• Jacqueline (10/5): Absolutely fantastic location which accommodated our family of five. - A fantastic apartment. I would move their permanently if we could. Very helpful staff who were quick and responsive to questions. Very clear instructions on how to access. Secure and safe apartment setting. Close to the train station (we were a family with young children with luggage so even this was easy) but far enough away that there wasn't the rush of the station close by. Great location for wondering down to get breakfast at a boulangerie which was very close by; supermarkets and other specialty food stores close by (lots of options); many restaurants too. We felt like we were living in Paris, not just tourists. Washing machine with a drying function. Quiet location. The apartment photos are extremely accurate. Easily accommodated our family of five (two siblings shared a bed but ample room). I've never stayed anywhere in Paris this spacious. Nothing we didn't like.

• Maria (10/5): - El apartamento está muy bien, las camas son muy cómodas y el sofá cama también, todo muy nuevo y muy limpio. Y fantástica decoración. Muy bien ubicado. El cuarto de baño es muy estrecho.

Personnel trés agréable et serviable. Appartement trop petit pour 6, idéal pour 4. Peu de possibilité pour ventiler l'appartement. Salle de bain et wc vraiment trés petit.

• Mai-Brit (9/5): Fantastisk, og vi booker igen en anden gang. - Lejligheden var fantastisk. Gode senge, dejligt køkken med meget udstyr. Renlighed. Hurtig hjælp via chat/mail med personalet, Varmt i lejligheden, trods blæsere i loftet. En lille aircondition kunne hjælpe meget.

• Brett (10/5): Excellent all round - Location was brilliant Unit was a little too small for 5 people but for a short stay it was manageable but anything longer it would be difficult. Ideal for 4 people only
• Olubukunola (1/5): We were not given keys to the apartment, even though all payments were made - I paid for the apartment over the booking. Com for a night with my family. Hoping that after visiting Disneyland in Paris, myself and my family would have a place to pass a night before we head back to Belgium to continue our holiday. We waited on the street for 4 hrs for the keys to the apartment until midnight nobody came out or call us to tell us where the keys to apartment were. Before we got there, we had made payment and they requested for additional €2,000 security deposit of which it was paid. Our holiday was ruined and we felt been cheated and robbed. In the end, we couldn't get in, we had to drive 4 hrs to Belgium that middle of the night to get somewhere to sleep. we got to Belgium at 4am the following day. It was horrible experience we will never forget in our lives and I had my 3 kids with me. So, please everyone be careful of this plece, so that you don't get your fingers burnt like us.

• Isabella (8/5): Pleasent Stay - The location was perfect for us as we were there to see the circus show near by. It felt secure, with many gates/doors with codes to get in. The place was renovated modern, and was clean. unfortunately we weren’t made aware of the construction going on outside, so we had people banging/building when we arrived, and then early in the morning too. The bathroom was a bit small, but we made do for the one night.
• Irma (2/5): A dark apartment with a very bad rental agency. - Location is very good The apartment is dark with very little daylight. The lighting was very bright, like a operation room and difficult to adjust to a comfortable level. It was on ground floor with workers outside the window from an early hour. The oven did not work and even though the rental agency (Merveil) knew about this they didn´t notify us. One day the access code to the apartment building was changed and we couldn´t get in for 5 hours during a rainy day. We asked for a discount from the rental agency and they repeatedly denied that request. I would strongly recommend that people should avoid this rental agency.
• David (9/5): Superb - Location is perfect, few mins walk from Republique station. It's a ground floor apartment, not too much natural light, you should know that. Otherwise apartment is comfortable, but it's not really two separate bedrooms as there is only a curtain separating them. We haven't met the host, it was keybox, but it's fine. We had some electricity problems, quickly fixed.
• Annemarie (8/5): Great little apartment in a fantastic area. - Amazing location Very cute apartment. Well stocked. Great shower. The front door has a serious design fault, plus the handle kept falling off! This is a 2-bedroom apartment, but the 2 bedrooms are separated by a curtain, not a door. Not an issue for us, but may be an issue for others who want a bit more privacy.
• Chat (10/5): It is a great location for family. The apartment is located in the heart of the city. You can walk everywhere. It is con - the location is amazing. the space is great for 4 people and it is very quiet and safe place. it is located in the heart of the city. There are many good restaurants, shops and coffee shops around. The sinks are a little small but it is Paris so I couldn’t expect more. We had some leaking issue since it is a new apartment but the owner took care of it right away.
