Adriel (1/5): Probably would have been fine if I didn't have to rely on customer service for anything. - I had asked for early check-in, which was granted, but the room was not ready when I arrived at the agreed-on time. And there was no power in the room. I left so the room could be cleaned, and returned but still no power. Customer service asked me to 'Please be patient' for several hours, and never once offered any consolation, only requested 'patience'. I had traveled 24+ hours from Europe, and my patience was maxed after several hours waiting for customer service to either fix the power issue, or relocate me; neither were ever offered, so I left the keys and found a room elsewhere. The location and room are probably great if you have no need to rely on the customer service, as they are incapable and inconsiderate.
• Kriss (1/5): Scammer company, No refund initiated since 14 days, Very dirty studio, Horrible air quality - AVOID WITH ALL MEANS !!! This is a criminal organization that cheats with everything , with money refund ! They have developed a scam messaging system that should fool you until you give up on your money refund. - SCAM WITH A PARTIAL REFUND. After 14 days refund still not even processed it internally. Everytime they write a about the refund transfer can take up to 7-14 days, but before the transfer is initiated they write they must approve it internally and it can take around 3 months until you give up on your refund (!!!). This is Third World scam, and not Australian quality. This scammer company must be checked and closed by the Consumer Affairs Victoria and the Victorian State Government soon. -Contradictory information: One agent writes the refund has only been initiated and should arrive depends on the bank account, another agent writes the opposite. All is just to fool you until you give up. - VERY DIRTY STUDIO BY ARRIVAL. Dust, oily hands fingerprints on all furniture. Pictures attached. Partial refund was agreed and after 14 days they write they still did not process it internally. - HORRIBLE AIR QUALITY. Not possible to open a window. It is a private studio in a hotel, though hotel windows there slightly open. No air refresher or a single fan. Only A/C. Sulfurous air, not properly ventilated air. I got very sick after only 5 days of staying there. It is like sitting on a plane for 4 days in their air conditioned cage. -MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT. In the picture number 12 they show washing machines, dryers in the building. On request they say the machines there are not accessible and you must pay the laundry in the street. Also for this not partial refund initiated. ALL IN ALL, Horrible experience, waste of time. If you love respond daily to messages from strangers day by day, that do not result in anything, if you love dirty studios and being sick by horrible air quality then you are welcome to book this pathological accommodation.
• Georgia (9/5): Pleasant stay! - Perfect location, especially for the Australian open! Room was huge and loved that there were cooking facilities and dishwasher. The shower wasn’t in the best condition and the bathroom was tiny. Also no oil/butter for cooking :(

• Alister (8/5): Convenient and well priced. - Relatively central and close to Southern Cross Station. All the amenities worked well and having a functioning kitchen was a big plus. Good sized room with clean sheets and a comfortable bed. It did everything it needed to and was reasonably priced. Could have been cleaner and it felt like there were a few unnecessary 3rd party middle manager types involved which didn't seem to add anything to the process. Not a bad place to stay by any means through.

• Mama Iri (8/5): Always a pleasure when visiting Melbourne. Choosing the right place to stay is very important to me. - I like the location of the property, very central to what we needed it for. The room itself was neat and tidy and spacious for what we needed it for and the length of time we were there for. I didn't like the fact there was no ramp to get up the second set of stairs to the lift area. I watched some people struggle with their luggage weighing at least 20kgs. Otherwise the inconvenience was going through hotel lobby to the otherside and using the disable lift from the food court, which was not very visible to use, and only operated during work hours. The wifi did not work in the room. I logged into MadeComfy guest portal and the chat bot was not answering my question. It also kept telling I had to wait until I paid in full and my ID was verified which it was. Slightly frustrated here.
• Simon (9/5): Comfortable, clean and convenient for town - It was comfortable for what we needed. Close to the free tram system to get about town. Couple of nice old pubs nearby. I would recommend this location and apartment to others. The keys could be collected and deposited 24/7 and this was only a short walk from the apartments main entrance. Cups and glasses were not easy to reach
• Livinia (10/5): Genuinely a great booking! - It was a great location, and it had seriously good facilities! Super clean, well-maintained etc. When looking at this place online, my partner and I thought it might have been a scam considering how good everything looked, but I can assure, it was a really good choice for us! Right near an IGA if you want to make food, which they have an oven, toaster, dishwasher etc. you can use for, but otherwise there's great food places nearby! Really appreciated how nearby it was to public transport too. And right across the street were some lovely historical buildings, which could be seen from a birdseye view in the room. Generally found the view from the room to be a very cool one. Also, I appreciated all the clear instructions in the app from the madecomfy people who manage the place, it made it very simple to check in/out. Some reviews mention a leaky shower, but at least in our experience, it wasn't leaky, it just got wet on the bathroom floor. I will say, the toilet would keep flushing unless you held down the button for around 20 seconds, but that's the only issue I can think of.

I’d consider returning. - Centrality and fully equipped Safe environment for a woman traveling alone Customer service was avail and prompt in response A very spacious apartment Aircon and heating unit was effective Bed was comfortable Great big windows for daylight I love the art style- especially the giant dandelion painting and the red splash. Also love the great big golden mirror. The bathroom required some mindful navigation to prevent flooding. The sink is somewhat obstructed by the shelf so I had to bend down a lot. The flush needed some jiggling or the water would keep flowing. The shower neck was squirting water and I had to find ways to stop that temporarily with some cling wrap (worked well!) The gym and pool in the building was very limited, one of the reasons I chose the place is due to the location and gym. But it only had cardio machines, cable machine and a couple of upper body machines. No free weights etc. Swimming pool was closed the whole 10 days. Dishwasher might need attention- only used it once but was making a very loud sound.

• Margaret (10/5): We had a wonderful time visiting Melbourne! The location was great! - The location was ideal!! The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The shower head leaked and the water sprayed in random directions.
• Carl (10/5): A great stay in the middle of town, close to transport, facilities and centre of town. - The key collection was straight forward and within a short walk of the apartment in the middle of town.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Superb - No indoor slipper. We tend to take off our shoes once we are in the accommodation. However, the floor was very cold. An indoor slipper would be good to have.

• Pwrgb (6/5): Overall loved our stay. If the few little issues were fixed it would represent good value. - Location was great and the entry process was easy and very smooth. Only a short walk to collecty the keys. Big studio with large living areas/bedroom. Views over Collins street and a glipse of the River was nice. Plenty of facilities including coffee machine, toaster etc. was great. Water when showering flooded the bathroom/toilet and can leak into bedroom. Needs a proper shower screen instead of a knee length curtain.. Response from management company a little slow unfortunately. It was a cold week, the aircon remote did not work so we could not useit. It took two phone calls and a message to get any response and when we checked out it still was inoperable - very dissapointing from a professional managemant company.
