Jan (10/5): - De ruimte: we waren er voor een familie reünie, 8 volwassenen en twee kinderen elk een jaar oud. De twee gezinnetjes met een één jaar oud kind konden in zelfstandige appartementen met bedden in twee kamers en een eigen badkamer logeren. De twee stellen zonder kind hadden een ruime twee persoonskamer elk. Clos St. François Spa, leent zich uitstekend voor groepen zoals de onze met tot 15 personen. Kamers en deel appartementen kunnen ook afzonderlijk gehuurd worden. Wij hadden de gehele villa afgehuurd voor onze reünie en dat werkte perfect. De gastheer was zeer behulpzaam en voor het feestmaal op de zaterdagavond heeft de gastheer bemiddeld bij het vinden van een traiteur die een superbe regionale maaltijd voor ons bereid had. Voor ons kon de ontvangst niet beter. De natuur rond Wangenbourg in de herfst is prachtig, 's ochtends kwamen de reeën grazen rond het huis. In de bossen is het prima wandelen. Meerdere kastelen zijn te bezoeken. Eigen waren er geen dingen die ons tegenvielen.
