This has been leaking for some time as joinery swelling.

- Nick (9/5): I had a really nice time with my partner and I would be more than happy to stay here again next time we’re in Redcliffe - The view was great with a short and easy walk to jetty There’s was a leaky AC at the time of us staying there but when you changed the temperature it was fine and it didn’t bother me
- Borgman (6/5): Great location but let down with aging and faulty amenities. - Good location and view of town. Close to amenities. Cleanliness on arrival was questionable. Some of the apartment amenities (eg air-conditioning and lighting was faulty). Need to provide more towels and cleaning material associated with kitchen etc.
- P (4/5): Room 806 - Good location. Nice view. Great for early morning walks and a coffee The Aircon unit had been leaking water onto the carpet in the bedroom. So for the entire 3 night stay we slept with the terrible smell of wet carpet. Once Compy had, finally, asked the cleaning company to contact us ot was with the help of the cleaning company that provided us with towels to try and soak up the wet carpet. Apparently the aircon had been leaking for over a month and the cleaning company had advised the aircon business of this problem. But the Aircon company had failed to come and fix it. A big thank you to the cleaning company for great communication and doing the best they could in helping us endure our stay...

- Judith (1/5): This was our worst experience in 20 years of staying in Australia - Location The wrong keys were given out no parking number given lift fob and door keys didn’t work 1 wine glass old toilet roll on lounge table knocking in bedroom outside walls . At one point we were stuck on 8 floor unable to access the door or lift for over 31/2 hours

I contacted Comfy on the first night and received a message to say agent was on the way.
But never saw or heard from anyone.
