• Luciano (3/5): The apartment has potential, but due to missing amenities, unreliable Wi-Fi, and poor communication, the experience did - The location is convenient. The stay did not match the listing in several important ways, especially during the first half of my visit. Upon arrival, despite providing my check-in time in advance, the unit was not ready and required an additional wait of approximately two hours. Communication at that point was limited, and the apartment was still being cleaned after I entered. Several key amenities listed were either missing or not usable: * The kitchen was not functional for the first three days due to no gas connection for the stove or oven. A gas canister was later provided, but without installation or guidance. * A microwave listed in the amenities was not present. * Wi-Fi, advertised as available throughout the property, relied on a mobile hotspot with limited data and became unusable after the first couple of days. I had to rely on my own mobile data. * No toiletries were provided (no soap of any kind), and there was no dish soap or garbage bags, making basic day-to-day use difficult. * Instructions regarding electricity usage referenced limits and additional charges but were not clearly explained, creating uncertainty about normal usage. * Clear instructions for hot water were not provided despite requesting clarification. Communication throughout the stay was inconsistent, with long delays and no follow-through after issues were raised. There was also significant nearby construction noise that was not disclosed and affected the overall experience.

La mattina del check in vengo contattata perché l'appartamento ha un problema e mi propongono un altro in una posizione totalmente decentralizzata. Dopo varie comunicazioni, scopro che il "problema" era che il proprietario dell'appartamento voleva rimanere un giorno in più causando a noi un disguido enorme. Alla fine essendomi lamentata fortemente, il proprietario lascia l'appartamento che ovviamente non era pronto alle 15 ma dopo. Entriamo nell'appartamento e scopriamo che non era ciò che avevamo prenotato. Una truffa praticamente. Inoltre una puzza di panno bagnato sporco ci assale che non andava via nemmeno con le finestre aperte. Acqua calda limitata, nemmeno due docce veloci. Davvero terribile.

• Marie (1/5): Séjour gâché par l’établissement - J’ai réservé sur booking pour un prix en euros mais ils m’ont envoyé un lien avec un montant plus élevé en euros. J’ai donc discuté pendant plusieurs jours avec eux à ce sujet car je ne voulais pas me faire arnaquer et il a fini par appeler la police pour qu’on paye. La police a descendu le prix à celui affiché sur booking et nous avons payé. C’est du jamais vu. C’est des voleurs. Il n’y a pas de bagarrerie pour les affaires. Ils peuvent pas les garder après le Check out. J’ai fais deux logements dans Maple beach et dans les deux il y’a pas d’eau chaude, j’ai pris une seule douche avec de l’eau chaude. Toutes les autres étaient à l’eau froide. Ensuite, il y a eu l’incident où nous sommes restés coincé devant la porte pendant plus d’une heure car le code ne fonctionnait plus. On était sans argent, juste en maillot et avec presque plus de batterie. Ils ont mis plus d’une heure à venir régler le problème. Dans le deuxième logement la douche est bouchée car l’eau ne s’évacue pas. Il y a énormément de bruit car il y a des travaux juste à côté de notre chambre. Ce n’est pas agréable du tout. De plus le wi-fi ne fonctionne pas. …ect

The team did eventually fix it, but not until the last night. However, they did try earlier, but it required more technical expertise. So they tried for sure. However i would definitely recommend it. The cutlery and utensils were not great, and the bbq needed some fixing...but again an overall graet experience.

El apartamento está ubicado a lado de la playa. Cuando llegamos no nos recibieron con la limpieza impecable del apartamento y sobre todo como recomendación, deben de mantener mejor la grifería en general, utensilios de cocina al igual que la lavadora, es una pena que esté nueva pero mal conservada. Nos hubiera encantado que nos explicaran el uso común de la barbacoa que está en la piscina.

Excellent suivi du proprio. Lit confortable. J’y retournerai sans hésitation. Pour un appartement, il manque certains éléments essentiels dans la cuisine: 1 seul verre et aucun verre en plastique pour aller à la piscine, pas de poêle pour faire cuire (ex: œufs), briquet non fonctionnel (celui qui était là n’avait plus de butane), etc. Internet peu fiable.

