- Mirko (4/5): Disappointment - The room is clean, the staff is friendly, the location is good. The picture on the homepage shows a balcony, and is quite misleading to guests, as only some rooms have one. There is no warning that the room is on the 4th floor of a high-ceiling building without an elevator, and the 88 steps are a big problem for the elderly, especially the disabled. The rather claustrophobic 16 m2 room contains a bed, TV, A/C, a bathroom without a window, a small refrigerator that does not cool well and has no regulation, and a tea maker that you have nowhere to turn on. The bed collapsed under us even though we are both of average, normal weight. Not happy.
