- Mia (7/5): We liked the apartment and the location, but were unhappy with some things. - The location is good, and even thought the building is next to a busy road, the apartment was pretty silent. Walking distance to bigger groceries and a bus stop e.g. to Bondi beach right next to the building. Communication was smooth and messages were replied fast. The apartment had everything needed for a one month stay.
In the surface the pictures matched reality. We stayed here for a month and had made a reservation for two people, however we only had one key. Upon request we received another key, but were charged 55 AUD for it. This was not mentioned, and it is quite clear that two people need separate keys for a month's stay?
Things that the pictures didn't reveal were, for example, pillows yellowed from sweat, dirty bathroom walls and floors, greasy cabinet doors and tiles, and the condition of the swimming pool. We bought some cleaning tool and washed them ourselves.

- Dryer and washing machine in very good condition, almost new. Well-equipped.
- Bus stop in front of the apartment.
- Not a bad neighborhood, some nice coffee places nearby.
- Two public pools are nearby. - Left behind clothes in drawers (underwear) and a basket (a sock).
- Not clean classes, not clean fridge, dusty living room (very visible dust on tables, ground...).
- Washing machine liquid, dishwasher liquid, trash bags, coffee capsules, only enough for the first 4-5 days. It would have been great to get a few more, considering we were staying there for 3 weeks.
- The gym (in the main building - entrance) is very small, the equipment is not in great condition, not updated, and barely functional.
- Noise at night, including karaoke sessions, parties...
- Consider that more than 20 apartments in the building blocks are for rent for short stays. So, it is like a lottery ticket, you might be lucky and get some quiet neighbours, or you might have to get ready for rave parties every night.
- The host is not there in person, with limited support or ability to address issues and problems.
- Naomi (7/5): Good value. - Location was perfect for our needs. Clean and tidy The only thing we didn’t like was that the blinds didn’t do much to prevent light from coming in. It meant it was hard to sleep in, as we are used to a dark bedroom.

- Annegrit (8/5): Perfekt - Ausstattung und Größe des Appartments und in meinem Fall die Lage im supernetten OrtsTeil Cippendale nahe zur University of Technology and Sience, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Verkehrsanbindung ( ca 5-10 min zu Fuß).

- Gudrun (8/5): - Gute Lage, schöne Wohnung Einziger Zugang über einen Lift. Sollte dieser ausfallen, gibt es, soweit wir wissen, keinen anderen Zugang.
Das Internet hat lediglich am ersten Abend funktioniert, dann ist es ausgefallen. Die Verantwortlichen haben sich trotz Kontaktaufnahme nicht darum gekümmert, sodass wir die restlichen Tage ohne WiFi waren.

- Jacquelyn (10/5): Perfect. - Location, layout, well equipped, sunny balcony, pool and sauna, comfortable bed and furniture, stylish No duvet cover.
- Roberto (5/5): Passable - Large apartment, comfortable, good facilities inside, great kitchen, balcony, all good, except when the elevatore broke down (read below). The apartment can be reached via ONLY one elevator (from the garage), plus fire stairs. However, the fire stairs are locked (open to go out but not to come in), and short-term residents apparently don't get the keys from the owner! The elevator breaks down regularly, sometimes for days (long-term neighbours confirmed that). When that happens, YOU ARE STUFFED. You need to rely on kind neighbours, opening the stairs doors for you and/or placing towels or other things under the fire doors to keep them unlocked. And you need to hope that when you come back home at night, they are still unlocked, or you may have to sleep in the street. So, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT UNLESS YOU ARE GUARANTEED A KEY FOR THE FIRE STAIRS (not just for your apartment door), IN WRITING, BEFORE YOU PAY. If you have already made the mistake of booking, at least ask for a contact phone number from your neighbour: you are likely going to need it soon. Because the owner does not give a damn when you are locked out.
- Jason (9/5): A good place to stay. - Pretty good location in Redfern, about 10 min walk to Train station. Nice apartment, very clean, and comfortable. The bed is nice, but wish the pillows were a bit bigger/bulkier. No aircon wasn't really an issue, as the two fans available provided enough airflow to sleep comfortably. There are also a few local cafés and pubs within 5mins walking distance. Mostly everything is good. Only thing I'd recommend is to invest in some more comfortable pillows for the bed.
- David (8/5): Great place to stay and not expensive….but no information on how to find the keys. Poor. - Stupid question. No breakfasts. I didn’t get an email to tell me where the keys where. The instructions from the person on the phone were poor and difficult to understand as English was her second language and she had no idea where the keys were…..very poor. See above regarding keys. Bed not made when we got there……place was clean and tidy. With no email they didn’t give the wifi code until I rang up. Then the wifi was cut early the morning we left making it harder to check flights etc.
- Haylee (5/5): Nice and cute little studio! - The location wasn’t too bad, not much around the location itself but not a long travelling distance to more! Retrieving the keys was easy from the lockbox however the actual directions to our room itself wasn’t simple. In picture form was hard to read as they’re is multiple elevators and entrances from the car park. It would’ve been more ideal in word form telling us exactly what room number and how to access appropriately.
