- Sophia (1/5): Don’t bother - save your money. Disgusting property not worth the price and really depressing. - The only thing going for it is the location, but even then, it’s a 15 minute walk to nearest grocery store. Where we do start - it was full of mould. It wasn’t very cleaner. Management company extremely unresponsive (they ignored 5 of my messages about broken appliances and the mould). The hot water ran out very quickly so you couldn’t shower/do the dishes/do any washing. You had to choose just 1 each day. There was zero natural light. The front door and courtyard doors didn’t lock from the inside so you had to leave the doors unlocked at night. The oven door didn’t open all the way because of the fridge. Dishwasher was broken and they ignored our messages. The carpet was full of dust and dead bugs.
- Aleksandr (7/5): Overall a good stay - Decent place, reasonably clean, enough of cooking equipment. Good bed. Great price for longer stays The apartment as well as building are tired. The vacuum and mop provided were broken I couldn't be properly used. The dishwasher is falling apart. Customer support is hard to deal with.
- Nicky (5/5): Not as advertised and trip was severely impacted - The property was advertised as parking on site but access to car park didn’t work (swipe card). I was told to park in paid parking station and they would reimburse me but this was over 1.0km away and my partner is mobility impaired. Street parking was 2 hour only. . I called them daily and by day four there was still no solution, I was moving the car every two hours and sometimes spent over an hour doing laps trying to get a street park. My partner is recovering from spinal surgery and can’t walk more than a short distance so lack of parking ruined our stay. The property itself was really niice but we had to stay nearby to the apartment to move car constantly. Staff on contact number (in Sydney) tried to help but even suggested I go to reception at the property and seek assistance (it’s an unmanned foyer with no reception desk). So disappointing
- Shane (4/5): Good Location but shouldn’t be on Booking.com as ran more like Air BnB if knew how it was managed before booking would n - Really good location.Property is a good size. Unfortunately lots of dirt found in the apartment on arrive (Cob Webs,dirty dishes visible dirt on tv Unit as well as the cupboard) As this apartment in managed by Comfy we had to stay in the offering to be fair to the company they did get the apartment re-cleaned but not to a very high standard so me and my girlfriend had to do our very own cleaning which is not what we expected for our 31 night stay… Then everything was ok for about 2 weeks then without notice from the booking company we where unable to access the property from Thursday 6th February to Tuesday the 11th due to the building changing there intercom system and the white card we had been told to use for access to the property stopped working as result we had to wait for tenants of the property to hopefully be leaving at the time we needed back into the apartment longest wait time was around 30 mins. (Despite this instead of offering a refund for our stay from that date or the days we lost access to the property we have have been offered a small amount less than 200 AUD.) I Do not expect a refund right up to the end of the booking (21st February) but personally Booking.com should do checks on properties like this with no concierge available During the day. Will not be back and this has damaged my Booking.com relationship going forward and will be using other platforms.

Clean but tired. It’s tired. This place could easily be so much better.
