Rajwinder (1/5): - Hi, this was my first trip to Sydney for a personal appointment, and I chose this place for its proximity to Parramatta. Unfortunately, it turned into a very disappointing experience. On the first day, the AC and shower were not working. When I called after hours, I was told to use a neighbour’s shower, which was completely unacceptable. I was promised a fix the next morning, but nothing was repaired. I had to attend my appointment without proper rest or a shower. Even after multiple calls, I only received the same response that they were waiting on the owner, with no updates or follow-up. The warm weather made things worse, and it started affecting my health. I had no choice but to leave early on Friday, even though my booking was until Sunday. I had to arrange another hotel at the last minute, which was stressful and costly. My refund request is still unresolved. Overall, a very poor and frustrating experience.
