• Karen (1/5): I would not use Booking.com or made comfy hosted accomodation again - My accomodation was cancelled by Made Comfy and booking.com whilst I was in flight to Melbourne. I had paid in full and received my receipt over a month prior to my stay. I was advised that my accomodation was cancelled as they had not received payment, that this was not in their control, it was managed by booking.com. So I never got to see the place I had packed to stay at for 3 nights, instead at 9pm at night I had to source alternate accomodation in a major city - which saw me stay in a poor quality place outside of the CBD The host and booking.com playing power games with each other, with no concern for the customer

Thank you :) - -Very convenient/close to the trams -Kitchen equipments & utensils were in good condition. We were able to bake using the oven! -Cozy apartment with a very pretty view -Extra towels and pillows were provided -Could not cast Netflix shows from our IPads to the TV (Except YouTube) -Vacuum did not seem to work, but will be looked into.

• Leanne (9/5): Central Melb apartment overlooking Marvel stadium - Amazing views, perfect location, great apartment. Older TV, unable to access streaming services. Expensive parking not included.
• Robert (2/5): good location, but no hot shower. - Location was good, no problems there. My wife, who is in poor health, and I booked the apartment of a six night stay. From day 1, there was no hot water in the bathroom. When I contacted the managing agent, Madecomfy, to report it, their agent asked me to look for the hot water system and fix it myself. When I was unable to even locate the hws, Madecomfy did not offer us alternative accommodation, and made us wait for a serviceman to come and fix the problem. When the service guy finally arrived, 3 days after I reported the issue, he said there was no hot water system in the apartment, but that it was located somewhere else in the building. He also told us that it wasn't the first time he had been called to investigate the lack of hot water in this bathroom. The agent and/or the owner must have been aware of this, but continued to offer the apartment for rent. We left the apartment 2 days later to return home. No hot water in the bathroom for the whole of our stay. The Made comfy agent said that the problem would be fixed, so future tenants would not suffer the same issue. How was that helping us? They did offer compensation, which 8 days later still hasn't been received. The amount offered, which was much less than one night's rent, was in no way satisfactory, considering that we could not have a hot shower for the whole six nights of our stay, and that we were not offered alternative accommodation, while they fixed their faulty plumbing on their time, not ours. I would clearly advise anyone considering to rent from these people to think again.

• Jayden (9/5): Superb - The views were excellent in a perfect spot aswell right near everything, was very clean inside and the bed was very comfy Everything was good just couldn’t use any streaming services on the tv

• Alexandra (10/5): A bright apartment with a beautiful view. - It is pretty spacious and bright apartment with a beautiful view. The internet connection was good and always stable. The area is also nice, there are many cafes and restaurants and city centre is a few minutes walking. Tram station is just outside of the building it was really comfortable. Soundproofing is good. the kitchen was missing few things like some basic spices and oil, we bought ourselves since we stayed longer

Close to everything you need, cafes, grocery stores, shops, restaurants and public transport, so convenient. Lovely walk along the esplanade (waterfront). Highly recommended for a holiday stay. No pool towels.

• Julie (8/5): Lovely view and great location - Wonderful location with easy access to public transportation. The view from the apartment is great and you have what you need here for a short stay. Some of the fixtures were falling apart such as the faucet, and minor things such as not being able to close the door to the bathroom without lifting it upwards. Still had a great stay here and would stay again. The apartment was fairly clean, but could be improved further.

Would stay again and would recommend.. - Proximity it was easy to get anywhere and we had footy tickets for 2 nights to marvel stadium so that was fantastic View was beautiful. A few things in the unit it self - the coffee machine wasn’t working properly, I have one at home, also the pods you have don’t fit . I left one of the proper ones on the machine . The tap on the sink is broken and needs repair . These things didn’t stop me from enjoying our stay at the unit , just would have loved the coffee machine … A self in the shower would be handy as well had to put everything on the floor , not good for old knees …
