• Hongge (10/5): Good place to sleep in the central area. - Good size apartment, very clean with comfortable beds. Quiet at night with all the shutters, comes with a paid garage which is worth it, as street parking is imporsible in the area. Host is nice and had us checked in earlier. Nothing!

• Muriel Ranarivelo (1/5): Logement ne correspond pas à l'offre en ligne - On aurait aimé avoir le logement qui figure sur le site qu'on avait réservé depuis mars 2026. L'appartement qu'on nous a attribué ne figure tout simplement pas sur les photos, ni dans la liste de logement proposé en ligne et ne correspond donc pas à ce qu'on a loué. Nous avons loué un logement avec une option terrasse et vue sur la ville. Et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec un logement au rez-de-chaussée avec une cour, porte d'une chambre défoncée, le code pour rentrer fonctionnait de façon aléatoire (nous nous sommes retrouvés dehors la nuit à attendre que le code fonctionne), présence de cafard. La cuisine pas fonctionnel du tout. Le mur extérieur de notre appartement était tagué anti touriste. Et le portail de l'entrée privée ne se fermait pas à clé. Donc tout le monde a accès à notre porte. Merci à Booking d'avoir fait le nécessaire car le propriétaire n'a voulu rien entendre.

• Martin (8/5): Alles gut außer das Einchecken - Wir waren außer mit der Check in mit allem sehr zufrieden, Top Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Wir haben einen falschen Code bekommen zum Einchecken. Zum Glück spricht meine Partnerin spanisch, so bekamen wir nach mehrmaligen Anrufen doch noch den richtigen Code.

Since the accommodation in this apartment was a big disappointment. 1. communication -The communication was at a very poor level. very bad, the accommodation does not respond to messages or phone calls the days before comming. They contacted us only on the day of arrival. 2. parking - it is stated that the apartment has parking, either public or for a fee. The reality was that upon arrival at the place all parking spaces were occupied. The recommendation was to go to another public parking lot, which of course was also full at the time of our arrival at 9:00 pm. After urging , the contact person told us that it was not his responsibility to provide us with parking but that he would try something find. After 2 hours of looking for a free space in the center of Alicante, he recommended an underground parking lot - paid. where we had to walk 10 minutes through the city with suitcases and 2 children. very bad experience. 3. noisy place - bedrooms oriented to the inner block where people were having fun and everything was very loud 4. balcony on booking does not correspond to reality see photo Overall impression very bad luckily we spent there one night. We dont recommend this accommodation if you want to have peaceful Holiday.
• Alexander (10/5): Sehr schön und vernünftig im Preis - Das Apartment war tip-top sauber und geräumig. Der Zugang in das Haus und zum Apartment erfolgt elektronisch über eine Internetseite vom Telefon. Der Link zur Seite wird vom Besitzer per WhatsApp geschickt, sobald die Wohnung beziehbar ist. Wenn man einen Parkplatz dazu bucht, bekommt man einen Schlüssel. Der Eingang der Parkgarage befindet sich auf der Rückseite des Hauses und es gibt keine Treppe, oder Aufzug, direkt zum Wohnbereich. Gepäck muss also vor der Haustür abgeladen, oder von der Tiefgarage zur Wohnung getragen werden. Die Lage der Wohnung war zuerst gewöhnungsbedürftig, hat uns dann aber doch sehr gut gefallen, da man in wenigen Minuten in die Stadt oder hoch zur Burg laufen kann. Ich würde diese Wohnung wieder mieten, sollte ich wieder in der Gegend sein. Dazu fällt mir im Moment nichts ein.

• DIONISIO (9/5): Alicante es, absolutamente, extraordinario. A quien no lo conozca, le recomiendo que vaya . - Ausencia de ruidos. Buenos colchones en camas. Cerca del centro. Álex, el encargado de los apartamentos (es posible que sea el duelo), tiene mucha capacidad de decisión, solucionando cualquier detalle de forma inmediata.

• Andrea (10/5): Super! - Everything was great. Extra plus for comfortable beds and we loved the huge terrace. Very easy walk into town and despite the apartment being central we found it very quiet. Clean, airy and well equipped. Traffic in Alicante was particularly bad the day we arrived, and we found the parking process very difficult, despite us being experienced drivers. We have a large car and damaged it coming out of the garage. We'd definitely stay here again but would look for a different place to park ( or bring a much smaller car!)

• Romana (10/5): - We had a great stay in Blue Suites in Alicante. It is very spacious and bright, with a stylish interior that made it feel both modern and comfortable. The location is good, as it’s within easy walking distance to the city center, which made exploring Alicante very convenient. The apartment was also very clean and well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

• SUSANA (7/5): - El apartamento es muy bonito y todo muy nuevo y limpio. Me gustó lo fácil y cómodo que es hacer el check in. El aparcamiento que hay justo debajo es un puntazo. Eso sí, hay que solicitarlo antes de llegar para que tengan preparadas las llaves. El personal es super atento y amable. No me gustó la ubicación. Está en un barrio en el que es imposible aparcar, aunque por otro lado, está cerca del centro. El edificio debe de ser antiguo y, a pesar de estar reformado y super chulo, las tuberías suenan tanto que molesta mucho, algo que supongo es normal en este tipo de viviendas.

• Kateryna (7/5): - Аппартаменты полностью соответствовали описанию,регистрация и заселение прошли быстро, вход в жилье через приложение на телефоне, важно иметь достаточный заряд телефона и интернет на телефоне. Из минусов - очень плохая звуко и шумоизоляция, слышно было буквально все, смех, разговоры, шум воды из соседних апартаментов. Выспаться и спокойно отдохнуть ночью у нас к сожалению не получилось

• Katarzyna (9/5): Spędziłam cudowny czas - Lokalizacja w spokojnej okolicy, do centrum około 1 km. Blisko do wejścia na wzgórze św. Barbary. Dostęp do apartamentu poprzez link przesłany przez właściciela. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. W apartamencie brak było ręczników papierowych. Za ścianą trwał remont.

• JUAN ANTONIO MELGARES (9/5): CALIDAD/PRECIO/UBICACION/AMABILIDAD - Muy buena la experiencia, la ubicación, la calidad de los apartamentos, el servicio... Alex estuvo a nuestra disposición para todo y nos ayudó a pasar un finde muy agradable. El acceso es sencillo y sin llaves, muy útil cuando vais varias personas. En cuanto al aparcamiento, hay parkings cercanos y baratos (12€ el día) y también encontramos sitio en zona blanca por los alrededores, aunque nos costó un poco. ¡Muy recomendable!

Wielki plus za bezproblemowy kontakt, zabrakło pościeli, 1 wiadomość i po chwili wszystko było na miejscu. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Trzeszczące drzwi i klamki.
