Alina (9/5): - Locația aproape de centru (15 minute pe jos), curată, luminoasă, cu toate cele necesare la îndemână, terasa perfectă pentru băutul cafelei, pat confortabil, nu a lipsit nimic.

Samuele (9/5): - Si entra nella struttura e nell'appartamento con i codici quindi nessuna chiave richiesta. Ottima posizione a 10-15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con l'acqua calda, cosa che può succedere, nel giro di poco tempo chi gestisce la struttura ha risolto. Chi gestisce la struttura ha sempre risposto tempestivamente ad ogni esigenza. Pienamente soddisfatto dell'esperienza. Se devo trovare un difetto è la mancanza di ascensore se hai delle valige pesanti con te per il resto tutto perfetto.

Ruth (8/5): - Meeldis rõdu, eriti päevasel ajal, sest õhtul, kui rõdul oli pime ja tänaval valge, tekkis kõrguskartus. Seetõttu meeldis vaade - olles suures linnas, nägid siiski mägesid ja päikeseloojangut. Meeldis asukoht - üsna kesklinnas. Meeldis, et maja ja trepikoda olid puhtad ja suhtlus omanikuga sujuv. Mul on tunne, et kõikides apartementides see nii pole, kuna teised arvustused on läbinisti positiivsed. Mulle jäi mulje, et korter oli alles sisustatud, seal olid küll laud, toolid ja diivan, aga ei olnud ühtegi nagi, kuhu riputada mantel. Eriti huvitav, et ei olnud seina- või laualampe, seega õhtul voodis sai lugeda vaid tugevas laelambivalguses. Oli üks öökapp. Meie sealviibimise ajal ei leidnud ka köögikäterätti, kahele inimesele kaheks ööks oli justkui kaks kohvikapslit. Elutoa elektristepsel oli seina küljest lahti, põrand pisut päevinäinud. Cluji lennujaama asukoha tõttu lendavad ka lennukid üle terve linna - sinna pole midagi parata. Samas kõik see pole kuigi oluline, kui soovid hea hinna eest ööbimist kesklinna, botaanikaaia ja paljude haiglate lähedal. Kogu maja üldiselt siiski uus ja puhas.

Bianca (9/5): Great value for money - Very good location for our needs, with access to a very large terrace, Accessing location itself is super easy, the owner shares very detailed instructions, really impossible to have issues to get there or enter in the flat. Very friendly owners, super accommodating to our needs, would use and recommend this location any time. The floor is a bit "tired", nothing major, but requires a bit of fixing up.

Virgil (7/5): E bine dar are potențial de și mai bine. - Accesibil, locație bună, comunicarea cu proprietarul. Deși este o zonă liniștită și e precizat prin regulament care sunt orele de liniște, pe timp de noapte, nu cred că monitorizează cineva dacă se respectă acestea și am avut parte de un grup de gălăgioși. Ușile nu sunt antifonate, se aud toți locatarii care urcă/coboară pe scări sau ce povești au. Iar dacă se întâmplă la unu noaptea și la patru dimineața cum am pățit noi, nu e tocmai confortabil.
