• Chaparro (5/5): - Staff members, location and well-being area. Dear host, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the standard of my accommodation. Despite multiple previous attempts to resolve these matters via your app and email, I didn't received a solution. Hairs found in both the shower and the sink upon arrival. The bed sheets and towels with odour, suggesting they have not been laundered. One of the bathroom lights is non-functional. I trust you understand that these issues fall below the expected service level. I look forward to your prompt response. Kind regards,
• Martin (8/5): - The property had everything we needed and more as we didn't need the kitchen or pool. We holidayed for the AO.
• Fiona (5/5): The apartment is small but nice. I would not stay again mostly due to the uncomfortable bed - The property was super close to the venue I was attending daily. It felt very safe and secure. The tv was super easy to use. The bed was very uncomfortable, I was in pain every night from the bed so did not sleep well. While the property was mostly clean, there was a bottle cap under the tv cabinet and the bed head was coated in dust. I was staying for four nights and was allocated two quite small towels for the whole stay. No facewashers are provided. The house manual says you need to fill in a form to use the pool, available from reception but I arrived Saturday and there is no reception on the weekend. I saw reception attended twice in my whole stay. The made comfy chat was not working so I sent an email to request more towels, no response. Sunday morning there was no hot water so had a cold shower. I sent an email and tried to call, requested a call back but it never came. I called again to get it sorted but they wanted me to leave keys for maintenance workers to enter the apartment while I was not there, even though the hot water service was not in the apartment. The check in instructions are pretty good but they tell you how to access the car parking and/or how to access via reception but not how to get from the car park to reception. I could not find the lifts and while the apartment looks like it is on the ground floor due to the courtyard, it is actually on the 5th floor which makes it a little confusing,

• Amanda (9/5): Excellent comfortable and good value for the area - So close to conference venue and places to eat It just had a flickering light in the bathroom. It was difficult to find. There were no instructions how to find the pool.
• Shane (10/5): Amazing location close to restaurants and bars and walking distance to trams and other transport. - The location was great and we were able to get an early check in which was much appreciated as our plane landed at 7:30am.
• Nicole (1/5): Worst customer service I have ever experienced - Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Was given a remote to access the parking area, however it wasn’t working and got told we have to find our own way to change the batteries. So I had to run around on my holiday finding the right batteries. Got told that I would get reimbursed immediately, but I am still waiting. Secondly, it states in the house manual that we have to go to reception to access the pool. No-one is ever at reception. Phoned customer service and they can’t even tell me where the pool is. Thirdly, the door doesn’t seal shut properly so if it’s windy, you get to sleep with the loudest whistling sound I have ever heard. Customer service is useless and told me they’re “working” on these issues and will get back to me (which they never did). Also, the accommodation was NOT clean, don’t think they have ever dusted and probably only do a surface clean. I will NEVER book with MadeComfy again and I would warn anyone who does.
• Chia (10/5): Clean, modern and superbly located - our Dockland stay was perfect and we'll gladly return. - I love the clean, beautifully designed space with a well-equipped kitchen and a thoughtfully placed study nook - perfect for my husband to catch up on some urgent work during our stay. The indoor pool, gym and terrace access were great. Location was perfect - free trams, Marina views and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Check in/check out was a breeze. A smooth, comfortable experience from stay to finish. N/A
