The bed was very hard. The card reader for the power has a constant flashing light and the do not disturb button is constantly illuminated, both lights up the room at night.

- Matteo (6/5): Nice view from rooftop, but not clean and staff not cooperating - The hotel is in a great location, the highlight is definitely the view from the rooftop pool I checked into my room and the shower drain didn’t work, and the room was not cleaned properly as I found chunks of hair on a chair and some surfaces like the night stand were sticky and had to clean them myself. I mentioned this to reception, who apart from fixing the drain didn’t do anything else, no room change, no cleaning, no partial refund. The next day, after spending the day out, I was surprised to come back to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, and I complained again. At that point I gave up as I was leaving the next day. Really not cool. On top, everything looks old and without a care for detail, and the AC in the gym doesn’t work properly

- Mascha (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf in Phnom Phen - We hebben een room upgrade gekregen voor 2 van de 3 kamers wat erg aardig was. Zeer grote kamers met ligbad. Hotel heeft geen restaurant maar wel genoeg eetmogelijkheden in de straat. Rooftop zwembad was prima maar het liggedeelte zouden ze iets aantrekkelijker mogen maken. Jammer dat je er geen drankje ofzo kunt doen want het uitzicht is natuurlijk geweldig.

- Cambx (7/5): - L'emplacement n'était pas trop mal, on peut déjeuner au café Barista (l'hôtel ne propose pas de repas). Le monument de l'indépendance se situe à 15 min à pieds. Tout est assez rapide sinon en tuk-tuk. Le personnel était gentil et serviable. La réception est ouverte à toute heure. Nous avions demandé à ce que la chambre soit nettoyée et au retour de notre excursion en soirée, cela n'avait pas été fait. Le lendemain, la chambre avait été correctement nettoyée mais le personnel a laissé un chiffon sale sur l'étagère. Le laundry de l'hôtel est cher, privilégiez celui situé au bout de la rue en remontant sur la gauche.

The location is excellent — on the same street, just a few minutes from the hotel, there are three great places to eat and some nice shops. It’s a 13-minute walk to the Royal Palace and the National Museum of Cambodia. The tea and coffee cups are very small :) I’m used to big mugs. But it was the same in all the hotels in Cambodia where I stayed.

- Sinn-Sothia (6/5): - Bon emplacement. Le personnel est sympathique. Le ménage n’est pas fait tous les jours, même si on active le bouton dédié. Je ne demande pas un ménage de fond en comble mais c est quand même bien d avoir un coup de balai, du pq et les poubelles vidées régulièrement. Durant mon séjour d une semaine environ, jai eu 3 fois le ménage et condensé vers la fin car je le demandais tous les jours à la réception.

- Marijke (6/5): niet zo enthousiast - De locatie is perfect, op loopafstand van zowel het Nationaal Museum als van het Royal Palace/Zilveren Pagode. De kamer was ruim genoeg, had zelfs een balkonnetje (alleen zaten de stoeltjes dusdanig beroerd dat we er niet hebben kunnen zitten) Toen we aankwamen lag er een vieze handdoek op de grond, waren de slippers gebruikt/vies en de vloer bij de wc plakkerig. We waren moe en hebben het niet meer gemeld, daar hebben ze dus niets aan kunnen doen (maar het had al niet zo mogen zijn). De eerste dag kwam er maar geen schoonmaakdienst, pas na er een opmerking over te maken kwam er rond 18.00 een schoonmaakploeg, en zowaar, om 18.15 nóg een keer. Blijkbaar moest je een digitaal knopje indrukken bij de deur (hadden ze bij het inchecken even moeten melden). Dat knopje de dag erna wél ingedrukt en zowaar, weer géén schoonmaak. Dus te weinig toiletpapier, vieze kopjes, natte handdoeken, etc. Gelukkig vertrokken we de dag erna. Wat ook tegenviel was de douche: koud water, ondanks 2x melden We misten een ontbijt optie

- nichola (10/5): Beautiful modern hotel - Wow,what a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location.Spotlessly clean with modern,comfortable rooms.Added bonus of a rooftop pool with views from every angle.Even a steam room. Staff were friendly and helpful with anything that you needed.For the price it was excellent. Our balcony had two inverters for air-conditioning ,which got abit hot when you sat outside in the evenings due to the fans running.Not a problem if we had our air-conditioning off but if next doors room was on there's nothing you can do about it.Apart from that everything was perfect.

Nice little pool with beautiful views of the city. The AC took a long time to cool down, but once it did, we just left the key in the power so to keep it cool.

- murielle (8/5): - Super hôtel proche du Palais Royal. Chambre spacieuse. Splendide rooftop avec vue sur la ville et le palais Royal, piscine au top pour se détendre en fin de journée. Pas un vrai reproche mais nous n'étions pas en étage assez élevé (2ème seulement).

Las cosas estaban en mal estado, los desagües de la ducha estaban atascados y el agua de la ducha salía por toda la habitación. El espejo pequeño del baño se cayó de la pared completamente solo. La bañera estaba llena de manchas.

- Thomas (9/5): Truthful Online Photos, Relatively New, Great Stay - Rooms actually looked as nice as the pictures online. That’s rare in Southeast Asia. My room was clean, obviously well maintained and clean. The furniture appeared new. Everything worked. Nice large shower. The bed is a bit hard for my liking, but that’s typical throughout Southeast Asia, as I’ve experienced traveling there for two months now. The location is good, just on the northern edge off the BKk1 area which has good restaurants and shops. For the money, I Can’t think of anything.

- Jeremy (9/5): VERY GOOD VALUE MODERN HOTEL - The superior room on the 6th floor was lovely. Large, modern and nicely laid out. We had a night swim on the rooftop infinity pool which was delightful. The hotel has no restaurant, but there are nice places to have breakfast nearby. For some reason we had trouble arranging tour pickups from the hotel, which was a bit of a faff initially, but with perseverance it all worked fine. There was no hot water on our first evening but, by the next morning it was splendidly hot so that was good too.
