Guest Reviews
- Sarah (1/5): - The tiny house itself is cute and we enjoyed staying there. However MadeComfy/host experience was very poor. Inaccurate description of facilities, with assurances to reimburse never followed through. House not cleaned properly prior to stay with mould in bathroom, broken lamp and stains on chairs. Had to open a dispute with booking.com for reimbursement due to no washing washine. With better management and cleaning, this has the potential to be a great place.
Beware booking under this company. Made Comfy management during stay. Description of facilities not accurate. Home not cleaned well before stay. Disappointing sheets/towels not changed with a longer stay, particularly when there is only a broken camp washer there.
- Shane (4/5): Very average, - There was no washing machine, the tiny camping one that fits one shirt is false advertising.
No TV was disappointing.

- Ewald (7/5): - Very nice location, great view, cosy little home (although not suited for longer stays, but that's alright).
Very quiet neighbourhood (ignoring the cicadas though 🙂)
West-facing patio is nice for a morning coffee or for watching the sunset.
The kitchen is equipped well enough for such a tiny house.
All in all I enjoyed my stay. 1. There is no washing machine even though the description says there is. Yeah, I know, "there's this mini camp washer with mold in it"---it's false advertising in my opinion (and also the reason I gave "facilities" a low rating.
2. The induction cooktop is nice, but has a European power plug on it---since we're in Australia, I would expect an Australian one. Luckily I brought a travel adapter so was able to cook (none was provided, you need a type I to type C/E/F adapter). Kinda weird situation that's all... Maybe a previous tenant left the appliance there?
3. Toilet seat needs fastening.
- Debra (1/5): Awful - The property had no electricity and even though I complained no one came out to address the issue. So I had to leave the property and book into a hotel. The property owner has refused to compensate me for my stay. I was out of pocket and the added stress ruined what should have been a beautiful week catching up with Family.
- Jeanette (8/5): - Great location. Son had sporting commitments, and it was in a great location to where we needed to be. We ran out of gas, and the lady I spoke to was lovely, and it was dealt with very quickly. When it says tiny...it really was..stairs very narrow, my son is very skinny and still had to turn on an angle to get upstairs. I purchased an air mattress and slept on it. Was not comfortable navigating stairs late at night. House at the front of the tiny home also gets rented out, and I often had issues with parking. The room was not serviced in 9 days, some clean towels would have been nice.
- David (8/5): Cute little house - Comfortable bed, great views. Good facilities, good shower and water pressure Fridge needs to be defrosted, the toilet seat needs to be tightened, the bin was full from previous tenants
- Colette (7/5): Great location - Close to sporting fields, lovely view
Kitchen and bathroom facilities were sufficient
Bed was comfortable Booked this space (compared to a hotel) because the facilities listed washing machine, however this was a bucket sized washing machine that was not practical for washing more than 1 item at a time.
The stairs to the loft were concerning- I (medium build) barely fit past the rail at the top, the lack of railing on one side in combination with the steepness meant they required intentional concentration to navigate.
- David (10/5): Great location for us (visiting family who live nearby) - Easy access door code, Great area, easily the quietest neighborhood ive ever been in.
Being on hill we had great view of Bridgemen Downs including fantastic sunsets.
Parking close to room.
We went for walks along the many beautiful street connecting walking paths that seem to be synonymous with Brisbane suburbs.
First experience staying tiny house and absolutely loved it. Whilst small and compact everything you could need was within the many well designed cupboards and shelves.
The condition of property is immaculate, like brand new.
Plenty of windows to let breeze flow through and lovely cold aircon with fan if it ever gets hot though the breeze was quite cool being up on hill even this time of year (feb) Couldnt find anything to not like, seriously.
- B (7/5): Nice location, great views. No TV was a disappointment - Great location The stairs to the loft bedroom.
- Lopes (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marilyn (9/5): Great trees area to stay in. Cooler than nearby suburbs and the house was comfortable. - I loved the fact that it was a tiny house. Something to tick off my bucket list and very comfortable. The fact I wasn’t given a key to open the windows. I didn’t need the a/c a lot of the time. But as I couldn’t open the windows I had to keep it on. I would have loved a TV.
- Catherine (9/5): Superb - Beautiful Views Stairs to the upstairs bed were very steep
- Gavin (10/5): Exceptional -
