• ΚατερίναΜπ. (10/5): - Ήταν υπέροχη η διαμονή μας στο Satori Tulum!! Ήταν όλα τέλεια, και μας εξέπληξε ευχάριστα το ποσό άνετο ήταν το κρεβάτι και τα μαξιλάρια, πράγμα πολύ βασικό για εμάς, καθώς δεν το συναντάμε συχνά!! Ήταν η τέλεια επιλογή για τις διακοπές μας!!
• Dominique (5/5): Lieu magique mais manque d'un accueil himain - L'architecture des batiments est originale et le decoration interirure reussie. La vegetation luxuriante environnante. Il n'y avait pas de mode d'emploi pour le coffre-fort et nous avons donc du prendre nos affaires et notre argent avec nous, malheureusemrnt nous avons ete victime d'un vol d'argent dans un cenote. Notre hotesse avait accepte de garder nos bagages mais a notre retour elle n'etait pas la contrairement a ce qu'elle nous avait dit et avait depose nos bagages juste a l'entree, heureusement aucun client de la residence n'y a touche. Nous avons echange par Watsapp avec l'hotesse mais c'est impersonnel et on aurait prefere un accueil plus humain.
• Andreea (10/5): Relaxation at its best. - The roo s was gorgeous, as depicted in the pictures. It has everything what a household needs. Enjoyed a lot the fact that the bedroom is separate from the kitchen / living room. Likewise, the small pool on the balcony is a nice refreshing touch. Enough privacy provided and the surroundings are calm and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Plus the bed sheets were so soft, you would say that you are sleeping in clouds. As we had a car, we had no issues with the location which is a bit remote, in a new area where lots of buildings are getting ready to open their doors for guests. One small nit. The drying rack for the dishes could be replaced, as it is full of rust and I find it unhealthy to dry glasses and other dishes in it.

• Andrea (10/5): Perfetto! - La struttura si presenta esattamente come in fotografia. L'appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato era bellissimo, super accessoriato e confortevole. La piscina privata e le due in comune, ovvero quella all'ingresso e sul tetto semplicemente fantastiche. Nel nostro soggiorno siamo stati benissimo e c'è tantissima tranquillità. Ovviamente, bisogna avere un'autovettura o usufruire di altre alternative perché è lontano sia dal centro che dalle spiagge. Davvero super consigliato, non ve ne pentirete se decidete di trascorrere del tempo qua.

El alojamiento está muy bien equipado, con absolutamente todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda, y todo se encontraba nuevo, organizado y en excelentes condiciones. La comunicación fue fácil y rápida en todo momento, lo que hizo que todo el proceso fuera aún más tranquilo. Además, el nivel de confort realmente nos sorprendió, una experiencia digna de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Sin duda, fue el lugar ideal para comenzar nuestro viaje. ¡Recomendadísimo para quien busque comodidad, calidad y una experiencia impecable en Tulum!

C’est vraiment dommage de ne pas avoir les mêmes prestation on avais l’impression que y’avais une vieille chambre et une neuve…! Der ganze Wohnkomplex ist wunderschön gestaltet und neu. Bitte immer die Infos genau beachten, wie man zum Haus gelangt, viele Straßen sind fast unpassierbar. Ohne Mietwagen würde ich es nicht empfehlen, da die Lage nicht all zu zentral ist.

The apartment, the amenities (full kitchen, washing machine – a lifesaver for a family!), and the overall style and design of the building are absolute class. Cleanliness was spotless, and the staff was incredibly helpful – the security guard efficiently helped us carry our heavy suitcases upstairs. A very safe and stylish place, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Two technical points: the access road is classic "developer style" – a wonderful apartment building inside the walls, but sharp rocks and a construction site right outside the gate, so a car with slightly higher clearance is recommended. Secondly, there is no elevator in the building. Carrying luggage up several floors can be a challenge, though the staff is happy to help.

• Karo (10/5): Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! - Die Unterkunft war super! Das Apartment ist liebevoll und mit allem eingerichtet, was man während des Aufenthaltes gebrauchen kann. Die Dachterasse mit dem Pool war super!! Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, Maddie und Frankie persönlich kennenzulernen. Es wurde während der ganzen Woche kein Mal der Müll entsorgt oder Room-Service gemacht.

