• Jukochka (10/5): A super quiet cozy place next to QSNCC - underground pathway - Speed of comms. Clear instructions. Everything is automized and I could simply leave mu luggage at the reception until my room was ready. I had the smallest room (without the windows) and despite the specifics and how it looked when I walked in, I stayed for 4 nights while attending a conference at QSNCC and was super happy with the experience and especially, quietness of the room. I slept like I was in bunker - super quiet and dark, which is exactly what I needed with the busy conference days. I had a coffee machine in my room and a lovely coffee shop NAP across the stay. Everything was perfect! Initially, when I saw the bathroom, thought it's too small. However the host, Guy, really thought through every detail and it felt absolutely comfortable.

Man darf kein Toilettenpapier runterspülen aber es gibt keinen Mülleimer und das Klopapier war wenig vorhanden und man konnte es nicht nutzen weil es im Plastikgehäuse geklemmt hat. Der Gastgeber war aber nett und hätte mir bestimmt neues gebracht.
• Vasilica (1/5): compromised vacation - I avoided leaving a review for this apartment because we didn't get to stay in it. As a rule, I organize my vacations extremely meticulously, which I did this time too. I booked the apartment a long time in advance, I even had a conversation with the owner. I was supposed to arrive on December 31st in the morning and so as not to have to wait I booked a day before, so on December 30th. During this time, I had the flight to Bangkok. When I was in the layover in Abu Dhabi, so a few hours before, I received a message canceling the reservation. It was a shock for me, because we were going to board and we had no internet. I arrived in Bangkok without accommodation on the day we were supposed to celebrate New Year's Eve. Because at that moment the accommodations were extremely expensive, we had to get something acceptable at a price where my daughter got sick and three days were a disaster. In conclusion: The beginning of the year was a disaster for us and an extremely unpleasant memory. So be very careful when booking. I do not recommend and that is why I can only give the minimum score.
• Helen (10/5): Incredibly welcoming host and a lot of though put into the room decor - The host was so kind and friendly. I was a solo traveller and they made me feel welcome in their hotel. They were accommodating where you could message them for recommendations and there is a staff member on site that is available to aid with laundry and tidy the apartment if you require. Each room has a theme and the host was very sweet where they exuded passion for their hotel decor which I could tell with the care and attention throughout. You feel safe in the area and it’s a great base location. I worked from the apartment for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. There is also a new 7Eleven close by and the metro is a short walk away.

The bed was very comfortable and the space was clean. Easy to walk to MRT, 7-Eleven and some good food places and cafes. It wasn't my ideal location in terms of walkability. Thank goodness it's so close to the MRT.

• Aisling (6/5): Several issues not resolved - The property was in a good area, not far from a 7-11. The street was quiet. The host provided a huge list of things to do in Bangkok. The apartment we booked was not the apartment we were given. We booked a two room apartment and were given a one room with 2 double beds shoved inside. When we asked for our correct apartment, we were informed they were booked out. We had requested an extra bed (which was approved) which was not in the apartment. When asked for it, we were given a mattress to put on the floor. The bathroom had a sewage smell for the stay. On our second last night, the resident above (a long term resident apparently who is a friend of the host) had an extremely loud party from 22.00-04.00 with many guests coming in and out by our door. We asked our host to ask his friend to quiet down and nothing was resolved. We could not sleep and unfortunately had to find a hotel for our final night of our stay in Bangkok. We did raise our issues with the host who declined to resolve them nor compensate us. Beware that the pictures and descriptions of apartments may not be what you receive.

• Sumey (10/5): Un'esperienza indimenticabile - Location davvero bella e particolare, curata nei minimi dettagli, artistica e fuori dai canoni consueti. Il Loft è composto da una camera da letto molto spaziosa stile giapponese, con letti comodissimi, bagno ed uno spazio con un grande frigorifero, lavandino e microonde . In quanto alla posizione la metro(khlong Toei) è molto vicina, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi e il mercato di frutta fresca dista 2 min ed è davvero un'esperienza da vedere e non per tutti. Nelle vicinanze ci sono i due parchi più belli di Bangkok, il Benjakitti ed il Lumpini Park da visitare assolutamente. Guy è un super host, ci ha dato tutta l'informazione necessaria , consigli molto utili sui mercati notturni e ristoranti. Abbiamo avuto un contrattempo personale e Guy si è dimostrato risolutivo e friendly nell'aiutarci, gli siamo molto gratti per questo. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

Guy is a gentleman, one of the nicest and kindest people you'll ever meet. Always here for any queries we had. Also, the apartment's location is very convenient, with one of the biggest market, coffee shop and supermarkets just round the corner.

There are many lights inside so you can choose exactly the ambiance you prefer. there are also colored LED, outlets for all plugs, USB ports, HMDI cable and even a bluetooth speaker. This place has all the things you need and all the things you didn’t even know you’ll need. It is absolutely perfect and so is the location. In addition the host is the most kind and friendly and will provide cool tips and suggestions.

It was our first time in Bangkok and we have very little time to get more out of our stay. • Colin (10/5): This is one of best places to stay in Bangkok. Excellent - A brilliant place to stay. It is clean, beautifully decorated with many, many artistic touches, you’ll see new delights every time you look. The owner is one of the very best! The guide to the local area was incredibly helpful. There is a brilliant coffeeshop 50m away, the best rice soup breakfast stall just across the street and an incredible evening street cafe, look for the pink haired chef, just opposite, on the corner. It’s really close to 2 MRT stations and the best market in Bangkok, Kong Toie. This is one of best places to stay in Bangkok. Excellent!!!!

The bedding was really comfortable and we can tell the owner had put their heart to the details of the layout of the room. Loved the bed and the comfy couch after a long day of walk, the comfy bed and sofa is a must. The location is at the center of Bangkok and our main restaurants we wanted to visit. I also love how spacious the place was. Plenty of room for luggage, and also laundry facility available for use was perfect for us as we dud need to wash items since we travel for two weeks, so dirty clothes to stack up. • Sovathara (8/5): Nice and Clean - “Guy”, the owner is very friendly and helpful, and the design of the apartment was followed his fantasy, “Alice in Wonderland” or “The Rabbit’s House” 😂 if you like it or not. 😂 In overall, I like and enjoy my stay. The side walk to the room is dark, but as I mentioned, Guy said the design was followed his fantasy vibe. 😂 Also, there is no cleaner for daily clean and change the bed sheet as we stay in hotel. • David (10/5): Incredible apartment with highest standard and perfect location - Location is amazing, just at the south end of the Benjakitti Park and walking distance to the food market where the restaurants buy theirproducts (incredble price on tropical fruits etc). Guy the host is incredible friendly , helpful and a great guy. The apartment has incredble standard with an amazing king size bed, all the facilities you need. I also really recommend to try to stay in the loft. It is the coolest apartment I have ever seen. The NIP café which Guy has a deal with have incredble matchas for 60 baht. Nothing bad to say.
