• Lindsey (10/5): Perfect host, perfect location. - The location was perfect. Across the road from Albert Park and Woolworths, loads of eateries and a 5 minute walk to the beach and Acland St. The apartment had everything we needed.
• Jessica (3/5): Horrendous customer service - avoid!!! - Location was good. The customer service was horrendous. There were so many faults with our check in process (being denied access on the day we arrived forcing us to wander the streets at 1am, the place not being cleaned when we finally got in the next day, us having to ferry keys around because their organization was terrible), staff were so unhelpful with resolving issues, communication was incredibly poor, the whole thing was incredibly stressful and disappointing.

• Jodie (10/5): Cute apartment, great location! - We loved this cute apartment, such a great location, very handy to the trams, local restaurants and bars in very easy walking distance We did find the bed a little firm, but apart from that everything was perfect 👌
• Christine (10/5): - I would definitely stay again. Perfect location - easy walk to a multitude of restaurants, eateries, bars and shops. Lots of site-seeing and activities close-by. Bus and Tram stops across the road. Very quiet, comfortable and well-appointed apartment.
• Anne (10/5): Modern comfortable apartment, close to cafes. - Great location, very clean, modern and comfortable. Close to cafes, restaurants and tram , as well as parks and seaside.
• Emma (1/5): Terrible customer service ruined my stay. - The store for key pickup was closed when we arrived at 5pm. Made comfy told me to book into a hotel at 9pm and advised I would be reimbursed for this night. Three weeks later and I’m still being ignored. We also faced issues with the door lock when we finally did get to check in. All these issues ruined my stay and still wasting my time trying to contact them. Horrible customer service.

• Linda (9/5): Very comfortable and fantastic value got money! Would def stay here again!!:) - Spacious modern and clean . Netflix etc on tv., great kitchen and love the couch u can lye down on. Comfy bed too!:) A bit dark Noisy on Fitzroy st some nights
