• mauro (1/5): pessima esperienza - la posizione l'appartamento è disposto su 2 piani. il piano di accesso è stato ristrutturato. per accedere al secondo piano, dove si trova la seconda stanza da letto e l'unico bagno, ci sono scale molto strette e ripide,pericolose ; il piano si trova in una situazione di degrado non ristrutturato, con pavimenti sconnessi e fatiscenti

• Sandra (4/5): disappointing - location all kind of requirements after you have made the booking. they should inform you about this before making the booking. 1000 euro deposit. passports of all vistors. bad links for city tax. unfriendly emails for getting and giving back the keys (neef to send pictures as a proof) etc. Next time, I only book hotels in Paris to avoid all this kind of hazzle. one of the 140 cm beds was broken somewhere. a big hole. noise because of renovations.

• Mulla (4/5): Disappointing - Apartment is too small, and very very hot. It was very uncomfortable, hassle to get the keys, the stairway towards the apartment is very very small. I was not happy at all. What you see in the picture and the amount of money we paid was not worth it😒
• David (9/5): 2 room walk up; great neighborhood - Comfortable bed. Very nicely decorated. Quiet street. The neighborhood is very convenient to restaurants and easily walkable to the Lourve. Small but cute. They had fans in each room. No dishwasher or hand soap. No air conditioning (the weather was cool while we were there in June so it wasn't a problem to open the windows, but if it had been hot, it would have been miserable). Narrow steep stairs with the only bathroom on top floor. No on-site key; You must pickup/drop off at a hotel (5 min walk).
• Nicholas (10/5): Great place and location. Price was excellent for such a big place. - Great location and price. Instructions were easy to follow for picking up the keys. Beds are cheap so if they are sagging they just may require you to lift up the mattress and re-align the bars. Mattresses were comfortable though.
• Lisa-marie (5/5): Short stay, long problem solving... - The apartment was cozy and it was okay to stay there. Perfectly fine for four people, but wouldn't recommend for more than that. We've been sent to the wrong location, had to take several taxi rides and missed out on an event because they sent us the wrong address... Staff was overall friendly, but communication was difficult in English. I am still waiting on a refund because of all the issues we experienced, because they keep finding new excuses for why they couldn't answer or why the money can't be refunded. Even though the actual stay was okay, it didn't make up at all for all the problems we experienced prior to check in and afterwards. Also the pictures are probably from 10years ago.

• Eun (4/5): The location was convenient but the stay was a bit difficult. - Location was nice and hosts were responsive. None of the bedrooms or living rooms have windows that get fresh air! There is only one, which is by the staircase (hallway) far from the rooms, so it was super stuffy in the rooms at night with humidity. The host also gave the wrong lock code for one of the cabinets so one of us slept without sheets, blankets, and pillows. Keys were difficult to collect as it felt like a treasure hunt as you have to walk around 200m around the corner for one set, then back in a mailbox for another key; and when we were there, there was someone sleeping on the bench which made an uncomfortable interaction. The building itself was super old which we found disappointing given the location and the pictures seemed very clean. The doors were hard to unlock (both the flat door and front door). At night there was also no light for the stairs, so in a very narrow space it was dangerous. We were asked to take pictures of the keys after putting them back in their respective spots after the visit which was also a bit tedious. Wished we could've left it on the counter; but the walk around the corner to go to a random bench to retrieve and return the keys was very odd. I never had to do that before for a booking.
