• Sulaiman (5/5): convenient location as the town is just a few minutes' drive away. clean and nice place for family. - good location to visit kota bharu town. balcony had litter (likely from above) when we first arrived. water hose in outside toilet was loose and actually came off.
• Mohamad zaharuddin (10/5): - very comfortable. the location is great. The swimming pool registration process requires users to register with the security guard at the ground floor before proceeding to the pool on the 5th floor.

• Guest (6/5): - rumah bersih tp bukan la 'super' bersih. cuma susunan brg dapur penuh skit. tp utk harga mcm ni.. rumah consider 👍🏻 actually kami diganggu ketika berada di rumah. pd jam di antara 3.30am-5am, rumah kami diketuk beberapa kali. tp bila pintu dibuka, tiada org. siang tu bila kami keluar, kami tutup semua lampu. tp bila blk lampu ada yg terbuka & laci pd rak tv pun ada yg terbuka. ada salah satu hari tu stokin saya yg sepatutnya ada dlm kasut tiba² hilang. kemudian stokin dijumpai slm keadaan basag di 'yard' luar dapur tempat terletaknya washing machine.

Saya kecewa dengan harga rm275+rm50 cek in awal untk 3bilik 1hri 2mlm Cadar bau hapak lepas tu melekit..lantai dlm toilet dua2 sumbat sinki sumbat..lepas tu sy ade buat request nk cek in awal mula2 tak bagi lepas tu dye chat sy balik dye ckp boleh cek in awal tp kne tambah rm50 saya pun okey je tak de mslah sbb kita yg nk msuk awal kan tp lepas dpt bilik yg mcm tu sy agak kecewa tp still ok lagi tp esok tu nk mntk cek out lewat sejam nk lepas kn zohor dulu dye ckp tak boleh kalau nk kne add on rm50 lagi per jam..aq mcm ?? Bg laa kelonggaran sikit kn sbb smlm da add rm50 tk kn nk mntk keluar sejam lewat kne top up lg..dgn hrga yg mcm ni dah harga penginapan dekat jb..saya tak kn dtng lagi..

• Faizul (8/5): - Excellent location, the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Access card should be two instead of one, it is not convenient if coming with 2 cars or have big family. It would be good if have extra pillow and hanger to hang cloths.

• Che (10/5): Do attend to the stagnant water in the bathroom and the pillows..the rest are excellent. - Spacious, facilities and surrounding scenery facing the river Stagnant (waste) water in the bathroom of the master bedroom does not flow freely to the drain, therefore there's always water on the floor. Pillows too low cause backache.

• Azrul (9/5): a small technical issue but other wise a delightful stay - very near to town center, easily accessible clean n bright coloured property enough bedding n very comfortable hv ps4 on top of usable netflix - many properties asked us to use our own account view directly to kelntan river - it is a shame for rainy season hv designated parking slot - very much appreciated the right turn to go to the apartment is small road n cn easily missed the towel is not that absorbant - cnt dry body properly no kitchen - so cnt do any cooking small inconvinient only

• Raja (10/5): Exceptional - Everything well prepared and clean. The homestay got shower gel, shampoo, water dispenser, washing machine with detergent. So you don't have to worry much. The host is nice and helpful. Additional car need to park on the outside which quite hard to find.

• Nurul (8/5): Great clean apartment. - The apartment is clean and covers all the basic needs. Even provided with water dispenser, microwave, washing machine. Wifi connection is strong. The mattress and curtains need to be updated. The curtain even has a hole. The mattress were quite hard, had trouble sleeping at night

It's sad that I could only stay there for 1 night only. I think it would be great if a Netflix account was available for the guests to enjoy watching movies while staying there.

• Sofia (10/5): All in all, I like the house, very comfortable, spacious, clean and with complete facilities. I have been renting at man - Spacious, clean and value for money It was quite difficult when we were given only one single access card while we came in a group of 7 pax.
