Писах им че ще отидем на другия ден но ще си заплатим целия престой. Те казаха че няма проблем. И когато пристигнахме казаха че стаята вече е резервирана от други хора и че вчера си било за вчера, един вид ни оставиха на улицата в студа в друга държава. А най-интересното беше след това като търсихме къде другаде да отседнем, излезна че същият хотел има налични места.

А потом вообще электричество пропало. не умыться не побриться. Телефон не мог зарядить, горячей воды не было тоже, один день даже холодной не было. мне пришло снять другие аппартаменты. может для турков это нормально, для меня европейца это как то не очень хорошо было. было бы не плохо вернуть половину стоимости оплаты аренды.

- Anita (10/5): Best service ,Hıgh Qualıty Luxury Room ,Awesome Breakfeast , Car parkıng is best🌹 - Nexus Hotel - a supposedly 5-star property, and to the extent we stayed and consumed the services - it lived up to its expectations. The reception was smooth, efficient and the courteous staff took our bags the moment we got off the taxi at the arrival gate. The reception personnel were quite friendly, and wore a nice smile on their faces. Our bags were shifted to our room. The room was quite big - quite when I say this - that means you could literally walk in the room. The washroom was also huge. There was a jacuzzi as well. Drinking water was free, and you could get as much you want. The view from the window was great too. The hotel is quite at the cross-section of a major interchange so there's plenty of vehicle movement around. The metro bus station is just next to the hotel. The reason we got the hotel was to get to the airport hassle-free using the Havas Bus service. Havas bus stop is 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel, and it is the starting point of Havas bus so you get empty or almost empty buses. Breakfast provided was quite extensive, with lots of buffet options to choose from. Also, their Spa, Turkish Hamam and swimming pools were free for the guests!

Hajer at the front desk made sure we had everything we needed, often checked on us to make sure we were comfortable. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. This hotel is more like an apartment that has all the amenities necessary to make it feel like being in the comfort of your own home. It was spotless clean, and cleaning supplies were available. There is tea bags and coffee along with bottled water. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had a strong water pressure and we had no issues getting hot water in the morning unlike many hotels. I highly recommend this hotel for families who wish to stay in a clean comfortable place in the heart of the city without breaking the bank. I am very pleased. The service is perfect, the chefs, supervisors, and managers are wonderful people. The cleanliness is excellent, the order and quality are top-notch, first-class. The rooms are very nice, well-maintained, and clean. The cleanliness is impeccable, I was amazed. The open buffet breakfast was very varied. The view from the room was fantastic, and the location is very close to Taksim Square and all the shopping centers. I definitely recommend it.

- Hadil (9/5): Très bon séjour en famille - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille de 4. La suite était bien équipée, confortable et fonctionnelle. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la présence de l'ascenseur, du wifi et de la climatisation, très utiles au quotidien. La propriétaire est très accueillante, serviable et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Elle était facile à joindre et a su répondre rapidement à nos demandes. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement pour un séjour agréable et sans souci.
- Alontia (6/5): Value for money, good location. - The room was clean when we arrived, I was sent instructions to access the building prior and received good communication the whole stay via WhatsApp when I needed extra something for the room. The kitchen amenities and washing machine all worked fine. Bathroom was clean. The entrance was code access and felt secure, I stayed here with my young son and felt safe. I had a long stay of 21 days and apart from the water going off for a few ours in the local area. I didn't really have issues. I got a good price for the standard of the hotel. Very good location There could have been more cutlery, pots and pans and there was no offer to clean during our stay. Also the TV only had 1 channel.

If something is missing, you can reach out and they will help as quickly as possible. The staff is friendly. The shower cabin is spacious and comfortable. There’s also an elevator in the building.
