• Anna Elisa (8/5): - Bella struttura con arredi nuovi e di buon gusto. Stoviglie, forno a microonde e dispenser acqua frizzante a disposizione degli ospiti Sistema di apertura del portone del palazzo nonché della porta di ingresso dell'appartamento da rivedere, in quanto non sempre funzionano e si corre il rischio di restare bloccati fuori.

• Isabella (9/5): Vaticano pertinho - O quarto é muito espaçoso! O apartamento é novo e muito aconchegante! Você se sente feliz em voltar depois de um dia longo de passeio! A localização é excelente perto de ponto de ônibus e também do metrô. Sem contar que você consegue em apenas 15 minutos estar perto do museu do Vaticano!

• Bernadette (10/5): Amazing apartment, super cosy and spotlessly clean. What more could you want ! - The property was modern, spotlessly clean. Lovely fresh beds, a great nights sleep. Modern kitchen with all the facilities we might need. Great shower. water pressure really good. Close to the Metro and amazing Cafes and restaurants, Truly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to friends.
• Barbara (10/5): See above 😊 - Natile was so helpful explaining where to go to the bank, recommended a good restaurant and let us use her WiFi because my phone didn’t work. She offered so many helpful ways to get around Rome and had maps available. The lady who cleaned was nice and did a good job.

• Eliane (10/5): Propreté, disponibilité et emplacement qualitatif - Chambre et parties communes très propres et soignées Disponibilité et gentillesse de l'hôte Commerces et restaurants qualitatifs tout proche Emplacement agréable car beaucoup plus calme que le centre de Rome et proches des transports (métro/bus) VMC bruyante dans la salle d'eau mais ok car ne s'active que lorsqu'elle est occupée. Hormis cela tout était parfait.

• Lotte (10/5): Lovely, recharging and beautiful stay near Vatican - This room is very beautiful, very modern and very clean. Comfortable bed and good working airco, little terrace and good roller shutters. Very nice bathroom, good shower. Lovely lighting. Good self check-in. Close to metro station to reach centre. Nice restaurants around. Good place to spend the night after a busy day in Rome. The elevator is sometimes a challenge and there is no hair dryer, but we didn’t mind, we really loved it

• Elisabeth (8/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt. - Zentrale Lage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten entweder zu Fuß oder per Metro oder Bus erreichbar. Sehr sauber und zuvorkommendes Personal. Da die Eingangstür keine Türschnalle hat, kann diese nur zugezogen werden und dies ist ziemlich laut.

• Suzana (10/5): Top location Highly recommend!!! - Samuel was amazing and went out of her way to assist us in getting around (bus, train, taxi) when we did not have wifi. We are returning for another stay next week. The facilities and location to metro are excellent. There is a great café just downstairs. We had cappuccino there every day. The owners are warm and friendly. I would definitely stay here again... There are 4 rooms sharing a common area (kitchen). You have to be careful to be very quiet not to disturb the other guests. Our first night we didn't get much sleep due to another room being very loud at 2am.Samuel took care of the situation and it was fine after that.

• John (8/5): A great place to stay close to the Metro but definitely quieter than the centre of Rome. Spotlessly clean small room wit - Great location, very clean and well maintained. Wonderful cleaning staff. Shower was very small and it was challenging at times to get the hot water running properly. Refrigerator in the room is very small & won’t fit much more than a bottle of wine. Access to a larger fridge in the common area would have been great.

• Bell (10/5): Great place to stay - We walked the Via Francigena and his place was an amazing find. Right next to the Vatican and less than 5 mins walk to the Metro station. This gave us quick access to the main attractions in Rome. The rooms are a good size and we could cook and do our laundry in the main area.. Nothing

• Cora (10/5): Lovely place to stay in Rome - Comfortable bed, good Aircon. Fridge and tv in the room. Room was serviced daily and the place was spotless. Rooms are a great size, good shower, small shared facilities available (we didn't end up using as ate out etc.). Close enough to the attractions but bare in mind it's about a 20 min walk to the Vatican which should not be underestimated in the heat!
• Grumbling (10/5): It was wonderful. - I never saw an actual person, but everything was taken care of. They responded quickly, and provided what we needed. The clothes washer was awesome. Can’t think of anything.

Great location near the metro or to walk to the attractions by foot. Great value for money too. Would recommend 100%!

• Paula (10/5): Excellent stay near the Vatican - The cleanest apartment I’ve ever stayed in with daily housekeeping which I hadn’t realised. The location was perfect for us as we prefer to stay out of the city centre but within easy reach of the attractions. Great neighbourhood near to cafes, shops and restaurants and walking distance from Cipro metro station. Nothing - highly recommend
