• Amy (9/5): Great location, fully accommodating for larger families, and a helpful host. - This apartment fit our family of seven to a T. Location is close to three different Metro stations that we utilized, a grocery store, and local restaurants that we enjoyed that also stay open until late - particularly a galette/crepe place on the street behind the apartment. Apartment host was always in touch with me and answered all my questions promptly. The only *minor* issue was the shower function: it's extremely tiny and the doors don't close all the way, leaving a 1/2-inch gap. But everyone in our family was able to utilize it carefully & sufficiently, including the grandparents.
• MARIA EUGENIA (6/5): Demasiadas escaleras, lo hacen algo incomodo - Las habitaciones corresponden con las fotos. Entra mucha luz. Bien ubicado. Habia algunas hormigas que entraban del exterior, asique nos pusimos en contacto con el anfitrion e hicieron todo lo posible por solucionarlo (aunque no lo consiguieron, pero pusieron de su parte) El contacto con el anfitrion facil y fluido. El apartamento no esta todo en la misma planta, sino que hay escaleras para acceder a las diferentes habitaciones. Salon y baño en planta baja, una habitacion en primera planta, un aseo en segunda planta, y las otras dos habitaciones en la tercera planta. En ningun momento en la descripcion se menciona. Era un viaje en familia, con niños pequeños y abuelos, asique fue un poco incomodo.

• Fayna (8/5): Buenas ubicación. - La ubicación. Que fueran 3 plantas, no estaba especificado en la reserva. Y habían zonas de la vivienda como las paredes y acabados que están muy deteriorados. Entonces la calidad precio no es acorde.
• Lukasz (9/5): Doskonale położone, ciche mieszkanie w odległości spaceru od wszystkich atrakcji Paryża. - Można by popracować bardziej nad czystością- pajęczyny na sufitach to nie jest coś miłego. Dodatkowo początkowo mieliśmy problem ze zbyt wysoką temperaturą w mieszkaniu której nie potrafiliśmy zmniejszyć. Brak informacji jakie kapsułki pasują do ekspresu- kupiliśmy trzy różne rodzaje i dopiero ostatni pasował.

• ugur (4/5): - Merkezi konum. Her yerde saç kılları ve toz vardı. Çarşaflar koltuklar çok kirliydi. Check out için 11’de çıkış yaparken çalışanlar izin almadan, biz içerdeyken içeri girdiler. Merdivenler çok dik. Bina 3 katlı ve küçük. Valizleri indirip çıkarmak çok zor
• Renee (5/5): Location was great but I will find somewhere else - Location is great! The noise!!! The door starts slamming at 6:30 and never stops. It was very hot! When we arrived there was a bottle of liquid in the fridge that had frozen and broke. Water on the floor

It says ground floor but in reality the accommodation is spread over 3 floors. The facilities say private garage but the only available parking is a public car park that is totally separate and unrelated to the property and a short walk away
• Rajesh (10/5): Wow what a find! Great spacious apartment located in the heart of Paris - This apartment is located in a very peaceful courtyard. For the price, it offers excellent value, spread over three floors with three generous sized bedrooms. Each room is very well presented and comfortable. The ground floor features a kitchen, dining area, and living room, complete with a sofa bed. There are also two bathrooms, with a shower located on the ground floor. The apartment location is ideal, with easy access to the metro and bus stops. A nearby supermarket, along with a variety of restaurants, bistros, and cafes. Merveil, the hosts, were excellent at promptly answering questions. They provided helpful videos on how to access the apartment and even instructions for using the TV! Their attention to detail made the stay even more enjoyable. If I had to pick any faults it would be very minor things like no where to stack dishes once washed (a drying rack or tea towels would help), curtains could be better fitted in the kitchen/diner/living room space. We had to use a hair clip to hold them together. Other than this the apartment was great and I would book again!
• Rachel (10/5): Perfect for big groups - Beautiful property - in the heart of the city but being in a courtyard it is quiet and private. Immaculately clean and couldn’t fault the communication from the letting company. Everything went really smoothly. Property is over three floors, more of a house than an apartment. It was cold in the living room, meaning the person sleeping on the sofa bed struggled to sleep. Only one shower, but it never ran out of hot water so not really an issue.

Marveil staff very helpful and responsive.. well had a great stay and highly recommended this place . Nothing ..

• Tadija (1/5): They turn off power so you must check out in time!!! - Location without electricity, so nothing was good in the end Last day, our electricity went out. We tried for hours to reach to the owner but it failed. We called, sent messages by booking all for nothing. They responded without ever solving anything. Power was all around us, and as we asked elderly neighbour does they have power he told us they do that in order to force people out in time!!! Power Is stopped online digitally and they didnt do anything. Apartman was freezing cold without heating and we was unable to charge our phones during the night. In short, DONT COME HERE!!!

• Juan (1/5): We were lied to and deceived by the owners about the property. - Lockbox. All quick and easy. Only provided one set of keys for 5 guests. They lied about the wifi situation. House was smelling of paint everywhere. They didn’t provide minimum amount of soap or even shampoo, not enough towels. We reached out the first night as the price charged would’ve been enough for us to go stay at a hotel. They did not offer any solution. They promised to call and send people. All talk. We asked before we booked if these issues were fixed, as they had been listed Bwfore. They aren’t. They are money-hungry liars.

• Anonymous (3/5): Disappointing - Very cute and cosy in a decent area The facilities were very poor and property needs lots of repairs. We got locked in the bathroom a few times as the handle kept falling off the door. If you stay here you must take everything with you. No soap was provided and only a very dirty used dishwash cloth and about a teaspoon full of dish liquid. The wifi is non existent and the owners are completely non responsive. I attempted to call and contact them for days to no avail so we had to go 12 days with no wifi on a business trip! Not cool! One key provided for a 3 bedroom property I would hate to think what we would have done if it got lost with owners who do not answer calls or respond to messages. Place was cute but too many issues. Avoid!
