroom is spacious, the hot water is good, and the bed is comfortable. The location is also close to several stations. It will be a choice to stay if I go to Korea again :) The blanket and pillow material has a plastic-like feel, which is a bit annoying when sleeping. Hopefully, this will be improved. But other than that, everything is good.
• meytal (8/5): מקום מעולה. נקי נוח. אבל אין מענה אנושי בכלל. גם כשהיינו צריכים משהו לא היה שום שרות. - מיקום מעולה. נקי מאוד. פרקטי. מיטה נוחה. חומרי מקלחת טובים. מקלחת מצויינת. שרות לקוחות לא קיים!!! כשהגענו התקשרנו כי היינו צריכים משהו ולא הייתה תשובה בכלל. גם לא אחרי. כתבנו מייל ונעננו אחרי יום שלם. ביקשנו שמיכה נוספת וכשענו אחרי יום שלם לא הסכים להביא. אין מראת גוף.
• Chris (10/5): would recommend. - bed was amazing. 2 bathrooms. everything clean and in good working order. fantastic location. close to shops and subway. there's a reception of sorts where you can store luggage.
• Hoi ying (7/5): - The neighbourhood is excellent and very convenient. It is a short walk to Myeongdong, with plenty of shops and restaurants. There is also a convenience store just one street away, which makes it easy to get daily essentials. Despite the great location, it is still quiet at night, so we could have a good rest. The suite is spacious, and our group of five felt very comfortable during our stay. The shower area has no curtain, so the whole bathroom gets wet! The garbage isn’t collected every day either, which is a bit inconvenient.

The staff were beyond exceptional—always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help with anything truly made a difference and exceeded all expectations. The location couldn’t be better: surrounded by cozy cafés, bakeries, and fantastic dining options, with excellent restaurants just minutes away. Shopping is also very convenient. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, with a great bed and a modern, well-maintained bathroom. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making the stay feel effortless and relaxing. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was perfect from start to finish—highly recommend this place to anyone looking for outstanding service and comfort! There’s absolutely nothing we didn’t like—our experience was flawless.

The apartment had all necessary appliances. Nice touch was the provision of some delicious tea bags and biscuits. The location was perfect and close to central Seoul areas. Nothing really. A seat cushion on the bench in the kitchen would make it a little more comfortable.

• Stacy (7/5): Overall ok for short stay. - Very near to Myeongdong and eating place. Nearby have many cafe and restaurants too. We stay for 5 days but no housekeeping. I didn’t expect this is Airbnb. Only shower curtain, when u shower the floor all wet.