• Monika (9/5): - Our stay in the Mapl Beach Residences was great! The place was clean, spacious and situated in a perfect location - 2 mins walking distance to a beach and shops. Ignacio kept in touch with us and if there was anything we needed, it was super easy to reach him. He even bought me an internet SIM card on his own, which so thoughtful! There was a security all day and night and althiugh we felt safe in Punta Cana, it was comforting to see people around in a new location. I would only recommend to buy some more equipment, like a kettle or an iron and a drying rack. Other than that, all good.

Todo estaba limpio y en buen estado, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. El anfitrión merece un 10: fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Nos facilitó toda la información necesaria y estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. La experiencia en general fue muy positiva y sin duda recomendaríamos este apartamento. Volveríamos a alojarnos aquí sin pensarlo.

The unit had most things needed. Ease of access. These are minor things. That someone had to let me in and out at the main entrance every time I came in and out of the premises. There wasn't a sponge to wash the dishes.

• Jennifer (5/5): Für den Beginn in der dominikanischen Republik in Ordnung, aber die Anlage (Ferienwohnung) sollte auch so aussehen, wie - In 2Min ist man am Strand, guter Pool, super Parkplatzsituation, große Wohnung, zur Begrüßung gab es zu Silvester eine Flasche Prosecco :-) Der Verwalter Ignacio war super, hat sich toll um jedes Problem gekümmert und hat immer sofort geantwortet. Es war leider nicht sauber im Bad, das Wasser ging zwei Mal für mindestens eine halbe Stunde nicht. Die Anlage sieht nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos, sondern ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung sieht nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos, sondern ist eher lieblos gestaltet.
• Mazen (10/5): Pour ceux qui n'aiment pas séjourner dans les hôtels , ceci est l'un des meilleurs choix - Tout d’abord, Ignacio, le gestionnaire de la propriété est une personne hautement professionnelle. Dès que j’ai signalé un problème avec le réfrigérateur, le soir même, un nouveau nous a été apporté. Il est très attentif aux remarques et les considère comme essentielles pour améliorer continuellement la qualité du séjour. Il a également fait preuve d’une grande flexibilité, en nous accordant quelques heures supplémentaires étant donné que notre vol était prévu tard dans la nuit, ce que nous avons énormément apprécié. Sur le plan humain, c’est quelqu’un avec qui on se sent rapidement à l’aise : on a l’impression de le connaître depuis longtemps et sa présence est vraiment appréciable. Le condo est correct et fonctionnel : tout le nécessaire est disponible et tous les équipements mentionnés dans la description sont bien présents. Le seul petit point à noter est le bruit de la route à proximité, mais cela reste normal dans une ville dynamique. Pour quelqu’un habitué au calme, cela peut surprendre au début, mais cela fait aussi partie de l’ambiance locale. Les commerces sont juste en face de l’immeuble, et la plage se trouve à seulement deux minutes de marche, ce qui est un grand avantage. La piscine est excellente et très agréable. Bref, mon séjour d’une semaine à Maple a été inoubliable. Un grand merci au gestionnaire, notamment pour la délicate attention des chocolats, qui a été très appréciée. Pour faire de l'épicerie à bon prix, il faut aller un peu plus loin.

• Chinapit (8/5): - Die Unterkunft ist ruhig- und das heißt in dieser Gegend etwas! Der Pool ist sauber und groß, die Wohnung geräumig und hell. Vor allem der Besitzer/Verwalter ist unglaublich hilfsbereit. Es gab Probleme mit dem heißen Wasser und er hat an einem Samstag bis 21 Uhr daran gearbeitet, das Problem zu beheben. Die Küche ist extrem knapp ausgestattet, ein paar Gläser oder Teller mehr wären schön. Prinzipiell war die Wohnung sauber, aber das Besteck und die Armaturen bedürfen einer Grundreinigung. Auch Couch- und Esstisch müssten ausgetauscht werden. Die Wohnung hat viel Potential, mit etwas Engagement wird es eine super Unterkunft!
