• Lesley (9/5): Fantastic area close to everything but quiet and comfortable - The property was well stocked with everything you needed and was warm when we walked in, which was very welcoming. It was in a quiet location but close to trains and perfect for us visiting our daughter in Clifton Hill. The bath was a welcome extra. It would have been nice to have another lounge or chair in the living room to make it more cosy and comfortable. I would have liked the personal touch of a couple of biscuits or a box of chocolates to welcome us but probably being too fussy there.

• Joanne (7/5): Best weekend away in a long time - Loved the location. The unit had everything we required and was fairly quiet. Parking off the street was appreciated. Bed needs a new mattress.

• Carla (7/5): Good accommodation located in the outer suburbs of the CBD - Check in was easy and didn't need to rush to meet someone. Locked box easy to access and instructions were clear. The property itself was clean, spacious and well equipped. Off street parking would be a bonus for guests with a hire car. Location wasn't as expected, the original booking.com search was for Melbourne CBD and the exact address wasn't provided until well after the booking and payment. Booking.com had also removed links to check in and id verification so a number of email exchanges was required. As interstate visitors who do not know Melbourne well, the location was quite a way out from the CBD. As public transport isn't suitable for members of our party, we had to rely heavily on ubers to get to where we needed to go in the CBD or catch a train and tram and then walk 20 minutes. Minor gripes include: Toilet door handle loose, no soap, hooks in bathroom would be helpful, weeds in courtyard, limited instructions on the underfloor heating, and only found the fans and heaters on the last day. Sensory lights on the front door would help when returning to the property in the evenings.

• Lee (10/5): Homey experience at Melbourne - We love the spacious rooms and the patio. The design is simple but has everything we need. We deliberately choose this location which is a bit further from town to enjoy the quiet living vibe. There is a trail nearby for evening walk. A motion sensor light at the door would be nice. It is rather dark when we came back every night. Providing room slippers would be nice especially when it is cold. A black blind would be recommended for the window next to the door to provide more privacy.

• Jade (10/5): - Just a short 15 minute walk to Clifton hill shops, cafe, yoga centre, train station etc Clean and cozy, comfortable beds.
• David Morgan (8/5): The apartment served our purpose well but would benefit from a little more attention to detail. - The apartment was comfortable, although cold at night with no heating in either bedroom. Security was poor, the front door handle was loose and the outer door would not lock properly. There was no safe provided which is not ideal in such a location. The neighbour's dog barked loudly for hour upon hour especially on the Sunday morning. Minor, but the batteries in the TV remote were completely flat.
• Helena (7/5): Lovely spacious and tidy premises, even though a little hard to find and located near Train line and Motorway a mostly p - The property offered all the amenities and had parking right out front of the property which was very convenient. The property was very tidy, however seemed to have a little bit of a smell throughout the premises and the front door & screen took some time to securely lock. Unfortunately the shower was quite noisy as located upstairs and affected the downstairs area whilst watching TV.
