Karin (6/5): - Das Zimmer und die Lage Ich bin erst kurz nach 18h angekommen und sollte mit Code in die Unterkunft kommen. Hat leider nicht funktioniert, die Tür hat nicht geöffnet, telefonisch war niemand erreichbar. Ich hab dann über eine Stunde gewartet, in der Hoffnung, das ein anderer Gast kommt und die Tür vielleicht aufsperren kann. Nach 19h ist dann tatsächlich ein anderer Gast gekommen, er konnte jedoch ebenfalls weder mit Code öffnen, noch die Tür mit seinem Schlüssel aufsperren, auch er hat Niemanden erreicht. Dann ist ihm eingefallen, das man evtl. hinten rein kann und diese Tür konnte er dann tatsächlich mit seinem Schlüssel öffnen. Wenn er nicht erschienen wäre, hätte ich mir spät abends noch ein anderes Zimmer suchen müssen. Es müsste hier unbedingt eine Notfall Telefonnummer geben für solche Fälle, das war sehr ärgerlich. Erst am nächsten Tag wurde ich dann zurückgerufen und gefragt, warum ich angerufen habe.

Mfs (10/5): Sehr gut für diesen Preis - Wir hatten ein ganzes Apartment zur Verfügung, zuerst war ich skeptisch wegen dem Preis. Es war doch sehr günstig für zwei Personen. Aber wir wurden positiv überrascht. Die Räume sehr sauber, ausreichend Handtücher. Die Rezeption war bis 21 Uhr besetzt und die Dame sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und bemüht. Wir haben unser reserviertes Frühstück um 8 Uhr verschlafen, es war überhaupt kein Problem es später zu konsumieren. Kostenfreie Parkplätze gibt es "auf der linken Seite" der Straße, es war kein Problem einen zu bekommen. Alles in allem, natürlich kein Luxus-Resort aber sehr empfehlenswert für eine günstige gepflegte Unterkunft. Der stürmische Regen war ungemütlich. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts ☺️

Christine (10/5): Besonders freundlich - Sehr nettes Personal! Ich fand schön, dass auf dem Zimmer ein Wasserkocher, Tasse und Glas und sogar ein Kühlschrank da war. Lage ist sehr gut für das Stadtzentrum und ich war auch sehr schnell mit dem Auto wieder aus der Stadt heraus.
Monika (7/5): Összeségében rendben volt. - Nagyon kedvesek voltak a recepciós lányok,és tiszta volt minden. Az wi-fi alig működött. Pár percekre lehetett csak felcsatlakozni. A matracok nagyon puhák voltak,és mindkettő közepén hatalmas mélyedés volt.

Dodd (8/5): Great value budget pension hotel - Good location, about 15 minutes walk from the main train station, and 7 minutes to the Prandtauer sports hall. A Lidl supermarket is about 400 m away. The room was clean and good value. The breakfast was great, the shower was hot with plenty of water. Friendly staff, good instructions in the email on how to get your key. The socket by the bed was blocked by the raised side of the bed, not usable with an adapter. There was some street noise from the main road, but with the window closed it was OK. The mirrored cabinet above the very narrow basin in the bathroom made it difficult to shave.

Patika, ka bija virtuve ar dažādiem virtuves piederumiem. -lai arī atzīmējām booking, ka vajadzīga automašīnai noparkošanās vieta, kad atbraucām, administratores minētā noparkošanās vieta bija pilna un mums pašiem vajadzēja meklēt vietu, kur noparkoties. - kad atbraucām, numuriņš līdz galam vēl nebija sagatavota. -admimistratore laikam ieskenēja mūsu id kartes, lai aizpildītu viņai nepieciešamo informāciju. Es ceru, ka viņa tos izdzēsīs un nekā citādāk neizmantos. - numuriņā bija auksts.