Geen toezicht op de rust. 0 supermarkten in de buurt dus aan je basics komen moet per taxi (minimaal 15 euro) of minimaal 30 minuten lopen.
• Jakub (7/5): A beautiful and luxurious jungle stay with great perks, but humidity impacted comfort - I really enjoyed the apartment, it was luxurious, well‑equipped, and perfect for families. The baby crib available on request was a great addition. The rooftop pool was marvelous, and our private pool in the room was fantastic for the kids. Being surrounded by the jungle while staying in such a high‑quality unit felt amazing. The apartment offered two TVs, two air conditioners and a dehumidifier, which was necessary. Having a washer and dryer inside the room was a real blessing, and overall the room service during the stay was good. The humidity was extremely high, and despite the AC and dehumidifier, our laundry didn’t dry even after five days, and even unworn clothes ended up damp, which was very unpleasant and would make me hesitant to return. Contacting the property before arrival was difficult, and after our stay they stopped responding even though we needed help because we left some clothes behind. The road leading to the property was also in poor condition, so you need to be very careful with the many “topes.”

• Axelle (9/5): Cosiest stay in Tulum 'forest' - L'hébergement était si confortable avec un super équipement, point bonus pour le lit et la couette qui étaient incroyables. Tout est neuf - il y a d'ailleurs plusieurs hébergements qui étaient encore en construction mais aucun problème de bruit de travaux. Les espaces communs super agréables. Sachez qu'il y a aussi une piscine au dernier étage avec une très belle vue sur la forêt encore existante - il n'y avait aucune indication sur la présence de la piscine rooftop dans l'hotel, nous l'avons malheureusement découvert que le dernier jour. La localisation est vraiment pas terrible, il est impossible de faire quoi que que ce soit à pied. Aussi il faut emprunter une route à croisement longue, étroite, caillouteuse et de mémoire (car aucun réseau en approchant de la zone hotelière).

• Nurag (10/5): The stay in Satori itself was great I loved it one of the best places - The amenities were great you basically had everything you would have in a house the amount of times I used the washing machine and tumble dryer was very handy. Specially since we were going to the beach and cenotes a lot so a lot of wet cloths. The other benefit was the location its a bit more secluded in between the beach and the centre of tulum so it was perfect if you have a rented car but a walk to the main highway wouldn't have been that long either. This isn't to do with Satori its more to do with the Tulum scams going on if you have rented a car please make sure you carefully look at the fuel station is reset to zero when pumping fuel and when you hand the cash over to the fuel man make sure you get out the car count the cash and hand it over they will try to trick you I fell for it once and they tried it again in other fuel stations in Tulum. Advise would be to get out the car count the cash in front of them and hand it to them so they can't trick you. Do not use card they will pretend it has declined or I think i heard somewhere they can take a small sum out.

Die Lage ist gut gelegen, man ist schnell im Geschehen und kann die Ruhe und den unverbauten jungleblick genießen. (Fahrbarer Untersatz ist in Tulum ohnehin Pflicht!) Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet. Eigener Rooftop Pool war Mega, vor allem war dieser auch erfrischend. Klare Empfehlung!

This is a high end establishment - well furnished apartment - I stayed in the 1 bed, but it looks like there’s bigger ones available. There was all the usual appliances available in the kitchen for home dining, and the decor - It was stunning. And the pool on the roof has the best sunset views overlooking the wild Yucatán. World class service and support from the staff. Who are on hand (WhatsApp) to help with supporting your stay. The night porter is super friendly also! I’d recommend taking up the offer of the quad bikes or scooters available for rent, or bring your own car. In the heat of the day you don’t want to be walking into town or the beach. I had a bicycle - it’s a good 20 minutes to town or the beach by bicycle. Use tomato for your food takeaway needs - so much choice! Thank you Nothing

• Malgorzata (10/5): Tastefully designed condos but a little remote. - Beautifully designed and decorated interiors, good quality furniture and appliances, very comfortable bed, great rooftop pool and common area. Beautiful greenery and huge cactuses. Surrounded by lush jungle. The location is a little remote, on the unpaved road. It is about 10 min car ride from the center of Tulum and relatively close to the beach, but you need either a car or a taxi to get there.

