• Zhanming (8/5): Apartment is good. But accessing important information and key pickup/drop off are inconvenient. - We had to use MadeComfy platform to access instructions. However, links to the platform and important information were removed from the messages sent by the host via booking.com. I had to constantly search emails to find the platform and information which were a bit frustrated. I think it is important that we can simply receive information from booking.com. The key pick up arrangements should be made clear on the booking page so that we can decide whether we want to tolerate the inconvenience. Also, the place where keys to be picked up or dropped off only only from 11am onward. I had to make special arrangements to return the keys after vacated from the property before 10am.
• Patel (7/5): I would say if rooms are clean and have Air Conditioning in each room, it is perfect for staying. - I like room size and facilities. Kids love the apartment pool, gym and sunset lounge. I didn't like cleanliness of apartment. Rooms, carpet and floor was very dusty. After few messages to Made Comfy people, they able to manage new vacuum and table fan.
• Aplin (1/5): - Instructions to the address were complicated and I was forced to log in through a separate portal instead of booking.com and when we were finally able to find the building, after following instructions to the locked keybox. - there was no key and my 2 children and I were not able to access the property and had to find somewhere else to stay at 7pm on a Friday night. It was extremely frustrating and we weren’t able to get anyone to take our call or answer us for over an hour.
• Nicole (4/5): Stressful - Nice pool Our room was not clean when we arrived. Was not ready for us. We had just driven 10 hours to get there with our 2 kids. When contacted they told us to book another hotel for the night. Parking was a nightmare also. Key collection very complicated. Very bad management and communication.

• Belinda (3/5): Disappointing communication - Swimming pool in the complex was great. Lockbox hidden in an obscure location with poor instructions made for a stressful start to the holiday. No instructions for where to find the carpark. No instructions for how to work the TV. Apartment looks out over a busy road and empty building site. Not well cleaned - marks on walls, balcony quite dirty.