Matthias (4/5): Wäre der Rote Hahn frei gewesen, hätten wir dort genächtigt. - Die Zimmer für eine Pension sehr schön, die Möbel nicht modern sondern etwas älter, daher hochwertig. Die Damen an Rezeption und Frühstück sind sehr bemüht, im Rahmen des möglichen den Aufenthalt passabel zu gestalten. Frühstück war unter aller Sau, die Auswahl erbärmlich gering, zudem man auch noch am Vortage ein festgelegtes Frühstücksmenü aussuchen muss. Die Spitze des Eisberges ist dann der Nescafe-Kaffeeautomat welcher selbstverständlich nur Löskaffee mit Wasser vermengt.

Petar (8/5): A great place for a short stay - Nice and clean place, great for a short stay, just a few minutes away from the city pedestrian area. Staff were nice and helpful, provided concise info about the town and good directions on how to get along. Neighbours were a bit too noisy and while they respected the smoking ban (smoking outside), one could not isolate from them well enough even with all windows closed.

Dominique (7/5): Für Dienstreise gut - Gute Erreichbarkeit, ausreichendes Frühstück, sehr gemütliches Bett, Badezimmer sauber, trotz naher Lager an viel befahrener Straße war es im Zimmer leise. Heizung war bei Check in abgedreht, es war den ganzen Abend sehr kalt im Zimmer, erst in der Früh nachdem der Heizkörper die ganze Nacht an war, war die Temperatur angenehm. Sessel im Zimmer könnten ausgetauscht werden, waren sehr wackelig.

Sylvia (7/5): dem Preis entsprechend in Ordnung - Nahe am Zentrum, ruhig, Heizung hat funktioniert, sehr gute Kommunikation. Viele Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer, sehr sauber, und nett eingerichtet. Habe gleich beim ersten Mal (um den Häuserblock) Kreisen eine Parkplatz vis-à-vis von der Polizei gefunden. Ich komme trotz einiger Minuspunkte gerne wieder... Angaben zu Parkplatz und zu Bankomat stimmten nicht, fehlende Angabe für Zufahrt zum Hotel von der Autobahn (Abfahrt St. Pölten Süd) kommend. Keine schreibtischnahe Steckdose für Laptop, Keine bettnahe Steckdose für Leselampe. Ist hinter Bett versteckt. Keine Möglichkeit den Kopf anzulehnen, wenn man so liegt, wie es vorgesehen ist (und Gefahr läuft, sich an dem Kastl den Kopf anzuhauen). Habe mich umgedreht (Kopf auf der anderen Seite zum Fenster hin) und den Sessel mit der Rückenlehne angerückt (d.h. zwischen Bett und Schreibtisch). Nach der Dusche schwimmt der Boden - habe ich mit Duschhandtuch aufgewischt. Der dunkle Zahnputzbecher ist irritierend, da glaubte ich, einen Schmutzrand am Boden zu sehen (oder ist das ein Einmalbecher?). Ein Glas wäre beruhigender und leichter zu reinigen Ich glaube, die Toilettenspülung (große Taste) hängt, kleine Taste (wenn man ihre Funktion erkannt hat) funktioniert.

Якщо проблеми - ніхто не допоможе, вирішуйте самі - Зручне розташування, близько до старовинної частини міста, легко добиратися машиною немає роз'яснень де паркувати машину, на свій страх паркували на дорозі перед отелем. Відсутність персоналу недоречна, немає до кого звернутися з питаннями чи проблемами, зв'язок через букінг не працює

Slobodan (5/5): Das ist kein Hotel, es ist eine Pension mit Empfang - nicht zu empfehlen - Das Frühstück war einfach, aber gut und reichlich, die Dame hat sich bemüht und war angenehm. Zimmer ausreichend groß und möbliert. Das ganze Gebäude und die Zimmer sind sichtlich abgewohnt, recht unschön anzusehen. Im Zimmer wurde mal geraucht, das hat man noch gemerkt, auf der Toilette/dem Bad hat es unangenehm nach Kanalisation gerochen.
