• Isabelle (7/5): - Localisation parfaite au coeur de Cannes et lieux d'attraction et d'animation. Communication simple et rapide avant le séjour. Accueil agréable à l'hôtel le Florian et récupération facile des clés. Sèche-cheveux à disposition. Un équipement pour cuisiner (pas de poêle, ...) et pour le quotidien. Une penderie avec seulement 4 cintres est trop juste dans un appartement pour 4 personnes.

• Rina (5/5): - L’emplacement était vraiment bien vous êtes en plein milieu du centre ville avec tous les magasins à proximité directe L’hôte était efficace et sympas. La propreté était très insuffisante. Le sol était si sale que nos chaussettes étaient noires après 15 minutes, la salle de bain sentait l’urine dès notre arrivée et il y avait de la moisissure. C’est vraimrnt dommage. Vous êtes au centre ville et bien que ces immeubles soient anciens (c’est ce qui fait le charme aussi) l’isolation était insuffisante. À 2h du matin j’entendais deux personnes avoir une conversation à l’extérieur je pouvais comprendre de quoi elles discutaient. Tout cela les fenêtres fermées!! Je ne conseillerai pas cet appartement à quelqu’un de ma famille malheureusement. Mon but n’est pas de rabaisser mais que vous puissiez faire mieux pour les prochains clients

• Viktoriia (9/5): - La chambre était agréable, mais il n'y avait pas assez de chaussons. Le sol était froid. Et bien sûr, vu l'emplacement, le stationnement posait problème. Dans l'ensemble, tout s'est bien passé.

• Danielle (9/5): Bonne escale - Spacieux, bien placé Les inconvénients d’un immeuble ancien. Très sonore, difficile à chauffer, manque de couvertures ( froid dans la nuit)

• congmin (10/5): Good location - The location is pretty close to the beach, around 2 minutes. Available for 4 person stay at the room with 1 double bedroom and 2 single beds. The staff are very friendly.

• Hadjer (10/5): - Excellent quartier pour découvrir la ville au coeur du centre ville Le fait qu'il soit pas bien isolé. C'est dommage car il y avait du bruit, surtout la nuit, le voisin du dessus et dans le quartier. La 4G ne capte pas du tout, heureusement qu'il y le réseau WiFi

• alliata (7/5): Ottima posizione, struttura ampia con buone potenzialità, ma trascurata, - La posizione, l’accoglienza dello staff Piastrelle del bagno con muffa molto evidente , mobili della cucina logorati e sedie traballanti , poche pentole , solo 3 tazze e un solo sacco dell’immondizia. Pomello della porta d’ingresso staccato. Piccolo armadio per gli abiti.

• Blandine (9/5): Au calme dans le carré d’or. - L’emplacement dans le carré d’or avec un calme appréciable. Excellente literie et appartement spacieux. Personnel au top pour l’accueil et les interventions. Merci bcp ! Le tout avec une météo de rêve. Très belle expérience. Nous en avons parlé en message privé. Il s’agit plutôt d’aménagements complémentaires ou de petits matériels pour la cuisine. Rien d’handicapant.

• Marcel (6/5): - Loved the location there were a lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. However the place wasn’t really in the best shape. Loved the stay but mainly because of the position of the apartmen. The staff was also very friendly
• Mykhailo (8/5): Хорошая квартира для 4-х человек. - Отличное месторасположение. От пляжа 3 минуты ходьбы, рядом продуктовые магазины, рынок, достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Техника на кухне (чайник, микроволновка, печка, холодильник) могла быть лучше. Мало кухонных приборов. Крышку для сковородки купите хотя бы и лопатку. Рядом расположено шумное и очень популярное место, движуха до 5-ти утра, но шумоизоляция довольно хорошая, так что в принципе это не проблема. Замок двери в ванную нуждается в ремонте. Надо прилагать усилия чтобы закрыть дверь, и это создает много шума.

• Oreste (10/5): Ottimo ci ritorneremo - La struttura è ben pulita e una posizione ottima. Fuori dal appartamento c’è un odore di fogna veramente terribile nelle scale ci sarebbe da rivedere le fognature mi spiace ma è la verità

• Erika (10/5): Nice stay in the centre of Cannes - Very nice apartment in the centre of Cannes. Close to the beach and the main shopping street and restaurants. Excellent air conditionining and wifi. Very convienent to pick up/leave the keys from reception of the hotel on the opposite side of the street which is open 24/7. The smell when you enter the building but there's nothing in the apartment itself.