• Paul (10/5): Exceptionnel ! - Logement entièrement neuf. L’établissement est vraiment incroyable, propre, beau, les piscines sont justes splendides. En ce qui concerne notre logement nous étions au rée de chaussée rien n’est à redire. La seule petite chose serait d’ajouter des rideaux occultants comme dans la chambre dans le salon / cuisine car nous étions avec 2 petits en bas âge et le réveil se faisait très tôt. Et niveau literie c’était tout simplement génial également ! Je recommande ! Nous avons tout aimé. Le seul petit détail ne vous attendez pas à être dans le centre ville de Tulum, le logement est entre le centre et les plages mais dans des petites routes difficiles d’accès. Le seul bémol sur Tulum ce sont que toutes les plages ont étés privatisées et donc pour accéder aux plages c’est un véritable parcours du combattant et tout ça en devant payer (mais finalement comme presque pour toute la Riviera maya)

Die Besitzer trifft man zwar nicht persönlich, sie sind per WhatsApp aber immer erreichbar und stehen mit vielen Tipps & Empfehlungen für Tulum zur Verfügung 😊 Etwas holprige Straße zur Unterkunft, wir hatten mit unserer ESim dort keinen Empfang mehr, dafür kann die Unterkunft ja aber nichts. (9/5): ¡Ideal para parejas, grupos de amigos y familias! ¡repetiríamos! - El diseño del condominio, la vista al dosel de la selva yucateca desde la piscina en la terraza y al interior del bosque desde nuestra habitación. Decimos esto por que somos aficionados a la observación de aves y durante nuestra estadía, solo en pequeños ratos por la mañana veíamos hasta 15-20 especies de aves con muy poco esfuerzo. ¡fue espectacular! En cuanto al interior del depa, me encantaría destacar el buen gusto de la decoración, las luminarias y el excelente equipamiento de cocina y lavadería. Nosotros llegamos en auto rentado y nos reconfortó saber que había seguridad nocturna. No obstante, si hay algo que sobresale y superó nuestras expectativas fue la atención personalizada de nuestros anfitriones ¡sobresaliente! Tanto antes como después del viaje, han atendido todas nuestras consultas. Si volvemos a la Riviera Maya, repetiríamos aquí.

• Fabien (9/5): Super Condo trop isolé et ultra bruyant - Condo tout neuf, ultra moderne, vraiment exceptionnel, ultra bien équipé avec goût. C est au milieu de nul part, 300 mètres sans route goudronnée pour accéder au condo c est moins. Nous y sommes allés en août en basse saison, nous sommes tombés sur une famille américaine où de Jamaïque en mode groupe ultra bruyante jour et nuit sans gêne. Problème les chambres donnent sur les parties communes et l on entend tout, il n y a aucune isolation pas de double vitrage, la moindre personne qui parle dans les parties communes c est mort !!!!. Le parking est à l extérieur du Condo. Aucun activité autour voiture pendant 1 0mn pour un resto ou café ou super marché . Impossible de contacter le personnel le dimanche ou le soir
• Ivana (10/5): Gorgeous, Peaceful Villa – Just Mind the Roads - I loved everything about this property. It’s new, spotless, and very well-equipped — it even has a washer and dryer. The design is beautiful, the pools are stunning, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Internet worked perfectly, the water pressure was great, and having two AC units (in both the living room and bedroom) made the stay very comfortable. It’s absolutely worth the money, especially if you have a car. Just note that it’s far from the beaches, and the neighborhood is still under development — there are no paved roads yet, so if you use a bike, expect some dust. The yard was lovely and private, making it a peaceful place to relax. The only downside was the access roads. They’re unpaved and dusty, and Google Maps initially sent us down the roughest route at night, with large rocks sticking out of the road — we got minor damage to our car. There is a smoother road you can take, so I recommend arriving in daylight and checking the best route in advance.
