- Connors (9/5): Fantastic apartment, great value and location. Will be back if available. - Easy as, just a little too far from the apartment. Very hot and stuffy in the apartment, was winter so not a major problem but still a little too warm even when it’s really cold outside.

Walking distance to town, MCG and markets Collecting keys 1 km away when arriving with baggage. Need to be more up front with this eagle in booking. Inside was quite hot and could not locate any hearing control, room smelt musky every time we entered and had to air it out when home

- Elaine Poon (10/5): Hot shower and comfortable bed. - The instructions are clear The key collection point is a bit far away from the property. I am not driving, it is difficult to move around with the luggage. The host offered discount code for a luggage storage, however, that was even further away from the key collection point.

- Cecily (10/5): - The location was great. A short walking distance to a supermarket, restaurants and markets and only 3 trams stops to Flinders Street. The area is very quiet and the apartment itself had a few little added amenities. The car park is very convenient. There is no air-conditioning in the bedrooms, only in the living area. This would not normally be an issue but the weather was quite hot over our stay. However, we left the aircon on in the living room overnight which helped to cool the bedroom.
Also, I should have asked for a 2nd set of keys as my husband and I had different agendas, so working out who was taking the keys and how to get back in was a bit of a logistical issue.
The only other thing was the refuse area. It was a bit tricky to find. It is located in the back corner of the carpark and I couldn't find the light.

Key collection was painful. - Keys were not able to be collected at the time of arrival, this was no fault of anyone's, but we missed the first night of the stay due to this. The key collection situation, and the distance to collect said keys, the keys were also very hard to open the locks, like they were not cut correctly.

- Shana (9/5): Was a great location and the room was exactly what our family of 4 needed. - As we were travelling interstate for an event, location wise was great. Was a 10-15 minute walk to the exhibition center, and there was Coles and great food options within easy walking distance from the room. Unfortunately we were witness to a few, thefts and fights from coles and the surrounding buildings, making it a little uncomfortable to walk around with young children, But didn't affect our stay. We were just more aware of who and what was going on when we would go for a walk.

- Katie (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - FILTHY AND NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED - Nothing When we arrived it was filthy throughout- food on the floor, bins not done, meat blood in the fridge.
Booked 2x bathrooms and it was only 1.
Balcony door locked and could not be opened.
Contacted staff immediately who replied with chat bot messages. Was poorly recleaned the following afternoon.
Then the front door got stuck and 2 people were locked in and 2x were locked out.
Immediately contacted staff.
After an hour was told by staff to false the door via messaging (which we took screenshots of as they all disappeared).
We then were told we were going to be charged for damage to the door.
We left a day early.
Still waiting for promised compensation.

Would happily stay again. - Location, cleanliness, well appointed, large rooms & balcony, price, check in details, very quiet, very convenient to trams, restaurants, bars. It was a 15min walk with luggage to pick up the key, then back again, & also having to do the same to drop the key off to check out. Wasn’t given then 6 digit pin no to get the key, had to ring up for it. Quite a few undesirables in close proximity.
- Elisabeth (9/5): location added to the success of our visit to Melbourne. - [breakfast was not included]. location near food, shops, local South Melbourne market, tram stops, Botanic Gardens, National Art Gallery picking up keys from a shop on a busy road and then having the same place to go to return the keys was awkward and roundabout way with driving or walking. at least it wasn't raining.

- Jill (1/5): It’s a terrible experience to stay at this property. We had a big day and couldn’t have a nice and comfirmed place to re - The location is good, 5 mins walk to stores. Having an allocated parking space was a bonus. When we got into the apartment, the smell was stuffy and disgusting. We all felt sick after staying two nights because of the smell. There was only one aircon in the apartment, so the rooms were hot. The communication from host (Made Comfy) was terrible. All the complaints from previous reviews were still there! They didn’t improve them. They made a negligence to my stay and didn’t take the responsibility to modify the negligence. They shirked the responsibility to cleaners. As a tenant, it shouldn’t be our responsibility to communicate with cleaners.

Had to ring Made Comfy - The unit itself was good. 2 bathrooms queen bed and 2 single beds perfect and comfortable. Very neat and tidy. The location was great close to cafes restaurants and markets. On arrival we could not find locked box. The code I was given was wrong so couldn’t open it. Had to ring Made Comfy to find out how to open box. Told me this code was incorrect and gave me a new one. The communication from Made Comfy was terrible.

- Natalie (9/5): Bright and spacious apartment in the perfect location. - Check in instructions were very clear and easy. Great spacious apartment with everything we needed. Having an allocated parking space was a huge bonus. Location was perfect for our needs. Nearly everything we needed was within walking distance or a quick 5 minute drive. We were lucky enough to be there over the Moomba weekend so we were able to watch the fireworks from the huge balcony and enjoy the city view. The air conditioner was dripping terribly. I had read that in previous reviews but the bucket that was positioned under it was not enough to collect the water. Luckily I had a plastic tub in the car that did a better job.

Clean - Great location, plenty of shops and restaurants around. Easy access to a tram to the city. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and laundry.. Great for families There was only 1 aircon in the sitting area, so the rooms were hot. The fan in the mastereoom didn't work. There was a skylight in the master room but the remote was not working, which made the room airless and bright at night. My husband had to sleep on the sofa bed because the room was too bright at night.
The Wifi wasn't working at the property.

main bed very comfy with good quality bedding. Twin beds in 2nd bedroom handy for family group. well equipped kitchen and laundry. Top floor of 4 storey building with good sized balcony and quite a good view Broken shelf in shower meant toiletries had to be placed on floor
Fire alarm was badly damaged
Unpleasant odour noticeable when entering apartment.
